Waited 40 minutes in the check in line to pay for my kids. There were 3 staff members checking people in but the process to enter is excruciatingly long. Also, no toilet seat covers in the bathroom ( I could manage without it but my young daughters can't). Some activities seem unsafe even with their grip socks that you have to purchase rather than using the same ones from other trampoline parks. My kids enjoyed it there but we won't be coming back often. read more

My kids love it here which is the most important thing....however management needs to work On some kinks like the line situation and making sure people sign the waiver before waiting in the main line...also starting your jump time every 15 min might be better than every 30 minutes...it's hard for little kids to wait when they are so excited to jump...but again, that being said, my kids do love this place! Lots of fun things for them to do! read more

Lots of fun but I was really bothered by the staff, a few of them acted like they had somewhere better to be and one was grabbing kids that were running. I get that the rules say running is not allowed but I think it's a little unnecessary to grab other people's children. read more

Staff is super helpful and friendly, the first hour of 6 and under was an amazing experience. They helped walk me through everything for my first time and even helped alot with ideas on what my son could do since he was obsessed with the foam pit they even let me wear my youngest on the trampolines instead of making me leave her behind or bring another adult with me. Will definitely be going back read more

Clean nice place. Check in is always horribly slow. Not sure why they can't figure out how to put more than one person at the register ugh

Hubby and son loved this place! $17 per person per hour and you are required to purchase socks. The socks came in different patterns to choose from and the had tiny sock for toddlers . Although it was very busy, there was not a long wait to do an obstacle course. Great place to bring your kids to let out some energy!! read more

Nick and Michael were incredibly helpful and a delight to deal with. My family and I came here for a birthday party and had a great time!

Great fun for the kids and me. After that I feel terribly out of shape! Good variety of activities for little kids and bigger kids. Staff was friendly. Some activities were very difficult, but not really a problem since there was other stuff to do. Only complaint is that the party room was not well ventilated. It got a little stuffy. read more

Took my 4 year old to a birthday party on a Friday night here. It was so much fun! I noticed in a lot of other reviews the frustration with wait times and such, but I found it refreshing to see so many teens and young kids working, being responsible, and enjoying themselves. I didn't find the wait excessive at all. It wasn't too crowded when we went and my son didn't wait much at all for any of the activities. It's hard to tell how awesome this place is from the pictures, it is well worth it to make time to go! read more

Could not be more disgusted with this company. Canceling the membership is difficult so I have kept the membership even though we rarely use it. BUT they charged my credit card during the pandemic and when I asked for a refund they refused and offered credit for when they reopen. I've had other grievances with this company but never enough to make me take the time to go on Yelp and write a review. As other people have mentioned it isn't clean and I once witnessed a young boy break his wrist and the workers on the floor were unaware and not prepared to handle the situation. On a few occasions, we have driven an hour to get there only for the facility to be closed for an event. None of that angered me enough to write a review. Charging my card during a pandemic and not refunding me after I requested a refund is outrageous. The facility is closed due to Covid 19 so under the unique circumstances I would think they would honor my reasonable request. Instead, my communication with Lauren has been disingenuous and patronizing. As a small business owner myself, during this stressful time, I have provided free services to customers and have gone out of my way to be accommodating. We are even donating food to the frontliners so I am even more outraged by their greedy business practices and unwillingness to apply a refund. This is not how a community comes together. It's truly lacking in professionalism and good business practices. read more

Great place and crew/staff. Very cautious and always observant of ongoing activities and jumpers. Crew is accommodating and friendly with the kids. Great experience for us every time we come and we are frequent "jumpers!" LOL! read more

We had so much fun at dojo boom! Darlyn helped us jump high and low!! If your kids to have a blast come here.

This place is a rip off. It's super crowded, it takes for ever to check it and there is often a wait. The music it too loud and repetitive. The biggest issue I had was that I was asked to leave because I had another trampoline place's socks which are the same but a different color. I told them I would next time but they were insistent and pretty much a jerks about it. Apparently their liability policy was written so they could sell more socks, because it would be just as easy to include all trampoline socks. They are all same and this place's socks aren't anything special. Go to Sky High or one of the other trampoline places-- a lot cheaper and so much better. read more

These 5 stars aren't for dojoboom these five stars are for Darlyn, you guy's where SUPER crowded and I must say you did not have enough staff in my opinion but I saw this girl work the gate the high jump and resolve some conflict in the dodgeball area. She definitely deserves a shout out. read more

i don't know whats up with the 3.5 stars. I was crazy impressed with this place as compared to the trampoline park near our house in van nuys which has about 1/3 the attractions and you can get your fill in about an hour. This place has SO many options to choose from, my niece could have played for hours which we'll do next time. It is however not great for LITTLE kids ( under 3-ish set?) and hectic in there with teens and even extreme sport adults. If you have a dare-devil kid on your hand, be mindful as some of the trampolines have EXTREME bounce. The staff was sweet with a little face bump got a first-aid kit and was very attentive. As an adult, you can sit in the lobby where you'd see about 1/3 the action, or get a wrist-band to walk around inside. i'm tempted to go back and actually try some of the stuff myself! read more

