The place has lots of space for kids to jump around. There's always parking spaces close by. The downside is that the bathrooms are usually dirty. The last time I went to the restroom at Defy, kids were talking about how disgusted they were to be using such dirty bathrooms. read more

We frequent this location, and have loved it through its many names and updates. I have to come here to sing Priscilla's praise. She witnessed another child being unkind to my daughter, and without any prompting stopped what she was doing to address it. Seeing this type of leadership makes me feel want to continue to be a patron at this establishment. It's refreshing to see genuine, hard-working young people. I hope she sees this and knows how much her act of kindness means to me and my family. read more

When this play was under Deft management or whoever it was before I never had a problem. Yes the place is loud and great for kids to go and jump. However, I was a member for more then 3 years and they would carry over my membership even through the management. I started noticing this last year that I would get charged twice a month and I would let them know and they would always tell me no we only see one and I would show them my statements and they would always bring a manager and the manager would say no it's your cycle and it's because the last payment did not go through so I said ok I guess because this last year I did have some financial issues. So last month I cancelled and they sent me the confirmation and they billed again. I told them and I had to email them because they don't have a phone number you can call. They said please send me the confirmation as proof and we will refund you in 5-7 business days. I said ok. Then yesterday I get another charge and I said hello why am I getting charged I cancelled and I sent them their email with the confirmation and refund info. They respond saying that they don't know why but two other kids were under my debt card number (no relation at all or people I know) but that they cancelled and I said o no no I want my refund of that and anything else. As you see in the picture they have charged me 19 months for these two kids even after I had brought it up the them multiple times. Please becareful don't take anything of their word at all even if your in a financial situation that you think we'll maybe they are right do not do it no learned my lesson. read more

How does a place so unorganized still in business?!? Whoever is running displace, needs to rethink their management. Never answered the phone, never notify when there is an event, they need to understand that some people drive really far to get there. read more

Excellent place to take my 9 year old boy. Just an FYI... people let their diaper wearing children wander around the facility and getting in the way of older kids jumping. It's such a total safety hazard for everyone involved. There should be a rule of no kids under 5 after 7 pm since parents dont have enough common sense to keep their toddlers out of the way. ( ps. There are literal toddler gyms out there) read more

Last time i went to Dojoboom they sell me on an unlimited pass. I double triple check the available times with them. Their google business page shows they are open to 9pm tonight. Take my kids out there and guess what? They are closed for a private event. They said I should of checked the Website or their Social Media before coming. An hour of my life lost as well as gas money and some sad kids. Guess they failed to mention that there would be black out dates when they sold me the pass! UPDATE: Check out all the other negative reviews about the same thing. They are aware of this issue yet fail to disclose this when selling these passes. Yelp and Google shows them open until 9pm tonight. AT LEAST UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS LISTINGS!! read more

I come here with my son . Last night I came so he can get his wiggles out . We only stayed for an hour . A kid hit another kid right in front of me . I told the manager in charge and she said she couldn't do anything because the kid left . I said look on your camera . There should be cameras there. There not watching the kids . But they sure gave me a hard time to get a wrist band so I can get my don with all the questions . I'm going to talk to the big manager . When they open. read more

DojoBoom! Hands down one of the best indoor places to get some energy out for both kids and adults! There's a little something for all! We've never had a dull moment! Our kids have become more adventurous every time we go! They become eager to try new things and feel brave in doing so! Only con for us is location. More of a workout than a gym. I tried the rock wall but didn't get far. Tried the zipline which was a first for me. I haven't been on a trampoline in forever so I need my "jumper's legs". Don't know why everyone's so fixated on the socks. It's just a few dollars. And it's to keep them safe. There were some nice kids too. From what I observed, parents only have to sign a waiver but don't need a wristband or socks to be on the "flight grounds". read more

Went there yesterday for the 1st time with my kids and it was packed. The line was to the door. After checking in and waiting about 15 minutes in line , we were treated very rudely by the person letting the kids in the arena. Since we knew we were going to a trampoline spot , I had the kids wear the socks from sky-high since we had them. Well as soon as my kids walked up to the arena gate the girl raised her voice at the kids and said that they were not allowed in because of their socks and that they would have to go back in line and purchase the socks from them. I asked her why we needed to purchase socks from them when they were wearing safe socks with the grip on the bottom. She was real condescending to me and said those are our competitors socks and laughed and told me to go buy my kids socks and then she will let me in. I spoke with the manager about the situation and she was super sweet. She apologized for the way we were treated and told me she would speak with the girl at the gate and gave my boys a pair of socks. If it wasn't for her this would have been s 1 star review. read more

Overall it was a good experience. What killed it was trying to buy bottled water through the vending machines. I spent 20 minutes trying 3 different machines & losing my money because they were out of stock or did not work & did not give change back. The staff was quick to give me refunds but had no key to open the vending machine to just give me water for my kids. They do have a water fountain but with COVID around I'd rather pay for over priced bottled water. Finally had to walk to Coldstones Ice cream to get water! Time to get a get a new vending machine vender or get a key to resolve issues. Also if I pay for 2 hours don't make your customers walk another half a football field to walk up a ramp to get back in after going to the bathroom or getting water. Let them show you there band & go up the stairs that are right there. Probably go again but needs some work. Thanks read more

