I was honored to celebrate my granddaughter's 6th birthday at DoJoBoom this past weekend. Wow! What a fun experience. We were a group of 13 ranging from ages 6 to 60 and purchased one of the party packages. This gave us a separate room to enjoy a pizza lunch after jumping. A special shout-out to Benjamin F, who was the party host and facilitated our time in the room making everything flow perfectly. He was very helpful and kind which made our experience great. The place made me feel ALIVE! It had a great vibe and the energy there is contagious. read more

We loved this place when it first opened but now going there we don't like the changes they made regarding their pricing. If u go without kids it's super fun (just go when it isn't crowded) if you do have kids it can be pricey . I have a 3 and 1 year old ...under 2 is free with an adult admission. .so for a 3 year old and 1 year old it cost you $30 1 hr to chase around your kid. But I did send out a email to Kevin and he responded to my concern. read more

This place is really fun for kids from 7-15 they have fun activities and it's great exercise. It is smaller than sky high, but after a while they need to switch up the parkour stuff. But over all this place is great and fun and great exercise read more

I took my sisters and my cousins to Dojo Boom and wow. This place is way better than any other trampoline places, I've been to. The workers are so polite and helpful. They are all young and actually know what they're doing. It has so many obstacles for the kids to play in and the kids really enjoyed the zip line. They also have a variety of cool socks to choose from. Overall, would recommend this place. Really fun. read more

This place is amazing! Thankful to Kevin and his staff for their friendly and helpful customer service. There's so much to do here! The kids can't get enough. I think I may have and more fun then the kids. read more

I am a monthly member and my daughter and I enjoy this place. Unfortunately today an employee named Darlene thought it was OK for a boy to put his hands on my daughter. I told the boy to keep his hands to himself and he should not be touching girls and to use his voice. Darlene the employee began defending the boy, started yelling at me and telling me that I am being aggressive. I asked for the manager and he automatically sided with their employee and tried to belittle me and made me feel like I did something wrong. Mind you, he wasn't there to witness what happend. Very unprofessional. I don't know what kind of world we live in but I know for sure that that was unacceptable. Out of all the employees there she never has a smile on her face and the Manager is very disrespectful. People with attitudes like that shouldn't have a job around people at all. No customer service skills at all. read more

Andrew was our party coordinator for my daughters birthday party, which was held there just this past weekend. He was great! He was great at 'rallying the troops' and making sure people knew where they needed to be to sign in, get their socks, get to the party room, etc. He also was very helpful in setting up the party room, serving the food, etc. But I think what made him great was that he engaged with my daughter (turning 7) and helped her feel like a birthday princess. The party itself was also great! Everyone had a blast and didn't want to leave! Kristina read more

Wow!! Is this place fun!!! 1st time our kids had ever been somewhere like this. Our son age 5 and daughter age 7 had an unbelievably great time, didn't want to leave and declared this their new favorite place!! We went there on a Saturday morning with a couple other families and all enjoyed it immensely. We stayed for one hour which was plenty kids were exhausted...so were parents. It was kind of crowded probably because it was a weekend and also during Winter break. Recommend getting there at least 30 minutes early before time you would like to jump. read more

This place has incredible activities for the kids. Having been to several different trampoline parks, this is by far the best spread; however, the parties are horrible. They only give the kids an hour of playtime on the equipment and then shove you into a tiny, loud (due to the echoing)room for 45 mins. The kids are not allowed to go back and play during the 45 min room time. The line to check in the parties took forever. There were several empty registers, but we were all being funneled through one; without exaggeration, it took 15 mins to be checked in and that ate into the kids' play time. Additionally, our friend ordered 8 pizza but only got 6. She was able to show them her email, but there was nothing they'd do about it since the pizza comes from off site. Finally, they put one teenage boy in charge of a party of 40. He did next to nothing. The members of the party jumped up and started serving the food and drinks. read more

This should get 5 stars but the check in is SO INEFFICIENT during busy hours. We waited THIRTY FIVE minutes in a line that had maybe 10 people in front of us. There were three lines of the same length and none were moving. The check out people are asking what sock color people prefer and just generally doing things that waste time. I complained to the manager who just smiled at me. This place could be so awesome but the hassle of getting in and situated just taints the whole experience. Maybe if they had a bar inside it could make up for the stress read more

Held our daughter's 8th birthday party here today. Everyone had a great time and our daughter said she had "the best birthday party ever." The staff was very accommodating and we couldn't have asked for anything more, other than wishing the party could have been just a little longer. It was a great day and a lovely party. read more

