Clean, newer carpet and carpeted bench surrounding most of the rink

Decided to leave a review with updated photos since the last ones are old and don't do this place justice. It was clean and the staff were nice. Great benches all the way around. Can't speak to the snacks cause we didn't eat there. Would have given 5 stars if they offered trainers/walkers which my kids still need.

I go once a week with my friend group and we have the time of our lives. The staff is so kind and let you make song recommendations. They have great food and they are very kind. They help if you fall and have never said a rude word to anyone in my group I thier is to much to say it is a wonderful place to go with friends and family.

Unsanitary, but very homey. The bathrooms smell very bad and only have two stalls, but at least they have soap. Before COVID, the snack bar sold pizza, soda, hotdogs and such, but now are not able to. They have activities every little while, and used to have free sodas as prizes, but like I mentioned, the snack bar is closed. They changed the old gum-caked carpets for new ones, which is good. They no longer have a rat infestation. The employees are all nice and helpful, and often take song requests. As long as you don't touch anything, you'll probably like it here.

Very good family friendly spot and they do what they can with the space they have. The only downside is the consistent lack of food/snacks/games. 1/3 or or more of the very few games they have are ALWAYS out of order. The food is not always good and very often sold out as they don't make much during sessions -they mostly reserve the pizza just for the rooms. The candy machines are awful - all the decent stuff is regularly empty and the full sided candy they offer is about 3-4x the size price (i.e., the really small bag of lays is $3). Plus I once bought a candy bar there for my kid and the chocolate looked and tasted old, which means their stock rarely moves. Also, would be great if they offered some adult beverages on tap. FYI, it's never a "true" experience here unless u catch a glimpse of the older white gentlemen casually solo out dancing everyone on the rink. I think I will nickname him "White Lightning".

Ive been here more that 20x at this point, and almost EVERY single time, i havnt seen any kind of care for the more timid skaters.. Last time I was there (2 nights ago, on a thursday mind you) they allowed mulitiple people to get wiped out by careless skaters.. once attention was brought to the staff there was no anouncement on the facilities part... after the guardians/skaters being told 4x+ they allowed mulitple skaters to crash into children and other patrons.. after 3x times they should have asked the family to leave, but instead, I had to leave LITERALLY 45 minutes after paying to be there... why is is ok to let other people be assaulted when EVERYONE is paying to be there.. every skating rink ive ever been to immediately has a staff member go on the floor and ask if someone who has fallen is ok.. My brother fell the other night on his fake hip as well as the side of his head, because of a reckless skater.. NO ONE cared.. my brother has a concussion... Avoid this facility at all cost, if you care about the well being of your body/your loved ones.. they dont care about you, only their revenue!!!

When we walked in, the bouncer was sitting just inside the door. I had my ID ready expecting him to check it. We told him we were thinking about going into the rink but wanted to take a look first. He immediately got dismissive and said there was a cover charge. When I asked if we could just peek inside before deciding, he sarcastically said "would a night club just let you take a look if they were charging a cover?" Like that was not already obvious enough, he then went out of his way to mock the way we asked the question and told us he would have let us in if we had just asked differently. We were not trying to get in for free or cause any trouble. We were a group of women just looking to have a fun night out. To be spoken to that way, especially in front of my mom and her friends, was completely uncalled for. I will not be returning as long as this person is working the door.

I spent my youth roller skating at Skate King in Bellevue and didn't know this place even existed. The roller rink is attached to the bar and across the parking lot, there's another building with the arcade and karaoke. It's definitely old and rundown, but that just adds to the nostalgic charm. We had fun putting our son on roller skates for the first time and they still do all the fun rink stuff like limbo, races, etc. Rental skates could use an update, but overall this is a great place to hang out for a few hours and skate.

The younger female employee with brown hair was sarcastic and rude instead of calmly and respectfully explaining the rule. The business is extremely rigid with its rules, yet the rules are not clearly posted or explained. There should be clear signage, and customers should be given the benefit of the doubt in a family-friendly setting. The owner has stated on previous reviews that there is "no polite way" to confront someone breaking the rules, which I strongly disagree with. In a family-friendly business, staff should be trained to address issues clearly, respectfully, and without sarcasm or hostility. Unless you want people to start boycotting your business. Even after paying, the attitude continued from their female staff member who was working in the Pro Shop and then we were not allowed to speak with the owner. Mini golf should be fun and welcoming, but this experience was not.

As the name suggests, there are two ice rinks at this location. We normally come here for hockey games. There is an upper view area for us to watch the game from the upper level, which is nice. However, there's no heater for the audience, so it's super cold at this location. You will have to dress like skiing, or you are likely to be frozen here. The rinks are still new, but the maintenance work hasn't been done well. Why? We came here for a state development hockey for the entire weekend, from 8 am to 8 pm daily. When I went to the bathroom in the morning, everything was in order and in good condition. But when I visited again in the afternoon, it became a messy place. Some stalls even ran out of paper! We couldn't even find any staff member at the rink. Per my hockey players' report, the ice quality of the rinks was just okay. The locker rooms for the hockey teams were kind of small. Not sure if there's any other shower place for hockey players, but I do see a shower inside the women's restrooms. Only one shower probably won't be enough for hockey players who play as a team. Apparently, whoever designed the Twin Rinks had no clue about what ice hockey players would need. Overall, if you want to skate, I still think it's a good place.

At TTR they do not allow walkers (which we prefer) and they have smaller classes and the coaches take time to work closely and at exactly the kids speed. To by honest, once we got to the rink, our 6 year old broke down in tears afraid of falling and didn't want to skate... the coaches were amazing and assigned an older, experienced kiddo to hang out with her and just let her play and get comfortable on the ice, which involved a lot of sitting and scooting for the first 20 minutes. Haha. She eventually DID stand and was skating slowly by the end of the lesson... then she was begging to return and we have been back twice this week just for open skate to practice. I'd say 4.5 stars only because their website is tough to use, though once you get signed up and figure it out, it is fine. Also, we paid $16 for 90 minutes of open skate tonight and the guys prepping for hockey practice shirked the schedule and the kids had to leave the ice 15 minutes early so that they could Zamboni. I'll mention that to them when I see our coach tomorrow... probably a miscommunication. I'd prefer to talk to them first before assuming it was intentional negligence. Overall, great experience and we'll continue as long as our kiddo is interested!