Saturday 2/8/2020 we showed up around 9pm (they closed at 11pm) the place was completely dead except for like 3 employees and maybe 3 or 4 teenagers sitting in a corner. Anyway the guy at the front desk informed us that saturday evenings are for kids 15 years and older.. absolutely ridiculous.. it was empty and they turned us away. not the brightest business move but whatever. won't be going back, first impression absolutely counts. read more

Oh my gosh if you want a place to go and tire out the kids then come here! Place is huge, clean, staff is friendly and extremely helpful with the kids. They get a wristband and they run around and jump and play and climb things and do sort of these ninja warrior type courses. They come home completely exhausted and I love it. They have an upstairs area for the adults to sit and watch over the kids, vending machines and air-conditioning. The kids will have a blast and they will sleep like babies and you can catch up on all types of correspondence why they are having fun. Awesome place and a great staff! read more

Overpriced and dirty. We stopped here on a road trip because my daughter wanted to try it out. There are a lot of kids so go early. The place doesn't have enough air conditioning so you can smell all the feet and sweat from everyone around. Will never go here again. We went to a similar place in Vegas a few years ago and the experience was much better than this placed in terms of sanitary, variety of play area and set up. read more

Finally, a new trampoline park. This is like a sky high on steroids. I was informed the owner was a contestant on American Ninja Warrior and the park speaks for itself. Super challenging obstacle courses, many foam pits, rock wall, and even a swing to land into a foam pit! The staff is really nice. It's a mixture of high school and college students so it's a very friendly environment! Love this place and I can't wait to come back. read more

My kids went all summer long and loved it they range from 13-5 years old. There seats throughout for parents to sit if they want to be inside the jumping area which I appreciate. read more

I've been here multiple times and have had great experiences but today our interactions with a front desk person was TERRIBLE. He was rude and would not provide his name. The manager was not helpful in addressing his attitude either. He said they keep him at the front because he's friendly. However, he was rude to the people in front of us. The manager passed it off as he was that way usually because he knows the people that are regulars. The manager on duty did not provide his name either. It was 10/4 at 4:27pm. This is unacceptable for an establishment. I will be speaking with corporate. So sad that all of our experiences prior to this were great and it takes these two kids to ruin a good time. read more

So much fun here! Why on earth do they not let you bring your own socks though?! I had socks from sky high and they literally told me I had to buy their socks instead for $3.. it's like come on guys. We are already paying about $20/pp to get in, why squeeze an extra $3 out of us for some socks when we have some. Make us sign a liability waiver and call it a day read more

Planned a trip with my daughter today only to arrive at 11am to be told it's closed until 7.30pm for a private event. The manager insisted I should have known as they posted on all social media. However that was a lie. Nothing was posted anywhere. My daughter is a member and we did not get an email about an 8 hour Saturday closure either. Terrible customer service dojo boom. You need to think of your customers. Most of whom are children. Lots of weekends ruined I'm sure. Sad kids and annoyed parents. read more

We decided to throw a party for my son here. Before the party I reached out to the employees several times to discuss the details of the party. Left messages 3 times and never received a call back. They never answer the phones. That should have been a sign of the poor customer service we would receive on the day of our event. For starters, they ask you to arrive 30 minutes before your guests. Thank goodness we did because what they neglect to tell you is they only have 1 wagon for the entire place to unload party supplies. At the time we checked in another party was already using the wagon and so my husband and I had to unload all of our food, cakes, and party favors all by ourselves making us late to our own party. It took us 6 trips to our car to unload everything with no help from anyone at Dojo Boom.To make matters worse we left our party supplies on the shelves towards the front and had to remind the staff multiple times that our cakes needed to be refrigerated as well as our food trays we had brought. It took 30 minutes for a party planner to eventually place our items in the refrigerator after continued reminders on our end. Also when we checked in our party planner had no record of our food order which I had placed and confirmed 2 weeks before the party. We had to remind them of everything we had ordered once again. When our party guests went to begin their jump session they were told by the lady managing the floor that they would have to wait 20 minutes because there jump time was only for 60 minutes. I had to correct the lady and inform her that our party started at 1215 and our jump time was for 90 minutes. She said we had been given the wrong colored bracelets. I let her know in no way shape or form were our guests going to go wait in line again to have this fixed since they had already stood in line once. She let us proceed. When it was time for us to set-up for our party management was nowhere to be found nor was my party host who was supposed to help with set-up. We had to hunt down our host to make sure we had our food ready and trays out of the refrigerator in time for our guests. The lack of attentiveness and customer service you get when you spend a great deal of money to throw a birthday party at this venue is not worth the stress. They do not help enough to create a stress free event for you and your party guests. They lack the oversight to ensure that your guests and your needs are met to ensure that your party runs smoothly. Furthermore, they pay no attention to detail when it comes to your food order, the timeline of your event, the details of your event, and have far too few staff in my opinion to host parties. We will not return again. It's unfortunate that we received such poor customer service and that their staff was not more attentive to our needs as a party host. read more

Awesome time! Went for a birthday party and had an outrageous time. Not only will we be back...we're doing a party there!

