I spoke to the representative from Dalissa and found out they rent and deliver all types of items for weddings, parties, or any type of function. I made contact and decided to rent the rose bush and cherry blossom trees. The delivery went seamlessly and so did the pick-up. My guests were blown away at the look and feel it gave the room. We got burned twice by Tri-State. First, I made a linen order for a birthday party and paid extra…read morefor Tri-State to deliver and pick up. They never arrived. My party planner had to send one of my guests to the party store last-minute to buy plastic tablecloths, then have some of the early arrivers set the tables! When I followed up with them after the event they said they did try to deliver--at my house, NOT the venue. Someone had switched my home address with the venue address by mistake. The owner refunded my money and offered me a 50% discount on linen for a future event. Three months later I gifted the service to my nephew for his wedding. The owner seemed to have a hard time remembering about the discount, and it took multiple calls over a couple weeks for the owner to "remember" his offer. The linens arrived on time at the private home where the reception was being held and the setting was lovely. However, when the company's employee came with the truck to pick up the linens the next day he appeared to be intoxicated. He kept giggling, even when the homeowner stopped him to tell him he was leaving some of the linen behind. To make matters worse, the driver ran over the homeowner's lawn backing out of his driveway and pulled up the grass--pretty amazing considering the driveway was big enough to hold 20 cars. When the homeowner pointed this out the driver just giggled more. The homeowner ended up calling my nephew, who called the business owner. First, the owner insisted his drivers didn't do drugs. Then he challenged the homeowner's version of events. Fortunately, the homeowner had taken pictures which were forwarded to the owner. Eventually the owner ended up not charging my nephew at all for the linen service, and agreed to pay the cost of repairing the lawn. I don't know what kind of people Tri-State is accustomed to servicing, but arguing with your customers doesn't seem to be the way to stay in business. Needless to say, we won't be giving Tri-State any more of ours.

I found this place and they had a very reasonable price for a peacock chair, it was perfect. So I was able to get a friend with a SUV to come with me to this party rental place (they do not deliver items to your destination you are responsible for everything). At first no one was answering the phone at the rental but I kept calling because it was the day of the baby shower and I had no other choice. We get there and was talking to the owner Jeremy and the manager. Jeremy offered us Dunkin' Donuts while he was assisting another customer. We asked to see the chair because I was mainly afraid it wouldn't fit inside the SUV. So the manager told us it wouldn't fit and if it did he would give us a dollar each because he has done this before. So we knew we had to try since this was my last chance. He grabbed the chair and Jeremy, my friend and I watched as the chair fit like a glove right in the car. It was perfect! We were obviously happy! At some points it felt like they were a part of our party which i loved. The were on time and quickly set up. Unfortunately it rained before we could watch our outdoor movie. When we have our next event they will be who we work with.
