This place is seriously old and rundown and definitely not the cleanest indoor place place. We came here for a birthday party recently and it was incredibly crowded. Basically, as soon as we walked in, I knew someone was getting sick, lol. There's only two single bathrooms which is insane given the amount of kids that are in here at any given time, which made for insanely long lines to use the bathroom or even just wash hands. The kids had fun, but there wasn't really great places for parents to hang out while waiting. Overall, I think Fantastic Playtorium could use a deep clean or a refresh of the play structure. read more

Great indoor obstacle course for 3-7yos. Dedicated play area for toddlers and babies. Appreciate they have two bathrooms so you don't have to go out into the mall, but it would help immensely if they had kid toilet seat covers. All the toddlers in our party were scared of the "big" toilets. No area to have a snack or drink unless you leave. Lots of different challenges within the play structure including a trampoline, twist slide, 2 race slides, and crawl obstacles. They also have nerf guns which are a bit too loud for the small space. Fairly priced especially compared to other indoor play places in the area. Mall parking is a bit of a mess. read more

Always passed by this place and was decently surprised about how extensive the internal play structure was; not being a giant, I crawled through everything with my toddler well enough. Price-wise it's appropriate enough for a child and accompanying adult. Overall not a bad experience going early near opening to avoid crowds (and not having my toddler getting overrun by bigger kids). Some parts could use improvements: the front toddler section isn't enforced to keep bigger kids from invading it, while some areas were sticky/grimey/ duct taped, and some interactive ball launchers were broken. read more

I just saw a previous review saying it is for kids 5 and older. That is not true, I have been taking my son Keanu here since he was 2. They have a toddler section but not only that, they can learn to climb and develop motorskills and physical coordination at that age by allowing them to struggle a little bit. But here is the caveat, this is only doable when it is not busy. If it is too busy, you should crawl with you toddler and accompany them closely so they don't get trampled. And if there are a lot of kids on the trampoline, don't bother with a child under three, the other kids will bounce them around and they won't be able to stand up. There are bathrooms, a party room for birthdays in the back. Ball cannons, two slides one open one enclosed. There is no ball pit. The toddler section is only for 3 and under and has some developmental toys. Warning: there are spinning carousel tea cup things that the kids can sit in and spin around. They can be dangerous if they are spinning fast and your child tries to climb out while it's still moving. I wouldn't recommend going on a holiday or weekend during peak hours. Too many kids and some of the bigger kids take over the air cannons preventing the younger ones from getting to play. Otherwise, it is a fun experience for the kids, I went with my 3 year old and 6 year old grandkids and spent an hour watching them have fun until it got too crowded. My son is 4 and he had a blast. We went two days in a row while visiting Tacoma. Better than Disneyland.

The play area is small, equipped with trampoline, slides, etc. Kids do enjoy playing here.

We had a great time. I took my 2.5 year old toddler here to burn some energy on a random Saturday. We were debating between locations (Alderwood, Factoria , Bellevue and Tacoma). All locations seem to be in a mall so we decided to go with Factoria since it just happened to be the closest to where we were at the time. This was our first time here so we had to get the lay of the land. Once we were greeted, the staff asked my daughters age and gave her the appropriate red bracelet to indicate she was a toddler. I also got a band (not reed). Once we put our shoes on the cubby (located at the back), we promptly went to the toddler section. It was great. There were numerous toys to keep her busy and she loved bouncing on the trampoline. With enough courage, my daughter decides to explore the "big kid" section and did pretty well. I had to go with her so she didn't get knocked over by bigger kids but we understood the risk. Overall, great experience, friendly staff and plenty of stimulation. We were excited to bring our toddler at this location for the first time. It was smaller than we thought. We went right when they opened on a Saturday and it was pretty empty. My two year old got bored quick in the toddler area. The slides were fun but super compact and tight to go down with my daughter. I didn't feel comfortable for her to go down alone. I think they could have given more clearance up above. The ball cannons area was her favorite and we spent majority of the time in there. It seemed pretty clean overall, the customer service can be better. It was a young teenager at the front desk and she wasn't welcoming at all. I asked some questions about their reward system and she didn't know anything. Lastly an incident happened that bothered us and made us feel super uncomfortable. My husband found a full pack of cigarettes & lighter by the sink in the bathroom! When my husband told the front desk.. she looked embarrassed and he saw her hand it to her coworker (obviously it was hers). Wow talk about unprofessional in a kids playplace. Week 33/52 in my endeavor to try one new local (to me) spot per week! If you don't have a lot of experience with three year olds, just know that they never stop. Never stop moving, never stop talking, never stop eating, never stop arguing... Funtastic Playtorium is a good spot to make alllll of that stop, even for just an hour. And an hour break from that, is worth the WORLD. Just kidding.... Ha.... *laughs in mom of two under 3.* I digress. We came right as they opened on the weekend and there was one other family there as well. For the most part, it was just us the entire time. The play area here is pretty big, so for just two kiddos to be here was awesome! The staff was really sweet. I myself forgot to bring socks and they were nice about it and let me know I could purchase some from the desk. HOWEVER, my daughter who is a tiny crawler didn't have socks, and they didn't have her size, so they didn't want her crawling on the ground because of that. Understood, but just want to pass that on to other parents who might not think of that! There is so much to do here. Climbing, slides, games, air cannons (which scared the crap outta my kids), you name it. They also have private rooms for birthday parties, which I might have to consider for my son's birthday next year with how much he LOVED this place. This place really is a toddler heaven. He was able to go, go, go and not be bothered for over an hour and it really helped burn some of his energy. All the other kids and parents we came across as well were very kind. This place is OK but I would say better for kids 3+ and even then, I always see several kids covering their ears because the guns that shoot out the balls are obnoxiously loud. So loud that my kids are over this place after maybe 30 minutes. Instead of loud balls going off every few seconds they should have some kids music playing in the background. My 6yr old likes this place better than my toddler, but she even complains about the guns going off. read more

