Omg had the worst experience here! So my kids grandparents bought online gift cards for this place. Came and they wouldn't work. Mgr said the online ones don't work on their system so you can't use them yet! I said maybe you should stop selling them then. He said he doesn't control that. I said at least put on the website that you can't use them yet! I said the kids grandparents paid for these and we drove up here from camarillo and the kids are excited. I have enough on the gift cards to pay for it and I'm not about to pay with my money. He said all they can do it let them have a free hour. I said that's fine, all we were going to do anyway. I asked how we are supposed to know when we can use it. They took my phone number. Are you kidding me? You're selling gift cards that can't be used yet? And nowhere does it tell you Online. I checked the website. It said you need to print out your certificate and bring it to will call. Nowhere does it say you can't use it when you do that! Also- some of the obstacles are too slippery to do with their socks on. Not to mention they nickel and dime you by charging you for their socks and not letting you use sky high socks which are essentially the same. read more

Really ridiculous to have an online registration and ticketing process only to have to wait in line for a half hour to actually be allowed in. Really a bad business practice... how about a window for people who have already registered and paid for admission. Join the rest of us in the 21st century read more

Had so much fun for a birthday party. Darlyn was so cool she was dancing and making us all laugh. Would totally go back.

This place is AMAZING my kids had so much fun. The staff here is great, especially darlyn. She went out of her way to make the kids and parents have fun. read more

One of the best jump parks in the world I think every kid would enjoy it it is veryMagnificent use everyone should take their kids there

My family always has a great time here because they have a wide variety of play areas. My wife and son enjoy jumping around on the trampolines that cover most of the floorspace while I have more fun playing around on the ninja warrior course. The whole place is clean and comfortable and it's a great relief on a hot day. read more

Great add to our community! This place is fun for the whole family. I see some new American Ninja Warriors coming out of TO. So much fun!!

My son has been here a couple of times for birthday parties and everything has been nothing but fun! My oldest son finally made it yesterday with some friends and had an awesome time as well. I am glad we have an option for this type of facility in the area instead of going to Camarillo and Woodland Hills. Is always good to have options. read more

Sky High on steroids!!! My nine year old loved that she could socialize and exercise at the same time! Definitely recommend!!!

Very fun place. My daughter celebrated her 12th Birthday there and everyone had a blast. Love the socks. Its definitely challenging but my kids and I were beat after. Great start to their spring g break. Thank you Dojo Boom. read more

I had a birthday party for my daughter. The party room wasn't ready for 30 minutes. My guests were left standing outside while 1 person cleaned the entire room with no help. She left the mop in the room while my guests are coming in. When I tried to speak to the manager named Forrest, he was completely unhelful and argumentative. She then disapeared and I couldn't find her anywhere. No drinks were put out and the children were thirsty from jumping and running. When the pizza arrived, it was uncut and she was using her hands to separate the pizza. She informed me she didn't have a pizza cutter. Once again, not my problem. She took out the Ice cream cake too late and wasn't able to cut it properly. Good thing I brought utensils which she used to cut the cake. I had to help her serve the drinks and cake because she said she was short staffed. So many birthday parties should not be reserved back to back, if there isn't enough staff to run the place properly. It's not all about the money all the time. Or at least it should't be!!! read more

This is by far one of the prettiest indoor trampoline park. Everyone was super friendly and made the experience all the more better. Bailey was such a sweet person and did all that he could to make the experience your own. Josh was also very friendly and joking. It made he whole experience a blast and such a playful environment. I can't wait to come back again read more

Dojo Boom is awesome! I organized a school event for 60+ 5th Grade children. The manager and workers were amazing! The check in process was seamless and super quick! We held a similar event at Sky High in Woodland Hills a few months ago & it took up to an hour to check in! We did not have this problem at Dojo Boom, the longest anyone had to wait was 2 x mins! The place is great for kids, very clean and allows parents full view of the play area at all times. It also allows parents to be in the jumping area, which I liked. It is so refreshing to visit somewhere like this, where the manager cares about his customers and ensures it is a great experience! Dojo Boom Rocks!!! read more

