The chair I rented was beautiful and it was delivered on the dot of allotted agreed time. We were running a little late to end the event, and The guy who came to pick up the chair was so nice and accommodating and again, communication was on point. My plumber met me there and one of the employees produced the contract. $150 for the deposit and $62 for a four hour rental, they also offered $6.18 for insurance. I declined. Backed my car up to the service area and a young fellow loaded it into my car. Even offered a cover to lay it on. Got to my house and snaked the pipe out. But during the job we noticed that the auto switch was broken so I had to use my keys to leverage the switch on. And then halfway through reeling the snake back into the coil the drive belt started slipping. So the plumber had to manually pull the snake back out. So when I returned it we informed the sales associate. He then offered a %15 discount, but my plumber wanted more. So I settled with and the rental ended up being $9 dollars less at $55. Overall wasn't too bad an experience. Good customer service! And they have a wide variety of rental needs on site.

It has a small parking lot and a small customer lobby. They had 3 people working the counter when I was there, so there was not a long wait, if any, to check out. Turned off by the fact I could not talk to anyone I went to second name on list. The website showed me pictures of options which was very helpful. The owner Chris answered the phone right away. I told him what I thought I needed and he advised me I likely needed two tents. Within a few minutes he sent me a quote for the two tents and lights. And within 20 minutes we had made all the arrangements. Meanwhile it took the first bigger company four days to even contact me! Chris confirmed delivery the night before and showed up exactly when promised to set them up. Could not have been more pleased. Glad I went with the little guy!

At the last minute- 7 days before our event- I found No Wait Party Supply and reached out on a whim. They only had one other review- 5 stars and too specifically detailed to be fake- raving about them so we took a chance. They had exactly what we needed and were able to deliver to our venue on a Sunday evening. Carlyle was a pleasure to deal with, prices were great, quality of the tables and chairs were great, and best of all he was so reliable. He arrived a bit before our contracted time, moved the tables and chairs into the event room, and arrived precisely on time to collect everything at the end. Since we were having the party in a park, a generator would be required. Kevin contacted us the day before to let us know they were having issues with their generator and the blower for the moon bounce. They did try to get it operational but were unable to. Kevin promised us our deposit back since they were unable to provide a moon bounce for the party. I understand things beyond our control can happen and I am not rating them on this. What I am rating them on is what has been happening afterwards. It is going on nearly a month and we still are unable to get our deposit back from Kevin and Capital City Parties. We keep getting responses like "I forgot" to now there is no response at all. This is not the way to operate a business. Thank goodness we paid the deposit via PayPal. We have had to file a claim with PayPal in order to get our deposit back. It was unfortunate that it had to come to this.
