I really hate giving bad reviews. I don't remember the last time I gave a one star but my arm is in so much pain. For the record , I get deep tissue massages all the time... I have bad knots and I like the "painful" but necessary deep tissue. A deep tissue massage should not equate to pain and bruises . The masseuse was very nice , I was squealing and he said "it's okay , it's okay breathe" .. I thought it was a necessary acupressure spot. The next day I woke up with nasty bruises on both arms. This has never happened to me before so it's not because I bruise easy . Obviously this is not going to happen with every masseuse at this establishment , I am sure most of the are great but they need to do better training and don't hesitate to say "STOP". read more

Came here for the first time expecting a full body massage since I got a combo massage with body and feet. For the body massage, I was face down the entire time and they mostly worked on my back and rubbed lotion on my legs. The pressure was minimal to nonexistent. I mentioned to the staff that I expected a full body massage and the language barrier made it difficult to communicate. They offered to give me an extra thirty minutes but that wasn't something I had time for. I paid and left deeply dissatisfied. read more

After many months, I finally found a massage place worth going to in the Chino/ Chino Hills area. I made a morning appointment ahead of time, just to avoid any wait times, but I believe they allow walk-ins. I got a 90 min full body massage and it was very much needed. My massage lady asked me about the pressure I wanted before starting and even checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole time I was there. I saw the great reviews so I decided to go and get a massage. Leah went ahead and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this place. The stretches at the end are great too. I no longer feel pain on my upper shoulders and neck area. I am an avid massage person- I love getting massages regularly. I used to have a membership at a different establishment, I've visited 3 other places locally, and none of them are like this. My fiancé and I came here on a whim during our stay-cation and they were able to see us same-day for a couples massage. We added the hot stone service to our 60 minute full body massage. I felt that the professionals here are so respectful and really individualized the body massage by focusing on trouble areas while ensuring the whole body was tended to. Only reason for the 4 stars is because towards the end of my massage it felt like she was rushing through, going very fast and it just kind of changed the tone of the massage before that. This place used to be good, but has definitely gone downhill. I came in yesterday for a massage and asked if they can just focus on my back and neck. Well she ended up doing a whole body massage and boy did it hurt! I'm very thin and petite, so I figured they'd go a little softer on me, but this lady went in HARD on my back and neck. She was using her elbows a majority of the time. I've never experienced so much pain while getting a massage. All the massages I've gotten before have always been relaxing. This was the complete opposite of relaxing. I was tensing up the entire massage and today my back is hurting even more than before and feels so sore. I didn't even want to tip, but I left $7 and the front desk lady gave me attitude and a dirty look after I told her how much for the tip, but they're lucky they even got any tip with how terrible that massage was. 90-minute massage with Lulu was just what I needed!!! Lulu worked out the knots in my shoulders and back. She was very attentive and always checking the pressure with me. . I do have two things that I hope the spa salon would consider: 1) the room is a bit chilly for just being covered with a sheet. I didn't like the massage at all. The guy massaging me didn't seem to know what he was doing most of the time. There was too little pressure on certain areas like upper back and legs, and way too much in sensative spots like the sciatic nerve, neck area and pressure points. Whatever oil they use isn't very good. It felt almost like it was mixed with water and didn't glide. I won't be going back or recommending anyone to go here. There are tons of others near by that'll do better. The worst part is I'm still sore in the places I asked him to focus on so I basically paid for someone to rub oil on my body instead of actually massaging my muscles. The parking sucks because the front of the place is 20 minutes only and you have to park in the main lot. Also, the place has terrible noise insulation. I went today to receive my first massage EVER. I had a male massager.. He smelled like an ash tray. Like BIG TIME. I hated it The smell of cigarettes was sooo strong. & while he was massaging my feet he was COUGHING ALL OVER ME.! & his hands were massaging me so he obviously wasn't covering his cough & he had no mask on. Omg best massage of my life. They were so helpful and answered my questions from my initial call to arriving. Their pricing is very affordable. Booking reservations is no hassle. We were a few minutes late due to traffic but they gave us the full hour from when they started service. My party had 1 full facial, another with 30 min facial/30 min massage and 1 full massage. Our review will focus on the massages. Both individuals who got massages felt that the female masseuses were too "strong" for their tastes. We're talking about 2 petite customers here. I'm glad I checked out this place. It's such a clean foot massage place, unlike the typical Asian foot massage place. They have lots of room and they also have rooms with chair massage and a bed, so if you want to get combo foot and body massage, you can have it altogether in one room. It's very quiet and also they have a room with massage chairs only. I had my first massage with Mary and she really has great hands. She works all my knots and I felt good after. I love a good massage and would say that I'm very difficult to please when it comes to massages. Unfortunately I hold A LOT of tension in my shoulders/neck. I've heard a masseuse refer to my upper body as feeling like a rock. My regular salon was closed, so I found this place on here. They were able to take me immediately. Pricing is average, but very competitive for longer sessions (90 minutes plus). I got a 60-minute deep tissue. Nancy was AMAZING. The pressure was great...totally got the "rocks" out. I think she was doing some sort of acrobatics up on that table, but the end result was so I didn't ask any questions. When I came out and found out how much it was for 30 more minutes, I could have slapped myself for not going longer. Next time, Nancy, next time! Would recommend. They're my new go-to. read more

I spent an extra +$10 for the hot stones and it was totally worth it. The place was super clean and for the price, it was so worth it. Please note that it is an open air space with walls in between, so it's possible you can hear conversations from say, the foot massage area or other massage room. When you walk in, it's very quiet with relaxing music, and you don't hear anyone else's voices like you usually would at Asian Foot Massage salons. The place looks very clean as well. I usually have a specific masseuse to go to at the previous spots, but every masseuse that I have had here was great so far! They do a really good job on getting my knots out, especially on my upper back / shoulders due to long hours of computer use for work lol. They will also make sure you are ok with the strength. They were ready when I arrived, and I got the combo 30 min foot/30 min body massage for $45. I expected to be in a big room with the reclining chairs for the foot part as typical in most Asian massage places, but I was pleased to have both the chair and massage table in a private room. I didn't catch the lady's name who did my massage, but she did a great job and was very professional and courteous, asking me several times if the pressure was ok.