It was nice place to stop by for little bit. As you enter, there is different type of air. Just feels warm and bit heavy. It was not busy hrs, but things seems yellow and dark( not cleaned or too much of use).. Stopped and played like twenty minutes. But Its a great stop to let your kids play while you want to just chill. read more

This is the kind of spot that you either love or hate, no point in between. It depends on the age of your children, but also on the time & day of the week you visit. It has a toddler area, very entertaining. Despite there's a sign "toddlers only" sometimes older children jump in. Just be aware and keep an eye on your little ones. Then the rest of the place is for 2ish/3 YO and older. They'll jump, go into slides, trampolines, climb into things (safely), slides... it's a lot of fun but it's quite loud and but hey! If you want a quiet place, better go to the library ;) Mornings are better than afternoons and weekends or rainy days. read more

This is one of the bigger mall playgrounds I've seen and it's slightly less expensive than I usually see too! There is a lot to do and my daughter is having a blast as I write this. It is a bit messy presumably because of how busy it is and I wouldn't necessarily recommend for really small kids for that reason (though there is a separate toddler area that might be more their speed), but younger grade schoolers would probably love it. Definitely a good option for kids to get energy out on a rainy or cold day! Love that it's near target so I can combine errands :) Bring a book or a well-charged phone if you're a parent! Seating isn't super comfy but they do have bar stools and a desk-ish spot for adults if you need to do some work while your kids play. read more

The party room is pretty spacious which is nice so that you're not cramped in beside another parent. I really wanted to love this place. We took our nephews here for a fun evening and, don't get me wrong, they had a great time. The boys are 3 and 5 so they live to run and climb and shoot and play and this place has it all. The problem was more about the cleanliness of the place and function ability of their equipment, things 3 and 5 years olds don't really notice. The place was a mess. Inside the play place seemed cleaner than the outside where adults would sit. There's seating all the way around with a small counter space. The counter was covered in spilled food, drinks, ice cream?, and dirt, there was even takeout left from someone earlier in the day. After a bit my hands felt grimy so I went to find a restroom. On my way I also found a pile of junk or old equipment wadded up just outside the restrooms. The equipment was another problem. None of the air soft launchers worked very well and there was an air tunnel and dumping device in the back, large part of the play area that didn't work. I'm glad the kids had fun which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 3 but I wouldn't take them back here. You could get a similar experience at McDonald's for less. If you are going to give them a shot make sure you use their yelp offer, I forgot so I paid full price for this less than average experience. read more

So much fun for my little one! We saw this on Blippi and took my 2 year old there! He had so much fun. If we could stay longer we would have been there all day. As a single mom of a VERY hyperactive toddler in the nearly-always-damp Seattle area, I rely pretty heavily on indoor play centers. Funtastic Playtorium never disappoints. Not only is this place very affordable, but it's secure (closed doors, staff at the entrance) and provides hours of entertainment for my kiddo to burn off energy. From trampolines to jungle gyms to slides, this play has it all. There is even an area specifically designed and provided for babies/toddlers. There is an area in the back with cubbies to store your bags and shoes. They also sell snacks and water/juice to recharge. I like to kick back with a coffee and surf the internet on my phone (using their free WiFi) while my kiddo independently plays. But if your kiddo is younger and needs you to hang around, it's built just large enough for an adult to crawl through as well. While most people would think that these types of places are germ factories, I can safely say that neither my kiddo nor I have gotten sick after playing here. Sure, there are free play areas in the mall as well, but I prefer to come here because there is a lot more variety, and honestly, it's a lot less stressful and crowded (assuming you aren't there on a day someone is hosting a birthday party) than the free areas. As a FYI, if you haven't visited before, you will need to fill out an online waiver form for any potential injuries, etc. It takes seconds to fill out, and they don't use your information to spam you. The staff is always really nice and friendly to kids here, too, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend! read more