Omg had the best time at Dojo Boom with my family when we were trying to kill time (we were in town for a wedding). We had 5 full grown adults bouncing around reliving our childhood and realizing we're much more afraid of doing flips as 30 year olds now, haha. Their ninja warrior obstacle courses were super cool and a fun challenge. Thanks for the memories, Dojo Boom! read more

I bought my daughter the summer pass (AMAZING DEAL!!), so we've been 3 days just this week, so far, and I've been happy every time! It gets busy, but my daughter has been able to do everything she wants the entire time we are there. Check in is easy and I'm quite impressed with the manager. Each day we've come, we're here for at least 2-3 hours and he doesn't stop circulating the jump area the entire time. He makes sure kids are following the rules and he's super aware of everything going on, it seems. I'm really impressed with how involved he is in everything going on. read more

Avoid like the plague and whatever you do, DONT get a membership unless you want your credit card to be charged monthly for the rest of your life even after you've done all in your power to try to cancel it - they tell you you must go online and they can't do it in store, but when you do that they still charge you and then you talk to people in the store and they tell you they cancelled it, but you still get charged each month AND THEN you call again and ask for a manager and they tell you they dont have the power to refund you for all the months they charged you in error (WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN CANCELLED)! I have never in my life seen such a horrible fraudulent approach to a business model. In the end, the only way to cancel your membership it seems is to call your credit card company and report the merchant as fraudulent so that your credit card company puts a freeze on their ability to charge you and disputes the many months you were erroneously charged. They should be ashamed of themselves...I feel sorry for my kid who actually loves this place, but I refuse to spend a penny more here ever again - Skyzone if you want to make this right, you can send me a gift card so my son can still go there since I wont ever give you cent more than what you've already stolen from me. read more

So we have been to dojoboom several times. My kids love it. They have many different things to do- trampolines, obstacle course, climbing wall, etc... BUT I have been very disappointed with the service lately. They do not hirer enough staff. Today when we went it was a holiday week and all the kids were off from school. They have a total of 3 people working! 3 ppl?? One person at the register And 2 people sort-of watching kids. There were literally hundreds of people here with 50 people in line. It took me 30 minuets to wait in line to pay. And i got here when the line was short. I spoke to one lady who has complained before but the management doesn't seem to care. It's also 18$ an hour for a kid to jump! They need to use all that money to staff the place. Please call before you come and make sure they have adequate staffing. If not if may be dangerous to 5e kids jumping and a time-waster for you! read more

Felt like a big kid jumping all around and swinging from ropes. It's a great way to get your work out in for the day, and let me tell ya I was sweating bullets by the time I left. I would definitely recommend wearing a tank top instead of a sweater like I did. The tickets are a little pricey, I was slightly irritated how they make you buy their socks to jump there when I went out and got a pair or socks with grippers somewhere else. I also don't understand why I needed to get both a stamp and a bracelet, especially when nobody checked it when I went in and out. I think the staff needs to monitor and make sure all the equipment is covered from the springs because when I landed on the other side of the wall my toes split in between the spring and I literally my toes fell off it was so painful. I saw a few areas with the springs exposed. I also would suggest having a better system for the kids waiting in line, especially since one person is only allowed to jump on the trampoline at a time. The location was super easy to find in the janss mall and plenty of parking. The kids I brought had a great time. We will be back. read more

I booked this for my son's 7th birthday. The booking part was not hard. I was able to do it on the internet. However, the follow up was strange. The internet booking said someone would get back to me to "confirm" which they did but only after I called first. So if I hadn't called, I am not sure that they would have called me either. The venue is super fun for kids but the party room I was given was not one of the private rooms. I was told it was considered private (after we arrived) since it was sort of sanctioned off, but it was also clearly a pathway for employees to walk through as many kept doing throughout the party. So I paid the same amount as the parties that had the private room, with a closed door and no interruptions. I was not told that the "room" I booked wouldn't be private. Had I known this before I might have tried to push for a private room. And I did book the party with at least two to three weeks advanced notice. So no reason to be relegated to this, truly, non private area. They do supply the paper supplies and such, which is good, since I had forgotten plastic forks. But they also supply a party planner/host. I didn't think this was needed. She was very nice but didn't really do much. This could have been because of who I am as a parent and like being involved (i.e. cutting the cake, passing out plates, making sure kids had drinks) so perhaps I was doing her job. I think there should be an option to have a planner, or not. I didn't need one. And then they expected a tip. Which I appreciate but, again, didn't think it was needed. The thing that really made me upset, though, is that they tried to charge me more. Thank god I had my receipt saved from the online booking. I had to pay $350 for the party, weekend pricing. But when the bill came I had a $25 dollar balance. I asked the Party host and she didn't know what that was. I actually thought it was an added tip. Turns out, it was a price increase since I had booked online. The advertised price when I booked (a couple of weeks before party was $350 which I paid in full) but the price when the party actually occurred was $375, something they had only recently increased. So they were trying to make me pay the new, not advertised to me, increased price. I found this really shady and not good business practice at all. I did complain and they removed the $25. I recommend DojoBoom for individual kids but I wouldn't book a group party there again. read more

