Someone answered and indicated they would check and call me back. They never called me back. I called 30 minutes later. They said they couldn't reach the driver and they would call me back. They still never called me back. We got after the event time of 1 PM. We repeatedly tried calling from multiple phone numbers, no one would answer. Finally at 2:45 almost 2 hours into the event someone answered and said they they were not sure that they were having technical difficulties and they didn't have my address. They would call me back again and did not. At no time did anyone offer a refund. This place is a scam. And I'm reporting them to the Maryland Attorney General and taking them to small claims courts for triple damages. I had 25 children at my house and no bounce house. It was devastating. No explanation, no apology, no offer of fully refunding my money. Nothing. I called the next day to give them the option to settle this without going to small claims court. They denied it and claimed that the truck was broke down, which was never explained and again made no offer or resolution. I don't know how they have so many five star reviews it has to be bots. * BE ADVISED THIS BUSINESS IS NOT IN GOOD STANDING WITH MD SDAT as of 5/13/2025 * Mr. Ali - using CHAT GPT to respond to my review with lies is again more of the assertion that your company is misleading and deceptive. *Force majure does not exist in this instance when you failed to notify the customer repeatedly and your contract only allows for a 30 minute adjustment. Therefore your operations should have accounted for this circumstance and had a resolution to me by 1:30pm. You are lying about the facts and how this unfolded. You in NO way tried to contact me until the day after (INCLUDING YOUR STAFF). We had four adults calling your company. You only called me on May 11th after my review posted to another site. Your proposed resolution was not fair and all trust is eroded. I would not have a company that failed to come to my house do a future event at my house involving children. You yourself said you were firing your employee for their gross neglect of simply explaining what was going on. You failed to meet any metric of your contract. I will strongly advise you against threatening legal action using CHAT GPT. The facts do not support you and this entire incident has been filed with the Maryland Attorney Generals office. Again - as of 5-13-2025 you are not in good standing with MD SDAT. Best of luck. I hope no other family encounters what we did. Completely disappointing and just HORRIBLE operation of your business.

The premise is simple: choose a piece to paint, pick your colors, and then pick up your finished piece in a week. I came here for a "Mom's Night Out" in early June and ended up painting a plate and bowl set for my son. One thing we weren't aware of is that you have to be finished your painting a half hour prior to the shop closing. I knew you had to be seated an hour before closing, but I was caught by surprise when I was told I had five minutes left to paint and the place was still open for another 35 minutes. Just be aware of the time when you're there. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience. Prices per piece were reasonable too. Also keep in mind that it takes three coats to get a nice solid color on your piece, so allow time to not only sketch and paint your design, but to give it three coats of each color as well.

The prices for the pieces are affordable (little items start at $6). There are a couple of high chairs available for the little ones. I did not notice a changing table in the restroom. The studio is located in the Route 3 Center (same plaza as Christopher's and Ledo Pizza). Great idea for an inclement day or just do to something different!
