I attended a birthday party and while the birthday party was enjoyed by all of the children here is my review of the place. As soon as you walk in there is a party right there in your face. So either people are walking around your party or standing right next to you so they can check in. The overall space is a little too cramped for the amount of patrons in the place & there's no separate area for the kids to play, so as it was said they basically have you pay $8 for some laser tag vests & laser guns to play in an area you have already paid to play. Also you have children with guns trampling the ones on the regular bouncers not playing laser tag...you all know you need a completely separate area for laser tag...*sigh* Now for the play area, they have 1 mini moon bouncer & slide for 1-3 year olds, a ball pit, 2 mini trampolines, & 4 regular bouncers. The bouncers & play area were fine with me & my child loved it! The food situation was funny because they charge you like $10 per pizza just to realize they are $5 Little Caesar Hot & Ready pizzas. That's flakey! I love that theme characters are chosen for each party! That is something Laser Bounce USA definitely has over others. Overall it is an okay place. I went by this place to check it out for my sons 5th birthday. Online it said they opened up at 11:00am I got there at 12:30 and they were closed. They had a hand written sign on the door saying open at 1:30. We decided to peek in the windows to see if we could see the area. The place looked unsanitary. Their party area appeared like it was not secluded from anything it was directly when you walk in. Also the bouncers are not high quality/industrial they looked like they were bought off the shelves of toysRus. I've actually owned bouncers bigger than what was in there! I just left the place from a 10 year old's birthday party. This place was nothing like what was advertised. We were told there was a seperate room for parties and that the case nor was it the case for the laser tag. Laser tag NOT!! The lights were on the entire time and the kids were laser tagging in the bounce area bouncing into one another, total chaos! There's a fake rock wall in the back which was so cheap and worthless. I had my daughters 1st birthday party at Laser Bounce USA on May 18th. I wanted a stress free day where all I had to do is bring the dessert and goodie bags. I didn't have to bring my own goodie bags if I wanted. They have a great package deal that includes that too if you want. My experience here was great. After I booked my date and time, someone called a few wks ago and offered me some perks if I was willing to change the party time so that there would be 2 kids parties with small children, what a great idea, so my little attendees wouldn't be trampled over by bigger kids who would be guaranteed to be there. I was VERY willing to change the time. The employee there, Ann I believe was very accommodating to us. The staff was very professional, handled all food, and walked around and made sure my party guests had everything they needed and wanted. CONS: My only complaint was the location should be bigger. We had our party in the back and the slides from one of the bouncy houses was very close to our table, so when the kids slid off they would run into our guests. The price of the pizza and soda was WAY too high. Its from Little Ceasars and I can walk in to get a $5 pizza whereas I have to get the pizza from you guys for $12.50! I loved the themed characters and Minnie Mouse was a great plus to our Minnie themed party. All the kids enjoyed the laser tag, the rock climbing wall and all the candy. read more

Pros: They have a bounce house set up for just the little kids, which is great for my son. The price for free play isn't bad. If you go right when they open, you will usually have the place to yourself, which is nice if you are concerned about your kids getting run over by the bigger kids. Cons: They aren't always open when their hours say that they will be open. It looks dirty and ragged. The staff are uninterested and stay on their phones most of the time. There is no separate area for laser tag so it can become chaotic quickly. Bottom line: This works in a pinch but I would not throw a party here. read more

