I was informed to not worry about it.The day of the event, I contacted them and the guy, Kenny said when payment isn't received 12 hours ahead of time, the order is canceled. No one called or anything. When I told him my invoice (that HE sent me) said I had 3 more weeks to pay it, he just said well it's too late, no one is available. This is not how you do business. A follow up call would have been sufficient, but I didn't get that. I inquired to pay 50% prior and was told no, pay in full after. This is not the company to go with if you're having an event. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL! I am now left at an event on a sunday with no seating for my guests

She answered all of my questions promptly and walked me through the different package options, helping me choose the one that best fit our event. Before the party, she even visited the venue in person to plan everything out, which gave us a lot of confidence that everything would run smoothly. On the day of the event, Shann and her team were fantastic. They worked through several thunderstorms, going in and out of the rain without missing a beat. The decorations turned out beautifully, and our guests loved them. The photo booth was definitely one of the biggest attractions of the night! At the end of the event, the team also arrived early to handle the cleanup, which saved us a tremendous amount of time and effort. Shann worked with our budget and gave us a great deal. We had initially estimated around 200 guests, but luckily Shann's experience really showed. After visiting the restaurant and following up on the guest count, she prepared for the venue's full capacity instead.
