Andrea provided excellent customer service by returning my messages promptly to confirm delivery/pick-up information. How about a fountain, a cotton candy machine, raffle machine, chairs or tables. Yep, they got that too. The place's customer service sets it apart from other rental joints. It has a small parking lot and a small customer lobby. They had 3 people working the counter when I was there, so there was not a long wait, if any, to check out. If you are ever in need of renting some equipment, I highly recommend checking this place out. They have competitive prices, nice equipment, and the best staff.

My plumber met me there and one of the employees produced the contract. $150 for the deposit and $62 for a four hour rental, they also offered $6.18 for insurance. I declined. Backed my car up to the service area and a young fellow loaded it into my car. Even offered a cover to lay it on. Got to my house and snaked the pipe out. But during the job we noticed that the auto switch was broken so I had to use my keys to leverage the switch on. And then halfway through reeling the snake back into the coil the drive belt started slipping. So the plumber had to manually pull the snake back out. So when I returned it we informed the sales associate. He then offered a %15 discount, but my plumber wanted more. So I settled with and the rental ended up being $9 dollars less at $55. Overall wasn't too bad an experience. Good customer service! And they have a wide variety of rental needs on site.

I tested the one unit at home before the event and it worked. I knew enough of how to connect cables from one unit to the other as directed with a sticker on the back of the speakers. At the party I could only get one of the two speakers to work - I could not get the second speaker to connect to the first one. I had a reunion party to get moving and could not spend all night hoping to get the second unit working or deal with hoping someone in the company would call me. Zoe Rentals should have provided directions and tested the units with me when I was at the store asking for help to ensure the units worked versus no help at all. When I did speak to someone, she had no clue what the problem was and said someone at the store could have helped - WRONG! No one was there to help. Very disappointed. Stick to chairs and tables.

Worst customer service!!!!…read more I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was unprofessional, and the whole process felt unnecessarily difficult. They seemed unhappy when I declined some of the services and explained that they couldn't accommodate my setup. They also said delivery would be left at the pickup street rather than directly in front of the building, which was frustrating. Their pricing and pickup arrangements were confusing, and the invoice was just a basic spreadsheet!! The way everything was handled made me uncomfortable, so I decided to choose another company. I regularly organize parties, and based on this experience, I wouldn't consider using them again!!!

Kevin promised us our deposit back since they were unable to provide a moon bounce for the party. I understand things beyond our control can happen and I am not rating them on this. What I am rating them on is what has been happening afterwards. It is going on nearly a month and we still are unable to get our deposit back from Kevin and Capital City Parties. We keep getting responses like "I forgot" to now there is no response at all. This is not the way to operate a business. Thank goodness we paid the deposit via PayPal.