We just got home from my daughters 4th birthday party here. Ill start by saying that she had so much fun and our waiter(?) was very nice and played with the kids and he served us pizza and made sure we had everything we needed. Other than that this place is a rip off! they nickel and dime you every way they can. The bouncers are small and not very clean. we got the smallest package because we only had 6 kids coming. but we ordered 3 extra pizzas for the adults. The pizzas were 12.50 a piece. when they brought the boxes in we noticed it was little ceasers!!! so they charged us an extra 7.50 per pizza. and the little ceasers is walking distance from the place! its all one big area so the kids are tempted to go play again after they eat pizza and cake, but dont let them do that! its a 7.50 charge per child if they play past your "party time" we also brought our own pinata since theirs are $50. they charge you 20 to bring you own since they have to "staff it" and if you bring your own cake you need to bring plates for that or they will charge 10 for that too. also some of the kids wanted capri sun which they had in a cooler for a dollar a piece hah! the only reason i gave 2 stars is because our waiter really was nice. he cleaned up and even carried the presents and leftover pizza to the car for us. Now i realize why pump it up is more expensive. you get what you pay for! read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not have your birthday party here. This is the biggest RIP OFF on this side of AMerica. The customer service is beyond poor! Alisha is the general manager but Lena or Lorna is other general manager who directs all concerns and questions to Corporate...EXCEPT, they are a franchise so there is no corporate. They DO NOT issue refunds! I attempted to get a refund, on the same day I paid for the party, and they would not issue me a refund, would not return my call and stated that "I Better be Finished When My Time was complete". I ordered Doc McStuffins and Dora The Explorer came! They stated that I had to wait for Doc and when she came, she was 6'4 in basketball shoes. The place is small. Laser tag, rock climbing and moon bounce are all in the same location. The owners stated that " she doesn't like having a party for YOU people". Mind you, I'm African American and so is She. Ugh, You pay 12.50 for a box of pizza; the pizza is a Hot N Ready from Little Caesars and the teenagers walk across the street and get 10 min before the party. You have to pay for everything extra, even plates and forks for cake. My best advice is to NOT SUPPORT this establishment. I am all about supporting small businesses but this is a NO. If I could give negative stars I would. This place runs a shady business at best. I have filed a complaint with the BBB because I was so disappointed with the way they handled my daughter's party. We reserved out party a month before. I was a little skeptical about having it there because it was so small and every time I came past that establishment and a party was going on, the windows were foggy and people looked really cramped, but my daughter wanted her party there and I figured what's the worse that could happen? Well it was terrible. It was a 90 degree day and it was so crowded and hot in the facility, my elderly father decided to stand outside most of the time because it was hotter and more humid inside than outside. The party took place July 7, at 600-730p. The laser bounce people decided that they would have a FREE customer appreciation day for a commercial they were filming at the same time as my party. So not only did I pay $513 for a birthday party, but they invited the whole World via Facebook to my party for FREE! They tried to take down the ad on Facebook but I took a screen shot and have the evidence. Not only did they not have enough place settings for all my guests, but one of their free guests stole some of our pizza that we paid for because he thought we were part of the "pretend" party that they were videotaping. It was so hot I told the manager that they needed to turn on the ac and she said "yeah it is hot in here, isn't it?" But nothing happened. Eventually, they started offering my adult guests water because people looked like they were going to pass out, but when one of the children asked for a cup of water. They told the little girl to ask her mommy to buy her something to drink from their concessions!! When I approached the hostess about it, she said that I could start to open the sodas that I had paid for and use those, but that she couldn't give the kids any water!!! My sister in law called the fire Marshall because her husband was a former health inspector and he felt the place was definitely not up to code. This place is great for 5 and under but they have no age limit on who is allowed to play. I took my 5yr and 2yr old here and there were two 12 year old boys who were just "dropped off" by their caregiver and they were completely out of control. The owners were not controlling them and I spent my entire time disciplining them which was extremely annoying. It is a great place to get your little one to get their energy out but please don't bring older children-there are other bounce places in the area that have larger bounces. Also, to all of you parents who choose to drop your child off make sure they know how to behave themselves and respect others. I do not enjoy having to parent other people's children because they are too lazy to do so themselves. I like this place for smaller children but the owner really needs to enforce an age limit to only allow maybe 7 and under it would be much more pleasant for everyone! read more

I would never recommend this place to know one. This is not a place for older kids. The adverstising is misleading. I booked a party for my daughter at the last mintue. When I booked the party I told the salesperson that I wanted to still view the place since we had never been there before. I went to the view the place the same day and took my daughter also. As soon as we walked in I realized that this was a mistake I tried to convince my daughter that she would enjoy herself. My daughter and her cousin toured the little facility. The rock climbing was for 4 and under. She could not even get her feet to stay on the small wall. The ball bit was for a 2 year old and the inflatables were also for smaller kids. I spoke with the gentlemen there, he saw how upset my daughter was. He told me to call the next day about getting a refund. I did that and was shocked that I was not able to get my money back at all, not even a deposit. They charged my account for the entire amount and will not refund me anything for a party that I will not be having at their facility.