Looking forward to visiting this place for the first time tomorrow but I had to write this now as I can already tell what a great experience it will be based on the customer service I have already received. Customer service these days stink almost everywhere you go but not at DojoBoom! I had questions, several actually, regarding their Spring Break specials. Kevin Bull was most helpful and prompt in his responses (several) and we look forward to going tomorrow. Thanks Kevin! read more

I really wanted to like this place but can't look past their disgusting business practices. My family and I were visiting California from Hawaii. Of course being that we live on an island, we don't have a lot of things that are readily available on the mainland. My kids really wanted to check out Sky Zone, but my husband heard about Dojo Boom so we changed our plans. We decided to set aside an entire day of our trip (9/9) for this because we were staying in Anaheim. Along the way I attempted to purchase our passes but the website was only showing time slots until 6:30pm and all those were sold out. Unable to get anyone on the phone, we made the decision to head over anyway and hope for the best since they were open until 9pm. We arrived at 5pm and an employee was almost standing guard at the entrance. He explained that there was a private event from 5-7pm but that we were welcome to return at that time. I asked if I could purchase our tickets so that we were guaranteed to be able to participate (as their website recommends doing so) after driving so far. First he laughed at the fact that we drove all the way from Anaheim, which was extremely rude, and then he refused to even let me step foot in the door. I was a bit taken back but assumed maybe he was just on a bit of a power trip or something. He stated that if I wished to purchase tickets ahead of time, I needed to visit their website. I explained that I had already tried to do that but there are no times showing after 6:30pm. He got super sassy and said that he isn't able to fix their website (never asked or suggested he do that) so I'd just have to wait in that case. I asked very specifically when we would be starting our time if we are being told to return at 7pm and will still need to sign waivers and pay. He said we could come back at 6:45pm to get all that started so we could begin promptly at 7pm. We agreed to wait and sat at a nearby bench. We watched several families attempt to enter just as we had, and each were turned away with next to no explanation. At one point, the staff members went as far as to CLOSE AND LOCK the doors completely without even putting out a sign stating there was a private event and they would reopen at 7pm!!!! We decided to be nice unlike their staff members and explain what was going on. At one point it was reported that the person hosting the event bought 250-2 hour tickets and demanded that the staff refuse to let anyone even walk through the doors. After what we witnessed over the 2 hours that we waited, I absolutely believe that!!!! I completely understand not allowing people to participate when there is a party going on. What I have a problem with is not letting anyone purchase tickets during that time frame and locking patrons out of your business. Had we not had this planned for weeks, driven so far, and had 2 kids looking forward to participating, I would've left in a heartbeat. Many of the families that attempted to get in left with a bad taste in their mouth and said they will refuse to give Dojo Boom their business in the future. I don't blame them at all! To make matters worse, the staff did NOT end up allowing anyone in at 6:45pm as they said they would. They opened the doors after 7pm with a big crowd formed outside (cue the chaos, running, and pushing). Since we had waited so long, my family and I ended up being able to get helped at the counter right away. The problem is, once we paid and got socks and bracelets, it was already almost 10 minutes into our 60 minute time. I questioned how fair that was and was met with extreme attitude from the girl who was helping us. I asked if we could be put in the next group and she dragged the manager into it. He too gave attitude and stated their recommendation is to arrive 30 minutes before your start time to take care of everything so you'll be able to start immediately. I reminded him that A) their doors have been closed and locked since 5pm, B) their website wouldn't let anyone purchase tickets for times after 6:30pm, and C) they chose not to let anyone back in until AFTER 7pm knowing full and well they were still gonna be charging people to begin their time from 7pm! I refused to drop it and they eventually agreed to delay our start time to 7:30pm, but I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I even had to argue over it for them to say yes! Another weird thing about this place is that their clocks all say different times, and none are even correct, so you don't really know how much time you have left. There is also no consistency to when they end each group. They let the group before us go 7 minutes over their time, but our group was promptly ended on time. Most staff members seem pretty miserable and then pull attitude with parents and kids just looking to have a good time. It's really sad because this place has the potential to be so much better! If we lived locally, I wouldn't return based on our experience. read more

