Jayden was absolutely amazing !! She was so enthusiastic and supportive. As I was learning how to do a cartwheel she also helped me. Definitely coming back again! read more

My boys loved this place and were thrilled to find out we have one back home. Staff was nice and helpful. Some of the lockers need to be fixed but that was really the only negative. We purchased the 1.5 hr flight but really the one hour flight is plenty of time for preteen boys. read more

I have 3 kids and have already been multiple times since the opening (per their request). They absolutely love it here. They don't get bored like at other trampoline places and they have a fun workout. Highly recommend this place for ages 4 and up. read more

This place is amazing, my daughter is 11 and has a blast since shes hyper its right up her alley. The staff is great but Darlene is by far the best when it comes to people skills and social interaction. Ive only met her a few times but it feels like I've known her for longer. read more

Dojo boom is the best! My three-year-old loves it, getting exercise as he has the time of his life jumping, climbing, swinging, and playing dodgeball. It's very entertaining for me as well since I can walk around the gym with my kids, for free! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and today, Jayden, went above and beyond with her customer service, ensuring my son had the best possible time with her help and advice. Keep up the good work! read more

Dojo boom was definitely a great place to go for date night! So friendly and welcoming to family and friends, a little bit of competition mixed with a little bit of fun. Shout out to Bella and Eric especially for taking time to give me pointers on the obstacle course, and even jumped into the foam pit to help me find my glasses! Great job guys, thank you and I can't wait to come back with more friends!! read more

I had such a great time here for my friends birthday! The staff was so friendly and kind !! Will definitely come back

My 2 stars reflect the poor service received when I had my child's birthday party there. On any given day, the place is clean and great fun for the kids. But forget about having a party there. If you book 2 hours, you usually get 1.5 hours because they need 30 minutes to clean and set up for the next party. Had my kid's party on a Friday evening; it was not busy at all and we felt we had run of the place. But when it came to the party itself, it was disastrous. Total chaos from the "party helper", no communication from manager that night to those working the party. I did get irate which made the party planner cry, so they assigned me a new one. She was worse. Forgot the soda that I paid for. Both party planners did nothing as I ended up serving the kids and cleaning. The "manager" scolded me for "yelling" (which wasn't true - mad yes, yelling no) and basically berated me in front of the guests. Then the party helper (#2) asked that I tip the first helper because she had a bad night. I was wiling to not only tip her $20 for less than an hour of her help, but I asked to see her in person to apologize. She refused. I was still charged for the bottles of soda I never received. Thankfully, I brought in waters or kids would have nothing to drink. This is the fault of upper management. Go elsewhere where they will take care of you. read more

Updating my review to give credit where credit is due. They have become much more proactive at the front door about separating the returnees from the newbies who have to sign release forms. They have also put in tensa barriers to manage the lines. This seems to be effective and I appreciate the changes. My kid continues to love it sonIve updated my rating to 5 stars. Well done Dojoboom read more

Upon first impression it is super clean and modern looking. It's so spacious that no matter how many people are there it still feels manageable. I have only been to the tot time which is from 9:00-10:00am Monday - Saturday. I loved it I bounced with my 18 month old daughter for an hour straight and couldn't have had more fun. I really like how they have so many people working there watching the jumpers so everyone is safe. They also do not let you play until you have heard all their rules. This is a great way to get out some energy and have some fun especially for the toddlers. During tot time they play the most popular Disney songs and the kids eat it up. I would give more five stars if there were more times when it was tot time. Sometimes 9:00-10:00 is too early. read more

Brought my grandchildren 6 & 8, they had a blast. So many challenges to explore. My grandson & I love American Ninja Warrior, Thank you Kevin Bull for this amazing facility. At last some fun entertainment for "kids" of all ages in Thousand Oaks. read more

My kids love this place but the line is always soo long and poorly managed. They need to figure out a more efficient system because it usually takes at least 20-30 min to get in, even if you buy tickets online . Skyhigh is much better at getting people thru the line. read more

This is my favorite place in the whole wide world! The service is amazing and everyone is so friendly. Shoutout to Alec, he was amazing! 10/10 read more

Great idea and great place in many ways. The reason we will not go there is the music is way too loud! We heard even a bunch of teenagers say why is the music so loud? And the smell was very strange. Like some kind of cheap air freshener. Very strong. It is nice that the owner is there to oversee his business but really needs to turn down the music and get rid of whatever smell is going on. Not good. Would like to go back but don't want to go deaf and inhale whatever is floating around in the air. Please fix. read more

They have plenty of kinks to work out and I think with time, hopefully they will get it all worked out read more

