i don't know whats up with the 3.5 stars. I was crazy impressed with this place as compared to the trampoline park near our house in van nuys which has about 1/3 the attractions and you can get your fill in about an hour. This place has SO many options to choose from, my niece could have played for hours which we'll do next time. It is however not great for LITTLE kids ( under 3-ish set?) and hectic in there with teens and even extreme sport adults. If you have a dare-devil kid on your hand, be mindful as some of the trampolines have EXTREME bounce. The staff was sweet with a little face bump got a first-aid kit and was very attentive. As an adult, you can sit in the lobby where you'd see about 1/3 the action, or get a wrist-band to walk around inside. i'm tempted to go back and actually try some of the stuff myself! read more

I've been here multiple times and have had great experiences but today our interactions with a front desk person was TERRIBLE. He was rude and would not provide his name. The manager was not helpful in addressing his attitude either. He said they keep him at the front because he's friendly. However, he was rude to the people in front of us. The manager passed it off as he was that way usually because he knows the people that are regulars. The manager on duty did not provide his name either. It was 10/4 at 4:27pm. This is unacceptable for an establishment. I will be speaking with corporate. So sad that all of our experiences prior to this were great and it takes these two kids to ruin a good time. read more

Planned a trip with my daughter today only to arrive at 11am to be told it's closed until 7.30pm for a private event. The manager insisted I should have known as they posted on all social media. However that was a lie. Nothing was posted anywhere. My daughter is a member and we did not get an email about an 8 hour Saturday closure either. Terrible customer service dojo boom. You need to think of your customers. Most of whom are children. Lots of weekends ruined I'm sure. Sad kids and annoyed parents. read more

We decided to throw a party for my son here. Before the party I reached out to the employees several times to discuss the details of the party. Left messages 3 times and never received a call back. They never answer the phones. That should have been a sign of the poor customer service we would receive on the day of our event. For starters, they ask you to arrive 30 minutes before your guests. Thank goodness we did because what they neglect to tell you is they only have 1 wagon for the entire place to unload party supplies. At the time we checked in another party was already using the wagon and so my husband and I had to unload all of our food, cakes, and party favors all by ourselves making us late to our own party. It took us 6 trips to our car to unload everything with no help from anyone at Dojo Boom.To make matters worse we left our party supplies on the shelves towards the front and had to remind the staff multiple times that our cakes needed to be refrigerated as well as our food trays we had brought. It took 30 minutes for a party planner to eventually place our items in the refrigerator after continued reminders on our end. Also when we checked in our party planner had no record of our food order which I had placed and confirmed 2 weeks before the party. We had to remind them of everything we had ordered once again. When our party guests went to begin their jump session they were told by the lady managing the floor that they would have to wait 20 minutes because there jump time was only for 60 minutes. I had to correct the lady and inform her that our party started at 1215 and our jump time was for 90 minutes. She said we had been given the wrong colored bracelets. I let her know in no way shape or form were our guests going to go wait in line again to have this fixed since they had already stood in line once. She let us proceed. When it was time for us to set-up for our party management was nowhere to be found nor was my party host who was supposed to help with set-up. We had to hunt down our host to make sure we had our food ready and trays out of the refrigerator in time for our guests. The lack of attentiveness and customer service you get when you spend a great deal of money to throw a birthday party at this venue is not worth the stress. They do not help enough to create a stress free event for you and your party guests. They lack the oversight to ensure that your guests and your needs are met to ensure that your party runs smoothly. Furthermore, they pay no attention to detail when it comes to your food order, the timeline of your event, the details of your event, and have far too few staff in my opinion to host parties. We will not return again. It's unfortunate that we received such poor customer service and that their staff was not more attentive to our needs as a party host. read more

I can already hear my kids asking "when are we coming back?" This place is awesome. Fun fo kids, pleasant for parents - the couches and cushions scattered around the space allows us to watch the kids in comfort. It was an unpleasant experience, I brought my nephew to this place and And the man or woman would never asked me if I needed a bracelet and my nephew was injured and when I tried to enter the man who was at the entrance prevented me from Entering and seeing what happened he told me that I needed a bracelet to enter and I told him that it was an emergency he refused to let me enter, this is unacceptable they need to change their system and inform when one arrives that we require a bracelet and the last three times one of my nephews or sons got hurt they let me Enter without a bracelet and let me see what happened read more

My kids love this place but the line is always soo long and poorly managed. They need to figure out a more efficient system because it usually takes at least 20-30 min to get in, even if you buy tickets online . Skyhigh is much better at getting people thru the line. read more