As a first time visitor with a kiddo under the age of 1, I think this place has potential if you would do a couple of things. #1: Block off the infant toddler area and don't allow the bigger kids (anyone not with red tag) to play there. Put a gate if you must. Have a staff member stand next to said gate and check tags. There were a couple of staff members that would randomly wander by and declare it the baby area and all yellow tags must vacate and that works for a minute but then all the big kids came back and I had to make sure my crawling baby didn't get trampled. That's not fair is it? Babies and toddlers deserve a place to play too If you can fix this issue I would consider returning. Secondly some of the giant blocks in the toddler area look a bit worn out. I had my daughter's birthday party here last weekend. The kids enjoyed themselves but I found it to be rather overpriced for what they offered. I paid over $300 for 10 kids plus my daughter. The equipment was run down there were a lot of pieces that had tape covering it. The younger kid area had a funny smell and the older kids kept coming in there so it was hard for the babies to play. We had an hour in the party room and we probably spent maybe 30 minutes of that actually in there. It's about $142 for a group rate so I paid about 150 or more just for 30 minutes to use the room when I could've just use one of the side tables for the cupcakes. Disappointed to say the least. Unfortunately it definitely was not worth the money I had to spend. You have to pay $100 deposit which is non-refundable. read more

I just hosted my son's 8th birthday party here. They had such a great time! We used the party room from 4 to 515pm, where we were able to do some decor and bring in our own food and drink. The employees were friendly offered to help set up and gave us a 10 minute warning at the end. It's great, because the kids can play for an unlimited about of time before or after the party, which is a great way to burn off some energy. Highly reccomend! read more

We found this place on Google when searching for a play gym for my super active 18month old. When we arrived, the front desk attendant was CLIPPING HER NAILS and continued to do so while we checked in and filled out the waiver forms. So gross. I almost turned around and left, but it took a lot to get there, so I figured we would let it go. The front area was messy and disorganized, the garbage was overflowing, and didn't look professional. The actual gym had servers area that were torn and had duct tape holding them together. The music was loud and blaring a pop radio station. It was hard to interact with others or my LO. No place for parents to sit. Overall really disappointing and we definitely won't be back. read more

Came here for a birthday party and while the party was over the weekend this has nothing to do with how busy they were but more to do with "host" of the party. While we had pizza the "host" used his hands to serve the kids pizza WITHOUT gloves. Very rude manager. Who was not only yelling at his employees but also, rude to customers. You have too many customers doesn't mean you can talk rudely to people. We were welcomed right as we walked through the doors. We got our wristbands, took off our shoes. There were unlocked cubbies to put gear in. It seemed clean.  Employees were picking up debris on the floor. The bathrooms were clean. It was crowded but blast. My girls had a wonderful time here. This place is colorful and so much fun for the kids. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. But really your kids can come here and play on autopilot. I ended up paying $11.99 for Shae to play (3 years plus). Weekends and Holidays Admission --- Unlimited Play Time. Bring socks. They sell socks if you forget. The toddler area (3 year old and under) that included its own trampoline, two little computer things, a climbing wall, padded building blocks, rocking animals, a small child sized hamster wheel, and a dance mat piano. The main part of the room is taken up by the large climbing structure. In it there is one regular trampoline, a slide, nerf ball guns that actually work, and a lot of climbing stuff. There was a spinning octopus that the girls both loved and were terrified by. All around the edges of the main climbing structure are stools and a bar.  There was a sign saying no food in the play area, which I took to mean inside the structure.  I fed both my girls at the bar (others were too) and employees walked by and didn't say anything!!  I love being able to feed the kids at the playground. We spent an hour and 45 minutes playing before Shae asked to leave for lunch (we had snacks there, but she was done after that time).  It was nice that it was fairly enclosed and easy to watch the girls (I lost Shae in the structure a couple of times but it wasn't like Elevated Sportz where it's impossible to find someone!). Overall, it was a great place to meet for a play date. I can see this being a nice occasional place to get together with friends. It makes a good play date location! If you have young ones definitely check this place out. Great place to take your babies, infants, toddlers and kids to play for an hour or two or even three. Everything was very clean. They had a good sized baby area for crawlers and a big area for the bigger kids to run jump and play. They give you wristbands when you sign in. Really reasonable prices. read more

Located inside the Factoria Mall in Bellevue. Great indoor playroom for toddlers and little kids. There is a lot for kids to explore and kept my son busy for almost 3 hours. His favorite was the ball area with the ball cannons. Several cannons and motorized equipment didn't work though. I would recommend going on a weekday. The weekends are way over crowded. The overall size of the venue is on the small size. There aren't many employees around to control the chaos or enforce any rules, as both times I have taken my son they just sit up front at the cash register until someone needs their attention. Cleanliness is ok and employees spray Febreze to keep the place from smelling like a locker room/sweat. My son enjoys it, so that's what matters. read more
