Always passed by this place and was decently surprised about how extensive the internal play structure was; not being a giant, I crawled through everything with my toddler well enough. Price-wise it's appropriate enough for a child and accompanying adult. Overall not a bad experience going early near opening to avoid crowds (and not having my toddler getting overrun by bigger kids). Some parts could use improvements: the front toddler section isn't enforced to keep bigger kids from invading it, while some areas were sticky/grimey/ duct taped, and some interactive ball launchers were broken.

I just saw a previous review saying it is for kids 5 and older. That is not true, I have been taking my son Keanu here since he was 2. They have a toddler section but not only that, they can learn to climb and develop motorskills and physical coordination at that age by allowing them to struggle a little bit. But here is the caveat, this is only doable when it is not busy. If it is too busy, you should crawl with you toddler and accompany them closely so they don't get trampled. And if there are a lot of kids on the trampoline, don't bother with a child under three, the other kids will bounce them around and they won't be able to stand up. There are bathrooms, a party room for birthdays in the back. Ball cannons, two slides one open one enclosed. There is no ball pit. The toddler section is only for 3 and under and has some developmental toys. Warning: there are spinning carousel tea cup things that the kids can sit in and spin around. They can be dangerous if they are spinning fast and your child tries to climb out while it's still moving. If children are using them, there should be an adult supervising them for that particular part of the play place. Here are some videos and pictures from multiple visits. Some are from 8 months ago when my son was just over 2 years old. Some are from 2 months ago.

It was nice place to stop by for little bit. As you enter, there is different type of air. Just feels warm and bit heavy. It was not busy hrs, but things seems yellow and dark( not cleaned or too much of use).. Stopped and played like twenty minutes. But Its a great stop to let your kids play while you want to just chill.

Nice staff and clean. Very busy but my son had a great time. Very affordable fun for kids, especially in the rain and cold!

Good fun. Safe environment. One of the better play areas in the region. Usually an hour is enough.

What is the price of admission? I don't see it referenced anywhere.

Is it too packed on Saturdays? Trying to decide whether to have my kid's birthday party on a Saturday or Sunday. Thanks.

Hello- Its generally less crowded on Saturday mornings and late evenings. Thanks!

They have a small arcade area when you walk in. You can also pay to play with the steam tables in a different section. There are snacks and some bites of food sold inside. I didn't notice much people opting for it. I would def recommend bringing a water bottle in, they are $2.50 a bottle inside. There was free black coffee set out for parents, but I didn't see any creamer. Two restrooms inside that were big, nice and clean. The kids had fun jumping in the ball pit, foam pit, some trampoline. There is a fun beaded pit with some toys to play with. Great place to burn the kids energy for the day.

However, trying to book a party myself has been incredibly frustrating. I've called multiple times at different times of the day, and no one ever answers the phone. I also sent a message on Instagram, which wasn't seen until the next day, and even then, it was left on read with no response. For a business that is clearly active and posting, that level of communication is really disappointing. The lack of customer service makes it very difficult to move forward with booking, especially when the website doesn't clearly answer all questions. I prefer being able to speak to someone directly, and not having that option, or any response at all, is frustrating. It's unfortunate because we were genuinely excited to book here based on our previous experience, but the poor communication ultimately cost them our business.

The employees walk around constantly, showing they care about the place and taking good care of it. The only annoying thing is their claim that you must buy their specific brand of socks because of "insurance policies." That is total crap. No insurance company mandates a specific retail brand name of socks; they only care about general safety and grip. Using that excuse feels a little insulting to me. However, I don't care too much i'll buy the socks without questioning because this is a great place. We will definitely come back here all the time because the facility itself is amazing! Online ticket reservation was easy, paying for just the child's ticket while adults are free (phew). Reading previous reviews, it seems they gave out their own grippy socks at one point, but I came prepared with my son having his own which was fine per the front desk. The interior is well thought out and planned for kids to go around exploring: 2 indoor climbing structures, 2 excavator pits (literally the most unique attraction that we never had ourselves growing up), a small child/ young toddler area, and pretend play police/fire station, movie theater and 3 ride-on animals. There's ample comfy seating for adults to lounge, because we all need to dissociate from our kids at times. Overall the environment was clean, nothing looked too worn down outside expectations, and all the staff were friendly. If you plan on spending 2+ hours here, the young ones will get hungry, which leaves you at the mercy of having to pay on-site inflation for snacks or a bulkier meal; at least the options are relatively "healthier" for kids, but you should lower expectations for yourself. Personally I could've made that $8 cup of mac and cheese better... all while avoiding a curdled cheese sauce. I'd like to think $25 admission for a weekday AM was sufficient to give my 4yo the space he needed, but crowds can still build up by mid-AM; I don't foresee smaller toddlers doing well if you are worried about the bigger kids possibly trampling over them. Heads up, just received an email that they're increasing prices and mandating their own $5 grippy socks, as I'm typing this near the end of March 2026 :(