4.5 stars Just had my daughter's bday party and it went much better then expected. Pro's: We had over 20 kids and add a parent each. Room was tight, but worked out fine. We were assigned staff member Kevin (I believe that's right) and he was awesome. I didn't expect such involvement and he ran the show. Very nice, professional and attentive. He kept cleaning, both the floor and counters. He also served all the kids with the food we brought in. (Check for tables if your bringing in food) Viewing area for parents Future Guest passes for our party Pro/con: Requested folding table in advance. They didn't have this ready, but addressed within minutes. No injures, but a few limps. Kids had so much fun they wanted to keep playing. Cons: Kind of expensive, but the place is packed...so maybe the price is appropriate. Parties had their own check-in, but still on the slow side even with waivers submitted in advance. read more

My kids love it here but it can be dangerous IF you child likes to take risks. My 15 year old thought he would try a back flip on the trapeze swing. He's not an acrobat and never had any circus training. Needless to say he knees himself right in the face! He give himself a black eye, swollen cheek, and three chipped teeth. Again, the kids love it here, but it makes me nervous. read more

This is a really fun and unique place that I'm so glad my kids get to enjoy. The place is clean, and pretty efficient. I've been 3 times now in the few months they've been opened. The place can get crowded and the line to pay can be slow. Maybe with time, it will get a bit quicker but some opportunity for improvement there. But after the payment, we had zero wait to listen to rules (we actually weren't made to listen to any rules but they play on TV's when you are in the payment line). We also never had to wait to get on, or return to the floor after using the restrooms. Yes, you have to buy their socks. They have several designs - which are all really cool looking - and you do get to pick. You can reuse them each time you go, but we've forgotten or just purchased new ones since the designs are so fun. read more

I was here on Wednesday because my kids were off of school, was an amazing experience for them. They enjoyed it very much so we will be coming back again! The staff were amazing! But I think his name is jacobe because he said it had an e at the end, well he was awesome! He wasn't feeling well but he was doing his job! He was talking to my kids and supporting them! Amazing! 2nd review I love it there and so do my children. But there is just one staff member who is so disrespectful and I don't know why. Dojo boom, I'm sorry but please get nicer staff :( read more

Was fairly busy but was helped by Ciara and she was very friendly and helpful, despite being the only person working the front desk with many guests in line. I appreciated her help and the crew here is great. read more

We held my son's 7th birthday there last Saturday and it was great! The kicker is, we booked the party sight unseen--we'd never been there but heard great things about it from our neighbor. The manager (Alex?) was amazing. This was definitely better than SkyZone--at least for 7-year-olds and up. We originally booked a party starting at 10:30 with jumping time until 11:30 with cake in the party mezzanine room afterward until 12:15. Then, we extended our jumping time for another 30 minutes which made everyone's day because the boys wanted to jump again after cake. It really was a perfect birthday party and something tells me we will be there again next year. Oh, and it was cheaper than SkyZone and PumpItUp. read more

Wouldn't let you use socks from another trampoline place. They literally make you buy their socks. I would've left if we weren't here as part of an event. read more

Had both kid's bday parties here today and had a blast!!!! The staff was so helpful and attentive. We didn't want for anything. The kids loved it and so did the parents. My kids both said it was their best party yet! Thanks Dojo Boom! Huge shout out to Colby, Daisy and Drew for all their help. We'll be back really soon. read more

Our day here was great. Kids had a lot of fun. Staff ensured safety. It was quick to get in and out.

I really wish I could give zero stars. I just had THE worst experience ever for my boys birthday party. We arrived at the time scheduled, 15 minutes before our party. Our room was still being cleaned so we waited in the lobby with our cakes in hand unable to tend to our guests as they arrived. When we finally got the room we were immediately rushed through our one hour jump. When our food order came of course it was completely wrong even though I confirmed three times the week prior. I had to take the time away from my boys birthday party to complain were I was promised the correct food but....surprise surprise it never came. At the end of the day we go to these places to make our kids birthdays fun and stress free but this was far from that. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other place in town (scooters jungle, laser tag extreme, sky high etc.). read more

We have been here several times and had a blast! Today I had my daughter's 7th bday party here and it was amazing! Everyone was very accommodating and Cooper our party host was so helpful! Such a great place! read more

Like another reviewer said: could be great, but it's not. It's one of those places that pays a 20-year old fifty-cents over minimum wage and calls that person a "manager". We got one story from the evening "manager" and then when we arrived the next day the day time "manager" refused to honor what the evening "manager" had represented to us. Talk about poor customer service. My kid eventually got to play and he had fun but I have no plans to return. There are so many choices now for indoor playgrounds, why support a business that doesn't invest any training in its teenage employees or evidence any respect for their customers? Next! read more

Got charged for full hour even though they were closing in 30 minutes I would recommend a charge off half off makes the experience more worth it. read more

Awesome tramp gym. I can't get enough of the supertramps and the Ninja course! Also if your a fan of Ninja warrior, Kevin Bull is the gm!

