I had gotten some free classes that brought me in to…read moretry them once, but then I got hooked and became a (non-regular) paying customer (this location was too far from me for it to be regular, but I liked this location more than other ones I had tried, so mentally I would've been a regular there if I could've). I have gone to countless different gyms and boutique fitness businesses but this one hit a little differently. Maybe the extra light in the studio helps, maybe it is their fantastic staff - from the door to the floor - but it all made me happy and feel more content with my day once I went. Its been a little minute since I've been, but just wanted to randomly drop by this review in case anyone has been wondering whether to check it out or not. The instructors are amazing and so bada**, I wish I could have their endurance to talk and workout so hard at the same time! Having tried many other classes, no one has beaten my experience with them because they are so in tune with their clients and knowledgeable in helping you find the adjustments you need if you want them, which other places lack. I'm not great at working out by myself but when I had a fun class to go to I found myself looking forward to my exercise! We started with a private lesson to get used to the machines and then I began with the class. Tami was able to help me increase my flexibility, get some great arm toning and waist trimming. I see a lot of reviews, here complaining about customer service soon after enrolling and would advise those individuals to get in touch with Eric, if you can before writing a bad review or quitting the gym in 2 weeks of joining like I had planned to do. 425 Fitness has great workout equipment, classes, and most of all the relaxing hydro massage chairs, I have not seen anywhere else. And of course, a manager who listens and understands the importance of maintaining member loyalty.

What should have been a simple request turned into days of unanswered emails, missed follow-ups, and repeated attempts to get assistance. The instructors are excellent, welcoming, and create a great class experience, which makes this review particularly disappointing to write. However, my experience with studio management and membership support has been frustrating. Over several weeks, I attempted to resolve a membership issue and encountered repeated communication breakdowns. I was directed to different people, asked to send emails to their general manager, Lorena, who did not respond despite multiple follow-up attempts, given timelines for responses, and promised follow-up calls that never happened. Each time, I had to proactively follow up and restart the process myself. The issue itself wasn't the problem, the lack of accountability and follow-through was. Clear communication and reliable customer support are just as important as the quality of the classes, and unfortunately that was missing from my experience. Some of the staff I interacted with were kind and professional, but there seemed to be a disconnect when it came to resolving member concerns and ensuring commitments were kept. I hope leadership takes this feedback seriously because the instructors and classes deserve praise. However, a positive studio experience extends beyond the classroom, and there is significant room for improvement when it comes to member support and communication.
