Kids were instructed on how to interact with the animals. Instructors were patient and professional.

What a wonderful experience! My granddaughter's class learned so much from the excellent instructors! Really enjoyed our time and it was well worth it!

I had my sons 5th birthday party here back in October of 2019, I just kept forgetting to post a review.

Play Street Museum is a franchise that specializes in kids' play areas that encourages imaginative…read moreplay and fun settings. The one in Severna Park is one of my favorites to take the kiddos because it has a great mix of interactive toys and buildings. Just to name a few: - an area for crafts - one of those motorized air funnels that you can put a scarf in - ice cream store - grocery store - doctor's office - vets office - a recycling truck with slots to sort different recyclables - a play house with kitchen stuff - pretend firetruck and firehouse with hose and slide You can also opt into extra add ons that allow you to participate in crafts you can take home (think DIY activities like slime). I like that there's only a finite number of spaces for time slots so it never gets too crowded. You should check their website before going just in case they're sold out (I believe they do allow walk ins though). They also have punch cards for a slightly discounted rate. It's usually around $18 for a single visit, but comes out to like $15 a visit with a punch card at the time of this post. I would totally recommend for little ones, but they may start to get bored for any ages 5 or older.

When we arrived, we were greeted with an easy check-in process. If you haven't signed the waiver online, you can quickly scan and sign it on-site. The staff was friendly and explained how everything worked. The space itself is fantastic! It's an open playground where kids can freely explore and play to their hearts' content. There are fun zones for every interest--a craft area near the cubbies, a science section by the check-in counter, and a little shop filled with books and small activities at the entrance. There's even a food token system: you drop the token off when you leave, and each kid gets a free snack, which is such a thoughtful touch. The restrooms are conveniently located at the back near the slide area, so everything you need is nearby. Overall, this is a well-organized, kid-friendly spot that offers so much for little ones to enjoy. We'll definitely be back!

Of course we have only been there during the week so its not crowded like most places. The sitting area is big and you can definitely watch your kid from the sitting area. They have a little soccer field area which my son loves, the slides are fun, and if you put tokens in your players card they can ride in little cars, play the claw machine games plus others, and taking pictures in the photo booth. Absolutely love this place and i've never had an issue with the staff, they are always helpful and friendly.

I loved that there was a separate area for young kids. It was excellent for my 9 month old and it's labeled to be for kids in diapers. The big kids area was great too. I felt like I could support my toddler safely in it. There were multiple slides, carts to ride down a dolly slide, a soccer field, and all sorts of things. I didn't love the angle on the big pink slide. It seemed dangerous and I saw a young girl hurt herself on it. My son loved taking breaks in the black light space dance room. There are tables and picnic tables and the bathrooms were pretty clean. There were extra things you had to pay even more for like foosball, air hockey, claw machines, motorcycles to ride, and maybe other arcade games. It was $22 which I felt was a little pricey. I think the catch is that you can leave and come back, but I'm never going to spend my whole day at one of these places.

The kids have so much fun and it's around $8 per kid for 2 hours of jump and play. They just love it and I love having 2 worry free hours the staff is so nice and helpful they play with the kids and keep an eye on them so I don't have to worry if they all go separate directions. Rolly Pollies was booked for their open play and I remembered The Bounce Party in the mall. It is also on Groupon. Win win. It is located by Gold's Gym. They have three bounce houses and a toy section for two and under. The bounce houses are old but still in working condition. The best part was honestly the staff. Usually when I visit places for open play the staff does not interact a lot or they just talk to each other. The girls working on Black Friday were very attentive. We were there with two other boys but they kept an eye on everyone. I have a 4 year old and a two year old. When one wanted my attention the staff watched the other one. It was great. I would definitely recommend if you need to go some where to burn the kiddos energy. Check out groupon. 5 visits for $25. I did have to pay tax $2.50. No big deal. Each visit will give you two hours. Can't beat it. Here is a pic of the party room.

Booking for the party took place online, and because I have a monthly membership, I saved 10%. When booking your party, you have the option to send out online invites, which I thought was pretty nice. Changes can be made to your party in person or via phone. The process was pretty seamless, I received text with reminders about the party (for parents to sign waivers, or to add food, etc.). Additionally, I received phone calls, in my opinion, there may have been a bit too many reminders. I say this because there is supposed to be a "dedicated party host" and I was under the impression that I would be speaking to that person. The day of the party, I was given a slip with the details of the party to include setting up of the room (five minutes) and the name of my host. They give you a cart to put your items on, and your host will decorate everything for you. The host also serves the food, and dessert if needed. My host, Mari, did an amazing job and was super helpful throughout. The pizza is from Marcos, which the children enjoyed. My only issue is that they should not state that the each child gets two slices of pizza when they cut one slice in half. I see how this may fly at a younger child's party; however, with older children (which my party had) they definitely know. The party package that I selected came with two pizzas, and that was not enough for the party. Keep that in mind when scheduling. This is a peanut free facility, and outside food comes with a $100 price tag, and that includes water folks. You can bring a cake and candles (no matches) you cannot bring ice cream. Also, despite it being not too crowded for a Sunday, the space was exceptionally warm. Apparently, there was some issue with the heating; however, the staff made it up with providing me with a voucher for a future visit. All in all, the kids really enjoyed themselves, as did the parents, and I would recommend Hyper Kidz to parents for parties in the future.