Once again this place had disappointed me. I had a party for my son here... horrible party coordinator and terrible sign in process. I came again to give it another chance, needed a new waiver for my 5 year old.. yes they verified age. I was also with a baby strapped on my chest. I find out, he's unable to go with my older son because HE IS 5.. "oh, yeah.. and you need a waiver for your baby"... so I get that taken care of. Then I realize the giftcard I used wasn't given back to me. Apparently all the funds were used, but I was nt told that while purchasing, nor was I given a receipt. A receipt was then printed for me that said cash was used. I asked why.. oh because the reader doesn't read those gift cards anymore.... then how would he know it was all used?!? Coincidently I had $32 on the giftcard... which was only enough for my two kids, but I know I had enough on there to bring all three of my kids. read more

I was bummed today when one of my kids lost the opportunity to jump. I got a gift card for my two kids for Christmas. It was all they asked for. We don't have a lot of money, so a few family friends pitched in to make it happen. We had the jumping planned for a week and we were so excited when we showed up. The gift card was for $25.00 the exact amount for both of my kids to be able to jump for an hour. I made sure to bring special socks (we had some from sky high). I brought our own because I couldn't afford the $6 it would cost for brand new ones. (It's been a rough year for our family). The guy working said we couldn't use the sky high socks and that I had to buy their brand. I was emotional because I knew if I did, it meant that one of my kids would have to miss out. That's exactly what happened.. my son got to jump and my daughter had to sit it out. I understand this is more of a personal problem but I felt like it could have been avoided :/. And that an exception could have been made. The socks we had were great quality. Other than that, the staff was super nice. The place was super clean. And my son had a blast. I would recommend this place definitely. read more

Good and bad. Kids had fun and was mostly a good experience for them. But the adults were frustrated by some of the comments and antics of the 'staff" members. Don't give one group different colored wristbands. I didn't catch it until the kids had already started jumping and we ended up losing time and did not get the whole hour that was paid for because the kids had different colors. Next time I will use the timer on my phone to ensure they have the appropriate time. Most staff were oblivious to pretty much everything but one decided he had a vendetta against my daughter and I and followed us around. He informed us we were using equipment incorrectly but yet, no instructions were posted or reviewed about "how to use the equipment". After I indicated this, he proceeded to follow us everywhere we went in the arena, making us very uncomfortable. There were no adult employees to be seen. I teach high school, so I know that there are good teenaged employees out there (so this is totally not a rant about young employees), but there has to be appropriate training and support from management, which is clearly missing here. read more

I made reservations for my son's birthday party at Dojo Boom for 11/11/2018 in the afternoon. Chris (if that's how you spell it), helped me throughout the reservation process and she was great. The place is clean, and tons of fun. (I find that most trampoline places don't smell very well, but this place smelled clean everywhere we went). They had tons of cool obstacles (we had kids ages 2-11 and they all LOVED IT). They have an awesome selection of socks, and the gentleman who assisted me at the front desk was very polite. The reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because it lacks good customer service. Our hostess (I didn't catch her name but she had curly hair) was not very efficient and had an attitude whenever I asked for something. For starters, she did not have the room ready on time (I saw her chit chatting at the front counter a lot). Our room was supposed to be ready at 1:30, but it wasn't. She misspelled my son's name on the party room door. The sodas she brought out were not even cold. (When I made reservations, I was told there would be pitchers with my drink of choice, but instead we received liters of soda that did not appear to have been refrigerated). When I asked the hostess for pitchers of ice, she brought an ice bucket and she seemed annoyed when she placed it on the table. Several of the parents that were there noticed this. I ended up doing a lot of the serving, and she seemed annoyed when I asked her for water (the kids kept complaining about being thirsty). The pizza was also pretty salty. I don't think I will ever book a party here again. If anything, I would bring the kids here, then head elsewhere after for lunch/dinner/presents. The staff out in the play area were just okay. A few of them didn't seem very happy to be there. I think a lot of them are super young and maybe still getting into the swing of things... who knows. In any case, I will definitely bring our kids back because the place is super fun. read more

