They have a great variety of moon bounces to choose from so it was hard to pick just one but they were very clutch because I needed a moon bounce within two weeks of calling. I believe I talked with Nadave (?) over the phone and the energy was very personable while he broke down the contract's terms pertaining to how they accommodate for last second cancellations and inclement weather. I gave a 4-star rating instead of 5 just because they delivered right at the planned start time instead of the 1-3 hours prior like stated in the contract. Luckily we were behind schedule with setting up for the event but the deliverers called to give an ETA AND Nadave called to explain they were experiencing issues that morning and apologized for them having to deliver after their anticipated time frame stated on the contract. They came much later than the even ending to pick it up (I believe because of the later delivery) so we had more time with the moon bounce. The communication and customer service was great so I would definitely order from them again and recommend them to anyone I know. read more

Loved this company for many reasons but to keep it simple::: My son was celebrating his 16th birthday and they were able to accommodate for him and his friends. Most companies only provide or market services for younger children, but these people have a great selection and a few locations and assured us that the teens would be able to get on. My son and his friends were doing their wrestling moves and the moonbounce was a hit and the party a success. They left me with such a good impression that I would most definitely use them for several different occasions and absolutely recommend to everyone of all ages and sizes! From the first phone call to inquire about the Moon Bounces to the evening of the moon bounce pick up, the customer service received was GREAT! The event held was a "Family Reunion" and having a Moon Bounce there was a hit for the children. They arrived over 2 hours before the 3pm start time and picked up 15 minutes after the scheduled time. I received each time for deliver and pick up to informed me they were on their way. The guys who set up and picked up was courteous, went about their business and the children enjoyed jumping up and down in the Moon Bounce. we would highly recommend using this company. We had to reschedule our event two week in advance pretty short notice and they did so with grace and at no extra charge. The night before delivery they asked if they could come tonight and set up the moon bounce. This was great for us because the kids got to jump all morning and afternoon as opposed to the 6 hours we paid for. After the event they packed up the Moonbounce and were in and out within 10 minutes. We will use them again in the future. read more

They were awesome! Their cost was lower than most of the other companies I looked at for renting a bounce house for our daughter's birthday party, and they rent it for the day, not by the hour. It ended up raining during the party, so we didn't use it during the party. However, they let us keep it for a couple of extra days, and we had a blast with it! The Spiderman moon bounce was a hit at my 5 year old birthday party. The colors were vibrant, the image was cool and it was sturdy. The only complaint that I have is that crew didnt stick around to make sure it was working. My recommendation is to block out some extra time to be sure everything is up and running and help the buyer troubleshoot. I was regretting the purchase but once I got it up and running on my own, and saw how the kids enjoyed it, it was worth it. read more

Delivery and set up was timely and people were very professional and courteous. The pickup time was great (9pm), we had a late party and needed a later pickup.
