What I liked: *They have a variety activities including a trampoline into a crash pad full of air, a ninja course over a ball pit, basketball, gladiator area, a climbing wall, zipline, and aerial obstacle course. *They also have bumper cars, laser tag and a VR Area *Entrance price pays for play as long as you want *Lots of birthday party rooms and tables *An entire food zone So why not five stars: *You have to sign in with qr code and download an app to enter. This was super annoying and also made it more difficult bringing a friend of my daughter in with us *You have to pay different prices for different experiences. *More expensive than other jump arenas Overall there is a lot to like about Urban Air. It isn't perfect but it is a fun place to visit once in a while.

The host had us call our kids because they were ready, but the pizza was not ready for another 30 minutes. We ordered extra pizza for parents and that did not get there until 30 minutes later. As I was taking the gifts to the car, they cornered my wife and treated her like she was going to run out on the Bill. She said she felt like she was being held captive. Even though she was just sitting there with more things to take out. We finally got the bill they could not print us a copy of the bill. We paid and left. We even had to clean our own table. We will not be coming back. As for the place itself, it's just like every other urban air.

Not that it's excusable but my expectations are fairly low for a place that smells like feet haha. They've added a new play area at this location, that in combination with the parking, makes it better than the Waldorf location for me. This review is mainly for Ant who was present the entire time I was there for a birthday party. At 7pm it turns into a glow jump which my daughter so was geeked up about. Might have to run it back for her birthday this year. I didn't realize Ant wasn't a guest until 30mins after I arrived, that's how much he was interacting with the children. I saw him at various times during my visit just making his rounds and assisting children as needed. There was a moment when I couldn't find my son and I asked for his help, he stopped what he was doing immediately to look for him. Shortly after I looked up and he was listening to my son go on and on about sonic the hedgehog, going as far as to compliment my son on his retelling of sonic stories :o). He was also in the party room assisting, triple checking on each kid, refilling drinks and passing out cupcakes. One girl even made a mess on her face and he stopped and helped her get cleaned up. I would come back to this location just for Ant, I cannot say enough nice things about him and his customer service. I made a point to note his name before I left, and he alone is the reason I'm writing this review. Thanks Ant, you're a gem.

This was our third visit to an Urban Air location, and the Laurel location is by far the biggest…read moreone we've been to. It's a newer facility with plenty of parking, a different layout than Frederick, and lots of attractions. The two-level go-kart track looked awesome, the climbing attractions were fun, and the kids had a great time overall. The employees working the attractions were friendly and did a good job interacting with the kids. Unfortunately, the operational side of our visit brought the experience down. We spent over 30 minutes trying to purchase an arcade game card because one of the kiosks kept freezing. There was a sign saying it might run slowly, but this was much more than "a few seconds." After notifying the front desk, we still had to wait quite a while before the issue was resolved, cutting into our play time. I also noticed several attractions were closed or out of order, and there didn't seem to be many employees walking the floor if guests had questions or needed assistance. While the staff at the attractions were great, finding help elsewhere wasn't easy. One thing that stood out was the amount of police presence around the property. I also noticed broken auto glass in the parking lot and numerous signs throughout the entrance stating that no guns or weapons were allowed. While I understand businesses post policies for safety, seeing so many signs along with the other observations made the atmosphere feel a little less comfortable than other locations we've visited. Overall, everyone still had fun, and that's what matters most. The facility itself has a lot to offer, but I think improving the guest experience, fixing equipment more quickly, and having more staff available would make a big difference. I'd visit again, but I hope to see some improvements next time.

This was my first time here for both my daughter and I. This place is huge and very very busy with multiple attractions. You will definitely will lose your child here if you don't keep up with them. They jumped, climbed and I think the go cart cars was her favorite. This was her first time driving the go cart car and I told her she officially has her Go Cart license. Very Fun!!! Parking is available in a large parking lot. Will definitely plan to return

I have been to many indoor play grounds and I feel that they do ok with cleaning, but everything just kind of looks dirty and am not sure how they keep things like the foam jump pit sanitary. Additionally, it gets very crowded. I get a little nervous about my kids with jumping right into others when it gets to be too many kids in one zone.

There were lots of staff at the front desk. All were teenagers or early twenties and were very helpful and nice when I interacted with them. There was staff in each of the areas monitoring and they were paying attention. There were a few instances where they stepped in to warn kids of things they should not be doing (climbing on stuff they should not have been climbing on). Here are a few thoughts on this Sky Zone location: 1) I would say that this is a spot for 1-2 hours of play as there is not enough stuff here to keep a kid interested for a longer time and 2) kids with have more fun and be more engaged if they come with a group of other kids they know (family or friends) and 3) based on the activities/areas they have, I would say that this place is geared more for the 11-10 and below age group. There was a decent amount of seating near the court areas for parents to watch. Overall I think that this would be a good spot to bring a group of kids to come and burn off some energy.

While I didn't notice any active cleaning while I was there, it didn't feel gross and I didn't find anything questionable. My kids had a ton of fun and loved everything available inside. My kids are on the younger side. If you have older kids there are certain areas zoned off for younger ages. If I had older kids I might be annoyed that 1/3 of the place was not for them. I also noticed that I lost my kid most of the time. The play space is great and offers a lot, but it is really hard to keep track of your kid once they go in the big jungle gym. I also tried to follow them and it is not created for an adult size to fit.

When we first arrived, the entrance was pretty chaotic. Parking is limited, especially when birthday parties are going on, and the lobby felt very crowded. Checking in also took longer than expected because one guest ahead of us needed help completing the waiver, while everyone else waited. Thankfully, a manager stepped in and got our party checked in quickly. The shoe storage area was another bottleneck. Since each party has designated bins, there were a lot of people gathered in one small space, making it difficult to get in and out. Once we were inside, though, things improved. The facility itself was clean, including the bathrooms, and the kids had plenty of space to play. The birthday host was very friendly, but he seemed a little overwhelmed and forgot a few things throughout the party. It wasn't a bad experience--just not quite as organized as other birthday parties I've attended. Overall, it was a fun afternoon, and the birthday child had a great celebration. While I probably wouldn't go out of my way to visit this particular location, I would attend another party here if invited. I still prefer the Rockville location, which has been a smoother experience for me.
