I was quickly contacted via email for clarification, and it was all a dream from there, as we found the perfect character for our singing telegram and received help with a special request for our delivery. Amanda was so easy to coordinate with, and Corey, our actor, reached out just before performing. We heard from Corey following our delivery, and our friend loved the song. We received a video and photos, which were perfect. I would not only not hesitate to hire Bubbles Productions again, but I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of extra oomph for a celebration.

There was a hiccup leading up to the event date (my grandson arrived 20days early) had to push back the date without hesitation Amanda was understanding and accommodating. The day of the event all eyes was on Princess Tiana she's beautiful, professional and was engaging throughout the whole hour, I can't say enough about the great experience. I will be recommending and utilizing Bubbles Production again! Sorry for the novel but when you experience great service you can't be a gatekeeper.

I've been to this location roughly 4x in the last year and I've had no issues. It's sky zone so…read morethere are things I've come to expect by default. Not that it's excusable but my expectations are fairly low for a place that smells like feet haha. They've added a new play area at this location, that in combination with the parking, makes it better than the Waldorf location for me. This review is mainly for Ant who was present the entire time I was there for a birthday party. At 7pm it turns into a glow jump which my daughter so was geeked up about. Might have to run it back for her birthday this year. I didn't realize Ant wasn't a guest until 30mins after I arrived, that's how much he was interacting with the children. I saw him at various times during my visit just making his rounds and assisting children as needed. There was a moment when I couldn't find my son and I asked for his help, he stopped what he was doing immediately to look for him. Shortly after I looked up and he was listening to my son go on and on about sonic the hedgehog, going as far as to compliment my son on his retelling of sonic stories :o). He was also in the party room assisting, triple checking on each kid, refilling drinks and passing out cupcakes. One girl even made a mess on her face and he stopped and helped her get cleaned up. I would come back to this location just for Ant, I cannot say enough nice things about him and his customer service. I made a point to note his name before I left, and he alone is the reason I'm writing this review. Thanks Ant, you're a gem.

The first half of our time here was 4 stars, the second half 2. This is such a cool place but it…read more100% depends on who is working for how fun it will be. Like when you have lifeguards at the pool who suck out all the fun...the second half was like that. Lots of unnecessary whistle blowing (literally, they blow a whistle). The first half was SO fun! It's nice they don't make you buy their specific socks - we wore some from another trampoline park. There are a lot of options for what kids can do - there's an indoor playground areas for the littles (and second half they started measuring kids and kicking out the tall 5-year-olds who are literally at the line, which felt unnecessary). There's of course the trampolines, and the freestyle area has a netted area (which they said little kids can't go to that side during the second half). It is harder to keep eyes on kids here because there's so much to do but they have an upper deck where parents can watch - that's nice! I prefer the trampoline parks that have more trampolines, and based on this experience I probably won't go back to this one unless it's for a party, but it was a pretty good experience. We came for a party - the pizza was good and service was great!

Laser Bounce USA - Laser tag in the light, not good!

As soon as you walk in there is a party right there in your face. So either people are walking around your party or standing right next to you so they can check in. The overall space is a little too cramped for the amount of patrons in the place & there's no separate area for the kids to play, so as it was said they basically have you pay $8 for some laser tag vests & laser guns to play in an area you have already paid to play. Also you have children with guns trampling the ones on the regular bouncers not playing laser tag...you all know you need a completely separate area for laser tag...*sigh* Now for the play area, they have 1 mini moon bouncer & slide for 1-3 year olds, a ball pit, 2 mini trampolines, & 4 regular bouncers. The bouncers & play area were fine with me & my child loved it! The food situation was funny because they charge you like $10 per pizza just to realize they are $5 Little Caesar Hot & Ready pizzas. That's flakey! I love that theme characters are chosen for each party! That is something Laser Bounce USA definitely has over others. Overall it is an okay place. It's hot as ever in the location and keep your expectations low & you will be cool.

They had a hand written sign on the door saying open at 1:30. We decided to peek in the windows to see if we could see the area. The place looked unsanitary. Their party area appeared like it was not secluded from anything it was directly when you walk in. Also the bouncers are not high quality/industrial they looked like they were bought off the shelves of toysRus. I've actually owned bouncers bigger than what was in there! I also checked out pump-it-up.... Much nicer, clean and HUGE bouncers ..... Go there you will not be disappointed!!!

Ragin' Cajun - Most of Ragin' Cajuns top layer pictured here. The hairpin turns are lots of fun!

REVERCHON RE-DEUX…read more "Welcome back my friends, to the spinning that never ends...." ((editor's note: the header likely makes zero sense to non-coaster people, so allow me to explain. Reverchon is the designer of this cookie cutter model, it was relocated from my local Six Flags, and this particular version has a Mardi Gras/Creole theme, ergo the unusual spelling of "re-do". Didja get all that? Good. Moving on.)) This wild mouse coaster previously called Gurnee, Illinois its home, where it was beloved by many enthusiasts who knew how to work the ride to their advantage. But since it was moved here to mid-Maryland they got rid of the cool entry façade themed like a building from New Orleans' French Quarter. The cars are fairly cramped and if you aren't sitting with someone next to you, your ass will literally be sliding all over the place (which is WAY more painful than it sounds). The trick to this -- and any other spinning coaster -- is to unevenly load weight in the car. By concentrating all of the mass onto either the far left or far right side, you're basically forcing momentum in that direction, which will result in far more free spinning than otherwise. Potential energy: it's simple physics, people. Even armed with this knowledge, you might still get some irregular motion, so basically the ride's a total crapshoot. The hairpin turns on the upper level are fun, as is the surprise bump on the lower level toward the very end of the ride, and the middle section can deliver some solid spinning sensations as mentioned above. Unfortunately, because of low rider throughput the lines can get damn long. Eric S's SFA Coaster Ranking = 8th out of 8. + coaster review in 40 words or less + It CAN be a whole heap of fun, but it's not unique and Ragin' Cajun still feels very much like a cheap pair of hand-me-down pants with a hole in the crotch. With slow moving lines, this one's skippable.