Held my son's 10th birthday party today. We had a blast and I would definitely book again. We've done tons of other indoor parties and though the distance was my biggest concern, truly the staff made the drive worth it. Our host Mikey was phenomenal and I would highly recommend asking for him. I could always find him, he had great social skills and was fast! Party time is short and every minute counts so if I can't find you or you work like a snail it's going to be an issue. He was great!!! Check in time was okay because I told our guests to arrive early. It's really important that families fill out the waiver ahead of time as the line gets long and it's not necessarily the staff that is making it long but rather families who aren't prepared (no waiver filled out, kids aren't near them-they need their hand stamped, or those who ask a million questions that really aren't emergency questions and can be asked later on). We booked the large room on top and it was perfect. Love that you can bring in outside food and drinks. Best part as a parent is I can see the whole place in order to try to keep an eye on our kids and they allow observers to go in and take pictures. My son's bday photo book is coming out great! Even got a picture with Kevin Bull which made my son's birthday even brighter! Overall I was extremely happy, my guests had nothing but positive things to say and my son was on cloud nine. This place has my vote! read more

I came on a Friday at 1:45pm. There were only a handful of people jumping at that time. I was with a group of moms buying 9 "after school passes" at $55 each. We also had two kids that we pain for an hour and a half jump for. After waiting in line for 30 min (only one girl checking people in) one of our mothers realized that she didn't have her debit card. Therefore as normal the line kept moving. So 9 kids started jumping and these two had to wait. I asked an employee if there was a way to get these two kids jumping with their friends for the same time frame and his reply was "they will have to wait in line". I explained to him that we already waited and if their mom didn't find her card I would pay. He told me that the girl was the only person to check people in. I asked for a manager who he claimed was busy. When the employee walked away I knocked on the door and Kevin Bull answered. I explained to him what had happened and was hoping that he could at least expedite a check in. He told me he would send someone but that they don't let the line get longer than 30 minutes. He told me that a guy would be there soon to help but he was the "party" guy...he never came. My thoughts on this are this...we just paid $594 and there was nothing they could do to accommodate this, not even the owner! And the girl working the desk tried to tell me my son...who is here frequently, isn't in the system. So frustrating. I'm very disappointed in this experience as is the group of moms I am with. read more

I have two boys 8 and 11. My 11 year old is autistic and has sensory issues. We have gone to Dojo many times and the kids love it. Very fun place with lots to do. But the volume in there is incredibly loud and I always have to ask them to lower the music. Most of the time it's not a problem however today they had a special guy that was brought in to "hype" up the place. The volume was so loud my ears were hurting and I cannot imagine how this was on the kids' ears. I spoke with the manager who listened and offered some degree of sympathy when I complained. He offered to give me passes for the kids which was a nice gesture, but it seems like there really isn't any consideration for people's well-being. His main concern was that it was to promote fun and get people involved and didn't seem to think any change was necessary as long as people were having fun. I have had a similar incident with the same manager a few months ago. As much as we love playing here I give them a low rating for really not demonstrating they care for health and safety. read more

Just had a birthday party for my son here this week. Although the kids enjoyed it, parents should know how unorganized the staff is. The prepaid parties are pricey and one should expect for the price that Dojoboom would have a party host assigned to them from the minute the kids get there to direct the party. We did not have this and had to ask several times for a host to greet and direct our party, having it never take place. Our party room was dirty from a previous party that ended 15 minutes prior to our party start time and remained dirty for the first 40 minutes of our prepaid party. This lack or organization led to us sitting in limbo with our party supplies and food that could not be set up in the dirty party room. The staff members all act as if the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing and there is always someone else they need to ask for direction. I would not pay for another party here again. The lack of organization or true management is the downfall to this place which really could be amazing if they stepped it up a bit. I heard similar testimonials from friends about parties that took place here right when Dojoboom opened, assuming the chaos stemmed from possible initial growing pains, but here we are experiencing the same complaints almost a year later. read more
