Very good family friendly spot and they do what they can with the space they have. The only downside is the consistent lack of food/snacks/games. 1/3 or or more of the very few games they have are ALWAYS out of order. The food is not always good and very often sold out as they don't make much during sessions -they mostly reserve the pizza just for the rooms. The candy machines are awful - all the decent stuff is regularly empty and the full sided candy they offer is about 3-4x the size price (i.e., the really small bag of lays is $3). Plus I once bought a candy bar there for my kid and the chocolate looked and tasted old, which means their stock rarely moves. Also, would be great if they offered some adult beverages on tap. FYI, it's never a "true" experience here unless u catch a glimpse of the older white gentlemen casually solo out dancing everyone on the rink. I think I will nickname him "White Lightning".

I originally asked for a size 9 shoe, realized it was a bit too big and went down a size and it was perfect. The young man handing out the skates was kind and at no point did he make me feel like I was bothersome. I really appreciate that. The skating rink is an hour from my place, but it was worth the drive. Thanks again! I realized I can do circles around my teenagers:)

If there were negative stars I would select that!…read more UPDATE Since my original review: The manager reached out with "complimentary tickets" which does not resolve the actual issue - did you retrain your staff? Did you fix your ventilation system? Likely not, his email about free passes was sent and then I responded but here we are almost a week later and no response back. Timeliness is lacking from management down. Here I am again, having to do this because I get no ounce of actual customer care - you all have to do better! Seriously! Particularly if you knowingly subjected all your customers especially kids, to chemical inhalation, poor ventilation not to mention just overall lack of cleanliness in the rink. It's a shame! Just because you all are one of the last rinks in the area does not mean you get to abuse this opportunity!! 1.The smell in this place was horrendous. When we finally got into our party room about 145pm the smell was overwhelming strong, a chemical, instant sickness kind of strong. After speaking with the person in the DJ booth they informed me that the floors were just redone and that the ventilation in the place was supposedly on. My husband works in HVAC and knows for a fact that the ventilation was not on when the parties began, as someone who suffers from chronic migraines the concentrated smell of chemicals was just unacceptable. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times but no one seemed to care, they brushed me off, and left us to just suffer. We had to keep going outside for fresh air and still tend to our guests which was unacceptable. Not to mention, some of our guests needed to leave due to medical conditions which flared up as a result of the chemicals lingering in the air. I don't want to have to escalate this even more and look into legal action because this was very unacceptable for a business. 2. The party check in desk was just horrendous because of the general line to get in, we literally had to squeeze in with all our party goods and bumping into people while waiting past our paid party time. I paid for party room to be in the actual room at 130pm, but was not even checked in until after 130pm we got into the party room to have to still set up. Do better! If you are going to charge for a certain time then make it available at that time otherwise you are lying to people and stealing them of their money. Not to mention we have to be out of the room 30 mins before the party time ends. Considering that we got into the room 15 mins late, your staff should not be rudely kicking us out just because your process for party check in and setup are lacking. I will defintely be reporting you all to BBB and leaving many bad reviews. 3. I had to keep asking staff for stuff for the party room such as our 3rd pizza arrived 30 mins later but no one came to check on us, I had to go and ask where it was. The lighter in the room was broken and I had to hunt someone down to get another. The room itself needs better ventilation and air. This is such a serious health issue with little kids and the chemical smell. 4. Lastly, you all need to do better with the amount of staff and the type of training you give staff. If you want more business defintely work on customer service. There was lack of attentiveness, or any kind of care for that matter, when asking for help or speaking to staff in general they plainly didn't care to engage with care or intention. I am not paying for your staff to be rude to me or my guests. I work in management and have for over 20 years, what I experienced this weekend really shocks me considering your website states so much has been improved. That is a total lie!

However, it was pretty clean and the rink is well maintained. They have both rollerskates and rollerblades in an extensive size range, including kids sizes. They also have elbow pads, wrist guards, and knee pads that you can borrow for free. I saw them actively sanitizing skates after use, which was good to see. I think the $20 feet is a bit steep, but not terribly unreasonable. The staff was nice, they could've been a little more energetic but overall they were doing a good job. I liked the music selection, a good mix of everything! The flashing lights were a little intense for me, but it added to the atmosphere which I can appreciate. If you're looking for a fun indoor activity, check out Lynnwood Bowl and Skate! I'd like to try bowling next time and give a review on that part of the facility.

We decided to come here and while he was doing his tournament we would bowl and maybe skate and play some billiards. However, for two lanes, the total for 7 people it cost us $350 in total to bowl. What a total rip off! My son didn't even get matching shoes, the balls provided had many chips, and one of our consoles was not even working properly! When we told them of the problem they were not helpful at all. We just dealt with it. The skating rink was also very smelly and smelled like feet and the billiards tables were poorly kept as well as the sticks provided. For the price we paid the bowling wasn't even exciting as it wasn't even cosmic bowling. I can't believe people actually go here! We will not be coming back here to bowl, skate or play billiards!

This is a brand new rink. Easy access from I-90. I found it much easier to commute to this rink…read morethan to other rinks, despite the actual mileage is more. As a mom of two youth hockey players, I definitely love this new location! There are two sheets of ice, and both have viewing sections upstairs, which make it easier to view hockey games. I also saw a physical therapy place on the 2nd floor, but I am not sure if they take outside patients or only Sno-King members. There is also a small and cute pro shop run by Elevate Sports. Whatever you can think a rink should have, it has everything and everything is sparklingly new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Due to COVID-19, they also put hand sanitizer everywhere so that we can use. The free WiFi service is amazingly fast. Once my son had to attend a virtual course immediately after his game. He was able to use the rink WiFi to attend the online course. We haven't got a chance to visit the locker rooms as due to COVID-19 all the locker rooms are closed. Once we visit the locker rooms, I will update my review.

I have been skating for almost twenty years and I have never in my life had a skating experience as…read morenegative and disempowering as I did at this location. During a freestyle session earlier this year, Coach Vlad-- a rude and disrespectful coach they still allow to teach despite his unprofessional conduct-- directed the skater he was coaching to skate into my jump line several times in ways that posed a danger to both me and her. This was his way of trying to intimidate me off the ice as five minutes later he brusquely told me he needed the "whole ice surface" for his skater and forced me to move to a small corner. I found out later that he was coaching his daughter and find it massively unfair that despite the fact that we both paid the same exact cost for the freestyle session she somehow was more entitled to the ice. I had initially tried to resolve this over email with the skating director Ashley who was also rude, unprofessional, and did not respond in a timely manner. In fact, she hasn't even responded to the last email I sent her. And during our correspondence, in the most weirdly petty mean-girl move, she copied my private skating coach on the email as though to try and get me in trouble with her, which did not work because my coach is a mature adult. I am so disappointed in this experience from Sno-King Snoqualmie, it sucks that I have to drive extra to Renton, but I would much rather skate with their community and there's a reason why so many other skaters feel the same way. I refuse to skate somewhere that allows male coaches to be egregiously disrespectful in dangerous ways to young female skaters with no remorse. Especially with so many young women in this sport, Sno-King should be empowering us. Allowing Coach Vlad to give preferential treatment to his daughter at the cost of others' practice time and safety isn't professional or ethical.
