Company advertised 7 day free trial for this location (location name and address mentioned in…read moreconfirmation email). But of course when I arrived the promotion was not given, stating this location isn't participating (even though the marketing and confirmation email mentioned this location). I'm sure there's a disclaimer somewhere, but who's tired of this kind of marketing BS? I don't really care about the 7 day trial, I just hate being lied to.

An overdue quick review to say do the Boot Camp! Having not worked out since 2017/18 I found myself…read morefaced with an ad suggesting a 3 day a week 6 week boot camp. I took the classes Nov-December and I couldn't have been happier. From the sign up to the workouts, everyone was super nice and friendly. I loved working with Adam, who was always professional, with just the right amount of encouragement and the right amount of push. If you are ready for a small group setting to get back into it, or get into it from the couch, this is a supportive group. Tip: If you are a coming from the couch, welcome! This *will* be the perfect class for you in just a hot minute. My suggestion is to sign up for 1-2 personal sessions before the boot camp to get acquainted with some of the moves and the items. The second tip is that 3 days a week IS actually perfect to get started. This class doesn't have a ton of cardio, so you can actually do the best of your ability and be successful right away. 3x a week will also FEEL results pretty quickly. Carrying packages, putting away things, carrying your kids or grandkids is easier. As we age, strength training is one of the best things to carry on with a high quality of life. This boot camp gives you the cadence you need to build and build and protect yourself from getting injured. Join now, and tell everyone Danielle says hi.

This studio left a lasting impression on me. I had gotten some free classes that brought me in to…read moretry them once, but then I got hooked and became a (non-regular) paying customer (this location was too far from me for it to be regular, but I liked this location more than other ones I had tried, so mentally I would've been a regular there if I could've). I have gone to countless different gyms and boutique fitness businesses but this one hit a little differently. Maybe the extra light in the studio helps, maybe it is their fantastic staff - from the door to the floor - but it all made me happy and feel more content with my day once I went. Its been a little minute since I've been, but just wanted to randomly drop by this review in case anyone has been wondering whether to check it out or not. The instructors are amazing and so bada**, I wish I could have their endurance to talk and workout so hard at the same time! Having tried many other classes, no one has beaten my experience with them because they are so in tune with their clients and knowledgeable in helping you find the adjustments you need if you want them, which other places lack. It all helped me strengthen things I didn't know I needed to strengthen. Keep it up, Barre3 Issy. (And take a class with Trina if she's still there - she'll kick your booty.)

Workouts can sometimes become mundane and routine. Barre3 showed me that physical fitness involves…read moremore than just weights and cardio. This class challenged me to work on muscle groups outside of my normal CrossFit WODS. The class started with an introduction to the equipments, and class expectations. Barre3 is a combination of ballet, yoga, Pilates, dance, and functional training. The workout is done barefoot. We completed some stretching movements as a warm up to our hour long rou. The soundtrack slowly sped up in tempo signaling the transition to more challenging movements. This was a full body workout. The moves included slight modifications depending on personal dexterity and fitness level. The entire workout centered on engaging the muscles while slightly shifting positions. What I liked about the experience was the dynamics of class. It invoked a feeling of community and a sense belonging. The instructor was encouraging and the music selection was perfect. I'll definitely look into incorporating more of Barre3 into my workout. This location was clean and organized. There is available lot and street parking. I would absolutely recommend this workout to anyone looking to change up their routine.
