Rather than reschedule, I will just cancel and find another range. disappointed!

The gentleman working there mistakenly handed my wife the ID card of our friend. When we informed him of this perceivably innocent mistake he said "you know what they say? You all look alike." As a retired veteran, I was astonished that an employee on duty at a business that deals with customers felt comfortable speaking to us like this. Needless to say, our pleasant experience immediately turned negative because we were all upset. I too, am a fan of firearms but have always stuck to Springfield Armory for the most part. Well, that will change very soon. Beretta firearms are world renown, everyone knows that. But the level of service we received blew us away. I mean, here we were, two guys dressed in shorts and tshirts walking in to a luxurious boutique yet we were treated like friends. Even after knowing that my friend wouldn't be buying anything due to him visiting from the socialist state of California the gentleman behind the counter shared knowledge and stories with him and was so eager to engage in the lost art of conversation. He wasn't 'selling', he was having a conversation and was showing us all sorts of wonderful handguns and rifles. Their competition shotgun room is truly a site to behold. Very impressive. The boutique side has really nice casual and business clothing that was a bit more than I'd pay for dress shirts and ties but I did pick up a really nice quality study range bag for under 70 bucks which I thought was a deal. So far they have been able to handle the most basic services all the way up to fabricating a firing pin for an old revolver. They have a large showroom with a nice selection of handguns, rifles, and shotguns. The only negative is the location.