Oh my gosh if you want a place to go and tire out the kids then come here! Place is huge, clean, staff is friendly and extremely helpful with the kids. They get a wristband and they run around and jump and play and climb things and do sort of these ninja warrior type courses. They come home completely exhausted and I love it. They have an upstairs area for the adults to sit and watch over the kids, vending machines and air-conditioning. The kids will have a blast and they will sleep like babies and you can catch up on all types of correspondence why they are having fun. Awesome place and a great staff! read more

Great place for family fun for all ages. We took a group of 13 people ages 8-49. Efron rang out our big group and did a great job. He was patient with our sock changes, kids moving all around and helped us with a coupon. The place is very active and all the different areas encourages everyone to get physical and try new things. They even had a place for Grandma to watch her adult kids and her grandchildren play together. Two things I would add to the layout. 1- a small rope to keep little ones from running across the two bouncy areas/padded walls of the beginning ninja course. If you are doing the ninja course at a good pace, you cannot see if a little one has crept on the back side of those walls. I had to block that area off each time my 14 year old wanted to go, so he wouldn't clobber someone. 2- add some trash cans upstairs in the viewing area. What a great way to get the kids and adults off their screens! We will definitely be back. read more

Interesting experience today. We have been here a few times. As we were waiting in line the young gentlemen working the front was rude to the people in front of us. He proceeded to tell them to move to the side because they didn't have all their info ready. He proceeded to yell at a kid before he helped us. When it was our turn the gentlemen was rude to us. We asked him for his name and he refused to give it to us as we asked the manager on duty what his name was and also refused to tell us what anyone's name was come to find out the managers name is BLAKE. We drove an hour to spend money at this establishment and not to be treated with disrespect. The manager on duty said that's just how he is. He's not rude he just seems that way. This place is falling apart the swing is taped with Duct Tape the equipment is mostly in disrepair. It's really dirty in there, when was the last time someone clean anything in there? And to top it off there's a lack of team members. When I was there this morning only one person patrolling the whole gym. Very unsafe. There were at least 75 kids in there. Upon first impression it is super clean and modern looking. It's so spacious that no matter how many people are there it still feels manageable. I have only been to the tot time which is from 9:00-10:00am Monday - Saturday. I loved it I bounced with my 18 month old daughter for an hour straight and couldn't have had more fun. I really like how they have so many people working there watching the jumpers so everyone is safe. They also do not let you play until you have heard all their rules. This is a great way to get out some energy and have some fun especially for the toddlers. During tot time they play the most popular Disney songs and the kids eat it up. I would give more five stars if there were more times when it was tot time. Sometimes 9:00-10:00 is too early. read more

My 2 stars reflect the poor service received when I had my child's birthday party there. On any given day, the place is clean and great fun for the kids. But forget about having a party there. If you book 2 hours, you usually get 1.5 hours because they need 30 minutes to clean and set up for the next party. Had my kid's party on a Friday evening; it was not busy at all and we felt we had run of the place. But when it came to the party itself, it was disastrous. Total chaos from the "party helper", no communication from manager that night to those working the party. I did get irate which made the party planner cry, so they assigned me a new one. She was worse. Forgot the soda that I paid for. Both party planners did nothing as I ended up serving the kids and cleaning. The "manager" scolded me for "yelling" (which wasn't true - mad yes, yelling no) and basically berated me in front of the guests. Then the party helper (#2) asked that I tip the first helper because she had a bad night. I was wiling to not only tip her $20 for less than an hour of her help, but I asked to see her in person to apologize. She refused. I was still charged for the bottles of soda I never received. Thankfully, I brought in waters or kids would have nothing to drink. This is the fault of upper management. Go elsewhere where they will take care of you. read more

Updating my review to give credit where credit is due. They have become much more proactive at the front door about separating the returnees from the newbies who have to sign release forms. Great idea and great place in many ways. The reason we will not go there is the music is way too loud! We heard even a bunch of teenagers say why is the music so loud? And the smell was very strange. Like some kind of cheap air freshener. Very strong. It is nice that the owner is there to oversee his business but really needs to turn down the music and get rid of whatever smell is going on. Not good. Would like to go back but don't want to go deaf and inhale whatever is floating around in the air. Please fix. read more

4.5 stars Just had my daughter's bday party and it went much better then expected. Pro's: We had over 20 kids and add a parent each. Room was tight, but worked out fine. We were assigned staff member Kevin (I believe that's right) and he was awesome. I didn't expect such involvement and he ran the show. Very nice, professional and attentive. He kept cleaning, both the floor and counters. He also served all the kids with the food we brought in. (Check for tables if your bringing in food) Viewing area for parents Future Guest passes for our party Pro/con: Requested folding table in advance. They didn't have this ready, but addressed within minutes. No injures, but a few limps. Kids had so much fun they wanted to keep playing. Cons: Kind of expensive, but the place is packed...so maybe the price is appropriate. Parties had their own check-in, but still on the slow side even with waivers submitted in advance. read more
