I booked online and appreciated the update emails as the date approached to confirm they still had the correct details and when they would auto-deduct the remaining costs after making an initial deposit at time of booking. They crew arrived before the designated start time, and set everything up in less than 10 minutes. No one called or anything. When I told him my invoice (that HE sent me) said I had 3 more weeks to pay it, he just said well it's too late, no one is available. This is not how you do business. A follow up call would have been sufficient, but I didn't get that. I inquired to pay 50% prior and was told no, pay in full after. This is not the company to go with if you're having an event.