Wow. I went to dojo boom and it had so many cool features and totally bouncy trampolines. I definitely think you should visit for an amazing time. read more

Came here on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't extremely busy! This place is such a fun place for kids. First time here and I'll definitely be back. One thing that was kinda annoying is we spent over 20 min of our jump time trying to find an actual locker that worked :( there were so many that wouldn't lock. I asked an employee and she said unfortunately they would stay like that until they brought a maintenance lock person in. My suggestion is to find a locker that works prior to paying for your jump time. Also another downfall but somewhat to be expected is that I brought my 2 year old at 6pm.. a lot of kids were kinda selfish with some of the areas and not willing to share.. also multiple times kids would come flying and bounce right next to my toddler or run into him. Again.. not a con of the actual business itself but maybe they could be stricter with the kids who are extra rambunctious and not cautious. I thought all the employees were nice. There were tons of crazy kids and I didn't see any employees be rude or lose their patience. I think it's also a good price considering all the kids get to do! read more

Yes this place is fun for the kids but it's a busy Sunday and there's a line up of 80 people and I waited 40 min just to pay for my kid. Utterly ridiculous. Kevin - this is not rocket science. Have more staff on a weekend and have them walk around with iPads checking people in and taking payment. Come on now. Then they won't let her jump in the socks because I bought them at a similar competitors place. Seriously dude?!?! read more

My kids absolutely love this place and would live here if they can. I really like how they offer these promotions also where they can come in during certain hours at a discounted rate, it's great. The staff their is also friendly. read more

Love this place! Spacious and very clean. No food allowed in the jump zones. Water is ok. My hope is always to wear out grandkids and they all have a memberships, which saves you money. I just love watching them..soo temping to get out there myself! You do sign a waiver, I think personal responsibility is required. It's not a babysitting facility. You should caution your own kids about safety and not expect personnel there to see what every single person is doing at every moment. Common sense is required. read more

My daughter had a great time at the birthday party hosted here. The pizza isn't good though. She wants to come back with a friend for jump and zip line time. read more

I had my daughters 5th birthday party here on October 26th at 2:45pm WE HAD A BLAST! The staff were really nice and friendly. We rented the party room our host was amazing. The party package came with two pizza's and two sodas of your choice. I think this is better than Sky Zone. I was really worried about not being able to watch all the kids. Dojoboom had an attendant at the entrance before going into the trampolines I felt pretty safe because of it, that way no stranger could wonder off with you kid. Thank you so much DojoBoom everything was perfect! Thank your Friendly staff for me. xx read more

I had a an amazing time because of darleen(a worker there) she made my time there more enjoyable

I was really disappointed in the lack of staff watching the different "stations." Before they let you near the trampolines they read you rules, but there was not enough staff members watching to ensure that people were following them or that kids were being safe. My 4 year old son was doing one of the obstacles (which is supposed to be one kid at a time) and several kids were jumping at the same time. One much bigger kid almost jumped on my son flying over the wall. My son was at the rock climbing wall and these older boys went to climb right above him, I had to ask them to please wait until the kids were done so they wouldn't fall on them. Not the best place for younger kids, especially with older kids not following the rules! read more

Dojo boom has the best service in any bounce house around! 10/10 would recommend . We had so much fun and are definitely gonna come back

What an amazing place - way more activities than Sky High. My 9 year old had lots of fun here even though some of the activities like the swinging obstacle course were a little too challenging for her. There were teens here having fun so it seems to span a large age range. read more

the equipment is new and the place is very clean and affordable! It's fun for kids and adults! saw on other reviews that the place smelled bad, in our case today i walked in and was surprized how good it smelled in there so i assume they really try and improve :) also there were several employees walking around and making sure the kids don't get hurt. read more

My kids and I had an amazing time here today. It is fun because of the different stations available for us to explore. Big shout out to Darleen! She was extremely attentive during the check in process. I appreciate employees like Darleen who take their jobs seriously and makes sure that the customer's experience is a great one. Thanks to her, we will make sure to come back soon! read more

Bought the Summer Pass, but every time we want to go - - we try calling, we look on their website and no information. So we drive out there only to find out it is booked for a private event and we end up either having to wait for an hour, or two, or three or we go home disappointed. This has happened 3 times in 2 weeks. We have spoken to the manager and they say "try calling ahead". We do. No one answers. They say "we post on Instagram". They do not. Certainly with the ease of social media and the many electronic options Dojoboom should be able to address this issue. But they seem unwilling to do so. That's unfortunate. There were many unhappy patrons standing in line with me this morning. read more