We hosted my son's 10th birthday party here and had a very positive experience. My advice is to have your party on the early side. We booked our party for 11:00 am, and it wasn't very busy the first hour. About 12:30 pm it started to get busy (we booked two hours of jump). As far as masks, once it started getting busier (12:30 plus), there were definitely kids running around with their masks pulled down. They made several announcements over the PA system that masks were required and that would help some. Some kids would adjust their masks. I'm not gonna hold a bunch of high school kids responsible for enforcing something that clearly lies on the parents, but if you're worried about that - go early. read more

My kids had an extremely disappointing experience at Sky Zone yesterday. Sky Zone charged full price and made no mention that five areas were closed due to not having enough staff (of course, it was the areas older kids like the most). We certainly would not have dropped $65 to have two kids go in if we had known. When my wife talked to a staff member about it, she was told that they expected to have more staff in the afternoon and that she could come back in the afternoon to use those areas - but would have to pay again because they would not refund or discount her morning visit. Recommendation to the owner/operator: if you only have half the place open, only charge half the price. At very least, let people know before they pay full price that they will not be able to enjoy the full experience during their time slot. Recommendation to consumers: ask if everything is open before swiping your credit card. And don't waste your money by going in the morning. read more

This place could be great, but it's not. However, it is cool to be able to have a place to try out obstacles that we've seen on American Ninja Warrior, so regardless of my legitimate complaints, I'm sure we'll be back! Ok. They have rules. Necessary rules for everyone's safety. They tell you these rules before they let you in. But NO ONE ENFORCES THE RULES. So kids are jumping on other people's trampolines, running, not following regular playground rules of the first person in line going first, etc. I know they're all apathetic teens and twenty-somethings that work there, but c'mon folks! Some of us bring young kids and I want them to be safe, at a minimum! (Also... Where are their parents???) But I digress. Did I mention it's run by apathetic teens and twenty-somethings? Yeah. Zombies have a slightly more life-like work ethic. I can tell by the sad young faces that they are paid minimum wage. Do with that what you will. You get injured? Need ice? Someone will toss a bag of ice your way without asking (let alone caring) what happened. You can't operate the weird lockers? Don't worry... eventually, someone will respond to your request for help. Blah, blah, blah. Like I said... regardless, we'll go back but no as frequently as we would if they just made an actual effort! read more

Took her advice & within a few minutes actually found my wife's phone. Without her advice. I don't think I would have been able to find it & would have just waited until it turned up. Horrible customer service. My husband and I stopped in to ask about the parties because we were considering having a birthday party here. To which the answer to most of my questions was "I'm not sure, sorry about that." Instead of trying to find the answer for me. And then I forgot our phones on the counter so returned 10 minutes later to ask if they had seen them to which the response from the same guy which I had to flag down for attention because everyone else just stood around and ignored me was "I'm not sure, sorry about that." Okay my daughter is only 23 months old so we were not sure when they best time to bring her here would be. Momma and daddy have been wanting to go ourselves because this place LOOKS fun! It has I would guess 40 trampolines dodgeball with trampolines, obstacle courses, Ninja warrior courses, and even two basketball goals with a trampoline so you can feel what it feels like to be an NBA player :) Front the time we entered the door we heard our daughters screeching voice of excitement! She could hardly wait to pay to get into all of the action. We instantly started jumping where she began to laugh and smile. I will say we went on a Thursday morning around 10 am and there were only about ten people total jumping so that's awesome. We have walked by on the weekends and have seen 200-400 people jumping so under those conditions it would not be best for a 23 month old. In addition you will want to buy socks here because they are extra grip and worth the $2-3 they costs because they make the adventure so much more fun! read more

We booked a birthday party for my son from 5-7pm on Friday afternoon. The party coordinator came around 6:40 and the kids were starving by then. The pizzas were finally dropped off at 6:55 in the room and they were not all there. The coordinator had to check on what we had ordered because she didn't know what we had requested to begin with. They didn't announce to the group that the food was there so some of the kids were scattered around. By the time the kids sat down to eat we had to quickly hurry the party along so they could do the cake. Also, the check in was a mess because most of the kids had to redo the waivers even though they go regularly and had just completed one a week prior. We never received the fourth pizza. Even though it wasn't a smooth experience I gave the coordinator a $77 tip, I now regret being this obliging but I know she works for gratuity. I will not recommend Sky Zone to any of our friends. I was hoping when I spoke with the management they would've offered some kind of discount for the delay and overall lack of attendance and services that we paid for. Apparently they also weren't completely sure where to put our party. It was a cluster of complete incompetence. Very disappointed in this establishment. read more
