There are plenty of parking spaces since I find this part of the shopping center to be less busy/crowded. Upon entering the establishment, there are many different kinds and types of balloons on display to fit any theme or event you're looking for. As you continue walking along the right side of the store, they display themed party supplies related to upcoming holidays. Since we came in early March, there were party supplies for Cinco de Mayo, Easter, and Ramadan, just to name a few. I'm surprised they still display many of their costumes instead of storing them away until Halloween, which makes this a great place to find almost any prop and/or costume to fit your fancy. We've bought balloons for our son's birthday, as well as finding some decor pieces to match the color theme for a mother-daughter tea party I was planning recently. Price is pretty comparable to other party supply chains. Also, our experience with their customer service has been pretty decent so no complaints.

The return process is not exactly efficient (to say the least), but I reached out to the email address listed on the company website and requested to be sent a return shipping label for the items I wished to return (that were still in their original unopened box). A week went by and... no response (or even acknowledgment that my request was received). I then sent a second email with the same request. No response. I have now sent a THIRD email with the same request. I'm still waiting for a response from the company about my request - and I have very little faith this issue will be resolved. I will update my review when/if it is though.

My best friend and I went to Party City yesterday, Saturday, around 9:30am looking to get balloons blown up for her "Quarantine Birthday". Brianna greeted us upon entry and proceeded to tell us where the items were we needed, how long the wait would be (2 hours) and what we needed to do. She was knowledgeable with an amazing spirit! The items were right where we expected and the process was smooth because of her insight.

This particular location seems a little scarce in their selection and the quantity, but if you're hosting a little get together or need some last minute decorations, this is a good place to stop by. I recently came to grab a bunch decorations for a Veteran's Day tribute/celebration, and they actually had all of the table centerpieces (in various colors), the colored tablecloths, confetti, and streamers available. Items aren't really neatly organized, so I highly recommend in doing a complete walkthrough of the aisles to see if any of the items you are looking for are randomly placed. Prices are a little higher, but priced for convenience. My plumber met me there and one of the employees produced the contract. $150 for the deposit and $62 for a four hour rental, they also offered $6.18 for insurance. I declined. Backed my car up to the service area and a young fellow loaded it into my car. Even offered a cover to lay it on. Got to my house and snaked the pipe out. But during the job we noticed that the auto switch was broken so I had to use my keys to leverage the switch on. And then halfway through reeling the snake back into the coil the drive belt started slipping. So the plumber had to manually pull the snake back out. So when I returned it we informed the sales associate. He then offered a %15 discount, but my plumber wanted more. So I settled with and the rental ended up being $9 dollars less at $55. Overall wasn't too bad an experience. Good customer service! And they have a wide variety of rental needs on site.

They did not show up to the party. I highly DO NOT recommend them…read more It was easy to book online, and I received a receipt when I booked. I even received an email a few days before our reservation with "reminders for a smooth party," which included the note that "We often have to arrive several hours in advance in order to get all of our bouncers delivered by the scheduled party times." On the morning of, I didn't hear anything so I called and got through once. The gentleman that answered said he didn't have access to a computer to verify my address, but he was sure the truck was on the way. I tried calling back about 30m until the party with no answer, then 15m, and so on, and I simply could not connect to a human being. It was infuriating. Someone finally answered and said the truck had broken down on the way and another truck was now on the way to meet that truck on the road and bring the bounce castle. It would arrive an hour into the party. I must have tried calling them 20+ times after that since no one showed up even after an hour. I finally got a text saying their phones weren't working. What?! You just texted me from a cell phone. I tried every number I had and could not get through to anyone. The truck never showed up and the only call I got was over 4 hours after the party ended. The gentleman wanted to know whether the truck ever showed up. They didn't even know if it had come or not!! I could not have been more dissatisfied with this company. Not only did they not leave early enough in case anything happened (like their truck breaking down), but then they did not communicate with me at all to let me know what was happening. The day after the party I received a rental survey in my email. And 3 days after the party I received an event cancellation email saying "Awesome Bounce! of Baltimore is sorry that your event needed to be cancelled." I cannot express how frustrating it was working with this company.