Awful service waited for 20 min at the desk very unconcerned employees that were more busy talking then helping. Asked to speak to manager Ines who was very rude and told me that my business was not welcome if I did not like the way she ran "her" dojo. read more

This place is awesome! So much fun for my 5 year old son (who is very active) And I love the fact that you can walk around the various activity areas to help the kids and keep an eye on the action. I'm only giving it a 4 star because of the lengthy check-in process. Overall, I still highly recommend. read more

Great customer service from Alexander, the assistant general manager. Alexander took the time to turn the entire situation around and booked the party on the spot. He was very kind and informative and his excellent customer service was so appreciated! read more

This review to give praise to Ray for his patience and continuously steady even-keeled voice as parents took out their anger on him after (for some) waiting three hours to get in. He was calm and non-reactive. So young yet very mature and demonstrated more self-control than a handful of adults who chose to throw verbal fits. No one could argue with him because he did not argue back. Due to his demeanor he was able to keep the wolves at bay. Some employee made a poor choice of booking TWO summer camp groups with kids galore for two hours for today. No one else was allowed in. So even though many of us bought entrance tickets ahead of time for a scheduled time we were not allowed in until all campers had left. Of course it takes quite a long time for that many children to get their shoes and socks back on and exit the building so of course we all had to wait even longer.... Thank you Ray for being the spokesperson for Dojo Boom. You were the epitome of diplomacy and calm in the face of a storm. read more

I'm super upset right now I got a flight club membership going into the place everyone was super nice they explain to me the membership but never said anything about a three month commitment. I called multiple times to cancel after a month of having the membership got no one to answer the phone kept calling with no answer I finally went in and somebody was nice to help me out the manager didn't call me back until I had to call somebody who is in the party planning aspect. He called me back and I was already really upset with him. I was super frustrated that I didn't even get a membership card and on top of that no membership number to cancel. He was super rude to me and gave me a lot of attitude. He took pride in his work that he did not even do. He also told me that I was being rude and as a manager you have to deal with upset customers because after 3 months of not being Answered and having to drive over to talk to them and still not getting answers and when I went in they again didn't say anything about THR commitment even after she had cancelled it for me I'm now almost 100 bucks down and I'm super angry by far the worst customer service I have ever seen! Everyone that I talked to never mentioned a commitment to 3 months even looking at my info on there end knowing I hadn't had it for 3 months and didn't say anything I want a refund and the manger said he "they don't do that" when a customer is this angry and you don't know what to do it's looks terrible on your part. THE MANAGER NOW IS MAKING ME EMAIL SOMEONE and I can't get in contact with them through phone this whole thing is a nightmare and nobody is helpful DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FLIGHT CLUB ITS A SCAM AND THEY DONR EVEN TELL U ANYTHING ABOUT HOW YOU HAVE TO COMMIT FOR 3 months and they also don't say anything about it. This is barely a business it's a bunch of kids running it I'm so disappointed that the manager treated me with such disrespect! I still don't have a membership card or number so unprofessional! The Manager didn't know how to handle my situation at all and was very rude and I'm so upset because I lost almost 100 bucks when I didn't even go! He told me he would cancel it and at that point it was already canceled so he basically had to get someone else involved because he didn't know what to do at all! Worst experience ever! read more

First time visit for a party. Overcrowded and chaotic upon entry. No explanation as to what to do/where to go other than needing to sign electronic waiver and get in party line. Waited in line after signing waiver for about 15 min and was told by staff member that they were short staffed with people knowledgeable to admit party guests. Were given socks and directed to party. Waited in another line to enter play area and was given the shortest explanation of use of space including terms unfamiliar to me (what aerial tricks not to do?). Would give one star except the trampolines were the best I've experienced. Overall, lack of supervision, short staffed, overcrowded, and not checking IDs of those coming in/signing waivers (any kid savvy enough to use a touch screen and enter their parents contact info could easily enter). Don't think we'll return anytime soon. read more

My kids have a great time here. The flight crew was especially helpful with my children.

We went two times in 10 days because my kids love it. The facility is great and it is not far from us. We paid for 1.5 hours on each occasion, but total jump time ended up being around 1 hr 15 minutes -- there is no grace period, no exceptions. Customer service is sorely lacking. The staff is exceptionally rude and not at all helpful. There needs to be a staff re-training on how to treat their clientele. read more

Dojoboom was probably the most fun I've ever had in two hours. I highly recommend Dojoboom for parties.

Cool place but seriously needs to fix the check in process. Waited 40 min to get in, despite having online tickets purchased, online waivers signed, and socks bought. Please make a fast lane read more
