They were rude, unaccommodating, and repeatedly interrupted us throughout the night to remind us about wrapping up even though there was no event scheduled after ours. It felt like they were rushing us out the entire time. Initially, we booked the venue when talking to the coordinator that we would be allowed to have our service dog there. The staff was questioning why our service dog was at the party and we have had that conversation already & the coordinator said it would be okay. On top of that, the projector screen was positioned in a way that blocked the stage, and we were told we'd have to pay extra to use the stage even though the issue was due to their equipment being broken before our event. It was unreasonable and frustrating. Overall, the constant interruptions and lack of professionalism from the staff overshadowed what should have been a special celebration. The venue may be beautiful, but the service completely ruined the experience.

There was a Day of the Dead festival being held here that we saw from flyers around town. We swung by for a quick visit. We were very impressed with the community center with the walking track, swimming pool, conference rooms and other areas for kids to play such as video games and slides. As for the festival itself it was really cool and a fun cultural experience to have this time of the year. Lunch was served and there were dances and performances to honor the concept of the holiday. Not only do they have full floors of fully decked rooms and work out areas, they also have a rock climbing wall, a pool, a game room, a humongous basketball court and is super clean! We came from another YMCA in King County and were greeted at the front and registered as a guest member of the location. When we worked out, there were tons of machines and we were never waiting around for somebody to finish up their routine which was really nice in comparison to some of the smaller work out areas. My fiancé and I played a half court game of basketball and the space looked like it was really made for a professional game of college basketball. Another perk I thought was really nice was that they had bins of clean towels all over the place which you didn't have to pay the usual $2 for. Overall, it was really fun coming here and seeing the school spirit scattered throughout the different floors. There is tons of Husky art and even though it is super close to the actual school it isn't over populated on the weekends. Will definitely be back to play some volleyball and basketball with my friends getting ready for our summer bods!

We carpooled to the location and arrived early, which was a surprise as traffic coming from the north of Seattle had been clear. The parking lot was large and partially full, but we still found a space without having to circle for a spot to open up. We explored a little bit of the nearby Seeley Lake Park while waiting since we had arrived early. Facilities we used for our activities were nice. Re-visiting yesterday Wednesday 2 August 2023, the parking lot was still large and the building approximately the same on the exterior.

There's a couple parts that you'll actually be able to go kind of fast on but it's a pretty steady pace the entire time. The first half of the ride is pretty easy since it's a little bit downhill, but going back up will definitely get your legs burning! You ride to an endpoint where there's picnic tables to relax at and enjoy lunch before heading back on the trail. It's super scenic the entire way and there's a lot of cute cows to spot, too! The whole experience lasted about two hours and was a ton of fun. We are already planning on doing this again in the future and want to bring our kids. Tickets were $35 each and it was entirely worth it. So fun and you don't even realize you're getting a little bit of a workout in!

When this had gone on for some time, I rang the bell that's there to summon an employee for help and asked for a menu. She told me in a rude tone there weren't any in the office. I didn't believe her because there are almost always some in the back or they print one off the computer. She evenutally said she might be able to print one later but she was in the middle of a meeting. I said she didn't look like she was in a meeting but looked like she was there to help people. As I walked off she called out "Sorry" in a snotty, sarcastic tone of voice." This was about 10:00 on Fri, Nov 7. I would respectfully suggest that putting someone who is arrogant, sarcastic and demeaning at the help window doesn't give the community center a good look. I would also respectfully suggest that menus be put out on the table where they used to be so people can help themselves. I gave them 2 stars because some employees do a better job.
