I've use Moon Bounce Galaxy for the past couple years for a wet/dry bounce house with a slide and they are reliable, on time, and always set up to ensure proper functioning. The water slide is always the highlight of the party! read more

From John, the board president: They were late again, didn't arrive until an hour after our event began. And the first hour was the only time it wasn't raining. The kids who showed up on time had nothing to do. Since we counted on their generator for power the band couldn't play. John read more

I paid 100% up front and signed a contract for Saturday May 10th with a start time of one to 4 PM. At 12:05 I called because the contract says they'll arrive within one to three hours of start time. Someone answered and indicated they would check and call me back. They never called me back. I called 30 minutes later. They said they couldn't reach the driver and they would call me back. They still never called me back. We got after the event time of 1 PM. We repeatedly tried calling from multiple phone numbers, no one would answer. Finally at 2:45 almost 2 hours into the event someone answered and said they they were not sure that they were having technical difficulties and they didn't have my address. They would call me back again and did not. At no time did anyone offer a refund. This place is a scam. And I'm reporting them to the Maryland Attorney General and taking them to small claims courts for triple damages. I had 25 children at my house and no bounce house. It was devastating. No explanation, no apology, no offer of fully refunding my money. Nothing. I called the next day to give them the option to settle this without going to small claims court. They denied it and claimed that the truck was broke down, which was never explained and again made no offer or resolution. I don't know how they have so many five star reviews it has to be bots. * BE ADVISED THIS BUSINESS IS NOT IN GOOD STANDING WITH MD SDAT as of 5/13/2025 * Mr. Ali - using CHAT GPT to respond to my review with lies is again more of the assertion that your company is misleading and deceptive. *Force majure does not exist in this instance when you failed to notify the customer repeatedly and your contract only allows for a 30 minute adjustment. Therefore your operations should have accounted for this circumstance and had a resolution to me by 1:30pm. You are lying about the facts and how this unfolded. You in NO way tried to contact me until the day after (INCLUDING YOUR STAFF). We had four adults calling your company. You only called me on May 11th after my review posted to another site. Your proposed resolution was not fair and all trust is eroded. I would not have a company that failed to come to my house do a future event at my house involving children. You yourself said you were firing your employee for their gross neglect of simply explaining what was going on. You failed to meet any metric of your contract. I will strongly advise you against threatening legal action using CHAT GPT. The facts do not support you and this entire incident has been filed with the Maryland Attorney Generals office. Again - as of 5-13-2025 you are not in good standing with MD SDAT. Best of luck. I hope no other family encounters what we did. Completely disappointing and just HORRIBLE operation of your business. read more

This was my third time renting with Moon Bounce Galaxy and I can't recommend them enough! Things I like: the website shows current inventory, online ordering, lots of bounce house options, convenient delivery, fast set up, employees call ahead and show up on time/pick up on time. I always add on a folding table and chairs to my order. I once had to cancel an event due to illness and they were so kind to issue a gift card for a future event. Really happy with this company!! The kids have loved every bounce house. read more

Had a wonderful party for my son back in December, on an unseasonably warm day! Rentals were dropped off and set up early and picked up after the party. We had been worried weather would be iffy, but was assured by the front office that if we needed to cancel, we could use our money towards a rental another time. Will definitely consider using MBG again in the future! read more

I'm so glad I booked Moon Bounce Galaxy for my daughter's birthday celebration. They were affordable, accommodating, and efficient. I booked a 20x30 tent with tables and chairs, a bubble machine, a misting fan, and a trackless train. Dropoff was early and the setup was seamless. The train rides were definitely a crowd pleaser. Will definitely be booking them again for my next event! read more

We have an annual spring party and Moon Bounce Galaxy has become our go to rental company to provide some fun for the kiddos. They have a nice selection of bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses, and wet/dry options. There are not hidden fees or added costs. The price is the price, plus state tax. The crew is always amazing! They are kind, fast, patient, and make it easy for the customer. They are also very reasonably priced for the area and make the online rental process smooth. I highly recommend them. I have already booked them again for my party this year. read more

The bounce house was delivered early, someone called before they came, and the kids had a blast. Bounce house was clean too and all the supplies needed were provided. Great communication from the company and very easy process to order, delivery and pick up. read more

