I called AV Rentals after getting a recommendation from a friend, and was really happy with their pricing on the projector screens (starting price was around $20 for the whole weekend). This bride-to-be sped from Chantilly to Tyson's, arriving at AV Rentals about 30 minutes before they closed, and after getting some great assistance from their staff, drove away with the right projector for our venue at a cheap price. AV Rentals also have everything else you need in the AV realm, and their staff seem pretty knowledgeable on what you will need.

With three weeks notice, multiple email and phone call verifications he left me and my groom to be, and six others high and dry for the demo. After being 15 minutes late, our wedding planner called, he said he forgot and was heading our way. An hour later, he said he was still 15 minutes away (even though we were only 40 minutes away to begin with), then messages saying he wanted to reschedule. Our wedding planner calls to get a status as building management and venue event coordinator staff we're waiting to leave for the day, and he was EXTREMELY rude to her. He said he didn't want to come, and lied about our precious correspondence (although we have all the emails, texts, and call data records). After she politely said this was unprofessional, he got even more rude, said to find another vendor, and "he was glad he didn't have to work with us" - direct quote! He was initially so nice on the phone for our initial inquiry; this was a HUGE disappointment. Recommend finding ANY other vendor if possible.
