Such a fun place for kids in the West La area. I was looking for something like this for a long time. We come a few times a week cuz my son just loves driving their electric cars. There are also lots of different bouncing houses, so it's never busy. Just a great place to have fun with your kids.

We had a blast with my 3yo daughter. Spent over 4 hours there and she still didn't want to leave. They have so many cool things for kids - bounce houses, cars, little gated playground for babies and toddlers, face paint, craft, train... I came to check and ended up buying a season pass. Finally have a place to spend quality time with my baby doll

A RIP-OFF and very UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF at this park. Would not recommend visiting unless they obtain more professional help to maintain and run the rides. We randomly drove by this place a little after 6pm Friday 8/4/23 and decided to stop. $70+ for about 9 minutes of play for my 4 girls (5, 6, & two 8 year olds). 3 of those precious minutes for me were spent filling out waiver forms simultaneously as they were already on the slide so I didn't even get to see them slide down! The next 2 minutes were spent with the staff harassing me about the amount of time they were on the slide....saying "because the kids jumped off the slide early and only played for 3 minutes, they can stay on the next ride for an additional 2 min, but because the one they chose is 10 minutes, now they can have 12.....blah blah". All I know is I paid $70, filled out waivers, walked over to the slide area as my 4 girls were running off the ride and running to another and I didn't even get to take any pics or see them slide down!!! There had been no staff originally present to ask them each for a token to ride the ride. The staff was only there after the fact to harass me for the tokens after the kids had already slid (in which I totally missed seeing them slide because of having to fill out the waivers) and moved to another ride. And all I had wanted was a picture to sent to the birthday girls dad that they were having a good time. The least this place could have done would be to have started the 5 minute timer when the adult was present and able to give the tokens out so that they do not miss any photo opportunities or chances to see there little ones play. On the second ride, I did at least get one photo that is worth the $70 overall we spent, but most the other photos I got were photo bombed by the only other kid in the park, a little boy who I suspect to have been perhaps a son of a worker there? Im not sure but his parents were NOWHERE in sight. To summarize, the whole situation was extremely awkward and out of sorts. I think even the staff realized this and at least let the girls slide down the first ride again so I could take their picture but again, they were very stingy with the time limit. I would have gladly paid for another round of rides but after the whole fiasco, even my girls sadly felt the awkwardness and were fine leaving. When we discussed our "rose and thorn" at dinner and went around the table, none of the 4 girls' "rose" was the Cali Bounce House. It was either the movie we had seen before the bounce house or the arts and crafts we did at home after the bounce house. WOW I thought, "why did I even bother stopping?"

We fell in love with this place! It's literally a playground that I could t get my kids out after spending 4 hours. The drift cars were the best! I wish we lived closer so we could visit every day!

The staff initially told me that because the river rapids were strong, I could reschedule. When I explained that I already knew the trail and was comfortable hiking it with my dog, they told me it was fine for me to hike and jump on my own, just not with the group. I agreed to those terms. However, when my brother became afraid to cross the river rapids, we had to turn back. I then called the company to try to reschedule my jump. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. While I was trying to explain the situation, he repeatedly interrupted me and told me to "stop talking" and "let me speak." He also asked strange and unrelated questions like "how many heartbeats were with you" and "how many souls," which felt very unprofessional and made the conversation uncomfortable since it did not relate to what I was trying to achieve (which was for me to reschedule). He overall tried to make me feel stupid for no apparent reason. He was trying very hard to act tough on the phone call, which I wish he would've done in person. (Doubt he would have, he was all bark on the phone) At one point during the conversation he hung up on me. When I tried calling back from my phone number, he would not answer my calls, and I had to call again from a different phone just to reach someone. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when my boyfriend called back afterward to speak with the same person, he was treated respectfully and the conversation was completely different. Based on that experience, it unfortunately felt like I was treated with far less respect as a woman than my boyfriend was. He most likely thought he could walk all over me as a female. (Again he probably wouldn't have done that in person) I understand that policies and scheduling issues can happen, but there is no reason for a customer to be treated this way. The lack of professionalism and respect during this interaction left a very negative impression of this company. DO BETTER!!

What impressed me most about both visits was the fact that upon leaving I was given a gift. That means a lot to me, especially in todays profit only driven environment. I have memories of riding the roller coaster and playing games at Playland Arcade. I still enjoy visiting Santa Monica from time to time to relive my childhood. Seeing the iconic sign and walking around the pier brings back many fond memories. The Santa Monica Pier is a large 1,651 feet wooden pier in Santa Monica, California that has been featured in many movies, television shows and video games. It is over a hundred years old. Pacific Park is located on the pier and opened in the mid-90s. The park itself is "non-gated" and there is no charge for admission. You can see the Pacific Wheel - a solar-powered Ferris Wheel from a distance. Rides include a steel roller coaster, a drop tower, a swinging Sea Dragon, bumper cars and a bunch of kiddie rides. There are also carnival games and food and snacks. It has been some time since I have been on one of these rides. I recently stopped by here to walk around and people watch. Santa Monica Pier is still very crowded and touristy. Pacific Park was full of people as usual and they all looked like they were having a good time. In front of Pacific Park is the Route 66 sign that people like to take their photos in front of. Santa Monica is the end of the road for that historic highway and this sign pays tribute to it.

What's up Flavor Budz!!…read more So, it's been a minute since I've been to Six Flags. I was feeling the burn, seriously, walked for hours! But anything for my niece, she wanted to be there for her birthday, so there we were. The family showed up and showed out for my baby girl. She and her closest girlfriends had a blast. The park wasn't crowded, so they got through lines pretty quick. The park is still in good shape, most rides are running, I just didn't realize how hilly it was! Eh! Good thing I had my cute walking shoes on, auntie was cute! Ok! My hubby upgraded our day pass, so Six Flags, I'll be back! P.S. If you're interested, upgrade your day pass inside the park for $50 a ticket. You get access to all four parks: Knott's Soak City, Six Flags, and Hurricane Harbor! - You're welcome

Couldn't get on Twisted Colossus due to size, barely got on Batman. But that isn't why I'm rating this low. No, I'm rating this low because of how the park responded to lost/found items. Fast forward to 2025 briefly; got a Disney pass, lost some Sunglasses on Splash mountain ride, got them back within the week, despite being lost on an obscure part of the ride. So what happened in January then? I was riding the dueling coasters based on cars. A fun concept, truly. Was really enjoying myself... until we stopped back into the station. I do blame myself for losing my phone after stupidly placing it in my back pocket of my pants; the phone slipped out during one of the loops in the second half of the ride, landing in an obscure part of the park below the tracks. However, I certainly do not blame myself for what happened after, but on the park: Once I got home 60 miles later, I uploaded the phone's location via Find My to the park's lost and found website, along with a link to a POV video where the loss approximately took place. A report was made shortly after. Fast forward to July of that year: I'm at my work's conference, and get a random text... from China. Evidently my phone was actually found at Six Flags, but was sold on some black market to be taken into China. Keep in mind: despite a report being made, no official response was made from Six Flags about the phone's fate. It's partially why I stopped visiting Six Flags altogether after my birthday in June... the Magic and thrill of visiting that Mountain died out, all because one bad customer service experience, and lack of due diligence. I certainly hope the lost/found experience had gotten better since the merger, but in case it hadn't? Let this be a warning, and god help you.