I rented a moon bounce for my boys 2nd birthday party and the services were great. They contacted me prior to coming to give me a heads up, the set up was quick and easy, and they were on time for drop off and pick up. Also, the moon bounce was very clean on the inside and out. It was well kept up. The kids who attended the party had a blast in it. I will most definitely recommend this company to others. read more

My experience with a Moon Bounce Galaxy has been wonderful! They were attentive and cooperative from my first phone call with them! They also help me troubleshoot certain matters like how to set up a tent that is of a relatively large size on pavement. I would recommend this company to anyone. All the people that I spoke with starting with Maria we're so kind and so helpful! I know I will be using them in the future. Furthermore, this company is also very reasonable compared to many of the competitors out there. Thank you moon bounce galaxy. read more

Moon Bounce Galaxy - Two 10by20 tents, tables and chairs! - Face Painting Near Me - Laurel, Maryland

My kid had the best party ever and most of it was because of the Moon Bounce Galaxy Team! The actual owner worked the party and he went above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction. From setup to clean up, this team was first class all the way. Even the adults at the party were excited about the Foam machine and the Cotton Candy. Everything about this event was just amazing. The staff was accommodating and extremely pleasant but I can't say enough about the owner! He never stopped moving and constantly kept things going to entertain the children and make sure that every guest was satisfied. I am already planning another party because they were worth every dime! read more

Excellent customer service!! On time deliver and set up. Cute design. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

From the online booking to the customer support over the phone and in person set-up all were easy and great to work with! The event I coordinated was for a community block party and was able to get what I needed (moon bounce with slide & generator, basket ball hoops & balls and folding tables) all in one spot, this was very helpful during the planning of everything. Looking forward to working with you all at the next event! read more

I also have a great rental experience with Moon Bounce Galaxy. We go with them every year for my daughter's birthday party. This year our event got rained out and transferring our credit to a New Weekend and rebooking bounce houses was super easy. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. We will be looking forward to renting with them again next year! read more

So easy and professional to work with! Beyond simple to set up and tear down. Our 10+ 2/3 year olds had a blast! We will definitely use them in the future! read more

Great service - pickup and dropoff were quick, professional, and exactly when promised (we've heard stories where bounce houses were left so long the grass started to die under them so were braced but pleased not to be in that situation!) I was also happy to be able to get so many other rentals (chairs, tables, EZ-up tents etc) from one source which is exceptionally convenient. And when we had to change our date there was no issue, quick response and everything still went smoothly. Couldn't have made a better choice! read more

They were amazing!!! Our rental was originally at 2. They had a couple deliveries in VA already and we ended up getting the moon bounce at 9:30 in the morning with no extra charge, so us adults were able to have fun before the kids LOL. The moon bounce itself was so fun and we were able to use it either wet or dry (with no extra charge for using it wet like some other companies). The people who delivered it and the person who picked it up were super awesome, nice and informative. Everyone absolutely enjoyed it and we had a blast! The only thing we would change is that we wish there was a way to tip online (through the website/venmo) since we didn't know it would be different people dropping it and picking it up, if we knew, we wish we would've tipped the people who dropped it as well! Regardless, definitely recommend and we will use them again in the future! :) read more

We have a smaller backyard and Moon Bounce Galaxy was the only moon bounce rental place that offered a smaller sized moon bounce that would fit our yard size. They were priced fairly and set up and take down was quick. Communication was lacking and I became a little worried as they missed the delivery time window they provided days before my daughter's party. It would have been nice if they called to say they were going to be an hour late for drop off. Minus the delivery hiccup, everything else was great! read more

Easy to work with. They arrived later than expected, but they had scheduled an early delivery and communicated well so it was no problem. The kids loved it. read more

Great customer service and safety. We use Moon Bounce Galaxy for all the kids bday parties. Super easy, good prices and great selection

We just used this company for renting the 40' obstacle course for our kids birthday. The Inflatable was in great shape and clean. Great customer & very efficient. I rented the obstacle bounce, chairs and tables. Highly recommend.

Excellent service ... we have used Moon Bounce Galaxy for years and are always happy with the fast, thoughtful service. It was raining during our party, and the team came back (without us requesting it) and swapped out part of the obstacle course bounce house with part that had a roof. read more

I found this gem on Yelp and selected them because of all the great reviews. My son's 6th birthday was perfect!