It was an unpleasant experience, I brought my nephew to this place and And the man or woman would never asked me if I needed a bracelet and my nephew was injured and when I tried to enter the man who was at the entrance prevented me from Entering and seeing what happened he told me that I needed a bracelet to enter and I told him that it was an emergency he refused to let me enter, this is unacceptable they need to change their system and inform when one arrives that we require a bracelet and the last three times one of my nephews or sons got hurt they let me Enter without a bracelet and let me see what happened read more

I can already hear my kids asking "when are we coming back?" This place is awesome. Fun fo kids, pleasant for parents - the couches and cushions scattered around the space allows us to watch the kids in comfort. The different activity stations are well organized and monitored by the 'flight crew'. Speaking of staff members, Andrew, who checked us in was super nice and helpful. We'll be back for sure! Also, we were approached twice and asked if my 5 y/o was ok (she was crying because we had to leave). read more

DojoBoom is awesome!!!!! My son loves this place! Staff is friendly and the manager is wonderful as well!!! I am so glad this is our city. Great prices, lounge areas with TV's, and music! They also do parties! read more

Sky High? What's that? My daughter wanted to do ALL of the obstacles and not go play video games after 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

We came here for a birthday party. It was a lot of fun. The kids had a great time. The staff was nice. They were great at helping the kids with thing like the aerial section. My 9 year old really had a blast because she was able to complete most of the areas independently. My 4 year old was only really able to enjoy a few of the areas, but that didn't stop him from having a great experience. read more

Great place for family fun for all ages. We took a group of 13 people ages 8-49. Efron rang out our big group and did a great job. He was patient with our sock changes, kids moving all around and helped us with a coupon. The place is very active and all the different areas encourages everyone to get physical and try new things. They even had a place for Grandma to watch her adult kids and her grandchildren play together. Two things I would add to the layout. 1- a small rope to keep little ones from running across the two bouncy areas/padded walls of the beginning ninja course. If you are doing the ninja course at a good pace, you cannot see if a little one has crept on the back side of those walls. I had to block that area off each time my 14 year old wanted to go, so he wouldn't clobber someone. 2- add some trash cans upstairs in the viewing area. What a great way to get the kids and adults off their screens! We will definitely be back. read more

Great place. The only thing is most of the time the WiFi doesn't work. Makes the waiting time for parents and other non jumping sibling miserable. read more

Had my sons birthday party on March 16 and he had a blast! Rented a party room and had 10 kids attend. Pizza delivered and brought a wagon to bring all my party decorations etc w me. Bring water cause kids are thirsty after they play for an hour! Cole was our host and he did everything for me! Only thing was it was very loud in room with 10 excited boys. Otherwise party was a hit and would do it again! read more

Interesting experience today. We have been here a few times. As we were waiting in line the young gentlemen working the front was rude to the people in front of us. He proceeded to tell them to move to the side because they didn't have all their info ready. He proceeded to yell at a kid before he helped us. When it was our turn the gentlemen was rude to us. We asked him for his name and he refused to give it to us as we asked the manager on duty what his name was and also refused to tell us what anyone's name was come to find out the managers name is BLAKE. We drove an hour to spend money at this establishment and not to be treated with disrespect. The manager on duty said that's just how he is. He's not rude he just seems that way. I said maybe you shouldn't have him at the front dealing with customers. read more

One of the best places for kids (and adults) in TO. My kids have been coming daily on the Wild Card pass for summer, which at $10, was an absolute deal. read more

This place is falling apart the swing is taped with Duct Tape the equipment is mostly in disrepair. It's really dirty in there, when was the last time someone clean anything in there? And to top it off there's a lack of team members. When I was there this morning only one person patrolling the whole gym. Very unsafe. There were at least 75 kids in there. If you go bring wipes and plan on keeping a close watch on your children. I complained to Management very nice young adults. read more

They were full until 2pm so we bought tickets online. We arrived at 2 to be told no one can go in till 2.30. Still in line to go in at 2.30. They should not sell tickets if they cannot honor them. No one picks up the phone when I try to call inside to see if a refund is possible. Ridiculous. read more

Fun. Clean. Huge! I love how they have a loft area with couches, so you can see everyone. Unfortunately, my son fell here & broke his wrist (absolutely NOT their fault!) They gave us ice & a manager & employee were very helpful & sweet. We had only been there for about 30 minutes when the accident happened, but they gave us a free pass for next time! We'll be back, in about 6 weeks lol read more
