So I was able to get a friend with a SUV to come with me to this party rental place (they do not deliver items to your destination you are responsible for everything). At first no one was answering the phone at the rental but I kept calling because it was the day of the baby shower and I had no other choice. We get there and was talking to the owner Jeremy and the manager. Jeremy offered us Dunkin' Donuts while he was assisting another customer. We asked to see the chair because I was mainly afraid it wouldn't fit inside the SUV. So the manager told us it wouldn't fit and if it did he would give us a dollar each because he has done this before. So we knew we had to try since this was my last chance. He grabbed the chair and Jeremy, my friend and I watched as the chair fit like a glove right in the car. It was perfect! We were obviously happy! We also got our dollar each, lol which was actually funny! Jeremey processed our payment and of course yelp came through and offered 5% off for our first rental! It was great & worked out perfectly!! The chair was great and the mother-to-be loved it. The chair did not come with the cushion so we had to improvise and had our own, but it was perfect and made the room look even better!! With 2 hours to spare before Audio Visual Rentals closed for the Thanksgiving weekend, I discovered…read morethat the Projector Screen we had organized for our wedding (Thanksgiving Sunday) had fallen through. I called AV Rentals after getting a recommendation from a friend, and was really happy with their pricing on the projector screens (starting price was around $20 for the whole weekend). This bride-to-be sped from Chantilly to Tyson's, arriving at AV Rentals about 30 minutes before they closed, and after getting some great assistance from their staff, drove away with the right projector for our venue at a cheap price. AV Rentals also have everything else you need in the AV realm, and their staff seem pretty knowledgeable on what you will need.

I called mid week to ask about potentially rescheduling due to rain (thankfully Sunday was beautiful and we didn't need to!) and the person I spoke to was so nice and relaxed about the whole situation. They are extremely understanding and flexible about weather related changes which put my mind totally at ease. The bouncy house arrived on time, in amazing condition and was promptly taken down without any issues or disruptions. The bouncy house seemed almost brand new, it was in such great condition. The kids had a blast, which made for an easy party for the parents. I researched several options before deciding to go with this group and found that Fiesta time had better pricing and an easier ordering process (some of the other sites were very confusing once you got to the checkout stage). We will absolutely be renting from here again!