Cool place. Very expensive. We bought an After School Pass for drop in play on weeknights. Upon driving my very excited 7yo over 30 minutes in rush hour traffic to dojoboom to let off energy, we arrived and were turned away because the entire facility was rented out for a party. My After School Pass was not honored and as a result, I have a hyperactive 7yo crying because he's not allowed to play. Your teenage front desk service wasn't very apologetic or caring either. There is NO fine print in my After School Pass that says we can be turned away. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED! read more

This place is completely mis-managed. I filled out the waiver on the website and paid for his flight time on the website to avoid any lines. Upon arriving the greeter stated their express lane wasn't available and we had to wait in the 10-15 minute line. Fine, want happy but 10 minutes isn't bad. Tuned out to be 30 minutes. The open register associate made us wait at the front of the line (knowing how long the wait time was) while he chatted with random customers and staff. When it was our turn I advised them that the wait was much longer than they were quoting at the door, and he said well it's a Saturday. Not caring, very much blowing me off. Company policy for us to buy their socks but they don't fit. When I bought the tickets on line, no where did it say to add $3 for required socks. I even went back on the website to double check if I missed it, still not on there. So I had to charge $3 to my CC. Last item was that he gave the boys a white bracelet. I asked what that was for, he said that the kids time would be up at 7:30, but it was 5:45? So I paid for an hour and 45 minutes? He said, "Yeah, they have to be done at 7:30". The place was crowded, which is fine, great even, but they don't do anything to accommodate or appreciate their customers. They don't manage the line not honor the website preparedness of those parents who plan ahead to speed up the check in. Will NEVER return as there are so many places like this around. Poor management of their location ruined what could have been a FUN afternoon. They don't care about the customer's satisfaction or their time. read more

SO MUCH FUN. This was a great way to get out all my energy. I would highly recommend this.

Disappointed this time. Had my kid's Birthday party last year there and it was great, so decided to have it there again. This year the package and prices have changed, and that was fine. Disappointed with the lack of customer service, and they constantly changed the time for us to go in the room. So I had bunch of thirsty and hungry guests waiting around. Finally once it was time to go into the room, was told that we have to go upstairs which is not a room but a long space with tables/benches. Our helper mostly stood there and just smiled while we set up, offered food to the kids. We even cleaned up after ourselves. This year we bought the pricier package expecting better service, but sadly no. Won't be going back. read more

My kid LOVES this place. We originally went here for a Bday party but have come back on our own countless times and it's a 1+ hr drive from home but worth the trip. Wish there was one closer to the house! I would sign up for the membership and be there constantly if it were closer! If you have a kid into American Ninja Warrior or Parkour "this is the place"! Well worth the drive read more

We just had a party for our 10 Year old son today. The dojo is amazing, the kids had a blast. All I can say is never a dull moment... there was fun for everyone,we had an amazing time. My son had so much fun here! He loves this place they have many more activities than sky zone

Came to visit from Bakersfield and was really disappointed how dirty the women's bathroom is and it smelled like pee big time. There is a place in Bakersfield called Rush Air Sports and the bathrooms are ALWAYS clean. I understand there is a lot of foot traffic, that's why they should have someone always cleaning. I also have high expectations because it's in Thousand Oaks. However, if it wasn't for the bathrooms this place would be a 5+ because my kids really like this place. read more

I've taken my grandkids to Dojoboom many times. We have always had a wonderful experience. Not so last time. To check in took forever. Only one girl at desk, she was overwhelmed and actually didn't seem like she knew her job well. Next thing we went up the ramp to get inside. A young boy, and I am not blaming him as he is a kid, cut in front of us, elbowed me the grandma to get in front of the line. I said something to the girl, she said it doesn't matter, everyone goes in at once. I said not the point, he should have waited behind us and not elbowed me. I said to her you are not doing your job - end of story. Once in a great time as usual. On a side note, when we were waiting to get to the front desk, I noticed many young employees really not doing a lot. In fact, one boy pushing the broom with his stomach.... is that the impression you want? We love this place and love following Bull, main reason we came the first time. Very disappointed in our last visit but will go again. I actually responded to a text message that was automatically sent to me after we entered about my dissatisfaction and asked for a call back. Nothing!!!!!!!! read more

We got there and paid and then go to enter and find out you can't go in until it's the top of the hour (ex: 1:00pm) so we had to wait for 12 minutes just standing there. shouldn't they mention that or post it somewhere???? Irritating to say the least. read more

My son fractured his foot. He was jumping up and down on the smaller squares and his left foot landed on the side. His foot was fractured and he had to have surgery. He is 9. Although, I have not looked into their safety practices, I would bet the facility is at fault here. In addition, none of the staff that worked there were trained in what to do in an emergency. If anyone else has had this happen at this particular facility, please let's get together. The response was inadequate, the staff were untrained, and I believe the facility may not be up to safety standards. read more
