Since I needed to get my nails done also and it was a great opportunity to get some girl time in with my niece, I decided to go with them. My mom originally mentioned another place but, with them having a long wait, I did a quick Google search to find other places and saw Belle Palace on the list. Between the ratings, photos, and taking a look at t their website, I made the suggestion we go here - and I feel it was a good choice. You can make appointments, so I called ahead to ask if we could walk-in or should make an appointment; the guy on the phone said we should be good to walk in with the three of us and begin our service immediately. When we arrived, that is what happened. The place is as is appears from website photos and reviews - large interior with rows manicure stations in the center with pedicure chairs stationed along the sides of the room. The decor, colors, lighting and vibe did give it that spa feel, with a generally calming atmosphere. It was very clean, including the bathroom which is appreciated. Services: My mom got a regular mani and pedi, my niece got the kid's mani and pedi (can't believe she's 7!), and I got a pedi, gel soak off then regular manicure. We each received a complimentary beverage with our pedicure - my niece and I took up that offer with just some water. We're all pretty satisfied with the work and services. The tech working with my niece was very kind with her, and my mom and I both felt our techs were professional and friendly. A thing we both noted and appreciated was that when cleaning our cuticles, they did not go too far back or "clean" too much leading to any sort of cuts - it reminds me of my nail spa in Philly who also does an excellent job as well. Overall, a good experience. If I needed to get my nails done anytime I'm down here, I would come back here.

My normal spot is closed on Sundays ( I didn't know I usually go during the week). So I read some reviews and by the time I was on my 4th salon, I finally found one that was open. I called soon after they opened, told them I needed a mani, pedi- for my wedding. Told the guy working on my pedicure a few times it was for my wedding. Let's start with the good. They have TONS of colors. Although not all of the colors are sampled.. so you really have to go with the color on the bottle and hope that's the actual color you want. Also I was offered a drink (water, soda, or wine) I choose wine, which was a sweet white. Now for the bad. My appointment started about 15 mins late, slightly annoying but not that big of a deal. The water started an ok temperature but I was left sitting for so long it was cold by the time my pedicure got started. Then the guy literally scrubbed my skin right off.. on the side of my foot where I don't have ANYtype of callus (see picture) he also did that to the bottle of one of my toes. Then there is a toe that isn't glossy and looks faded. So we move up to get my nails done. I really wish I had a picture of what he originally did. I showed him a picture and said I wanted my nails to look exactly like the picture. Size, shape, color.. everything. So he starts to shape my nails.. now mind you I have very short natural nails.. and none are really the same length. So he's shaping them and I remind him that I want them to look just like the picture. The length too. Then he said "oh that needs tip" I said that's fine. Then he got up walked to another nail tech and then they both turn to me. The other ones waves me over.. so I get up and go to his station. I show him my picture and he says " oh I thought you wanted a manicure". I said I guess I didn't know what it was called but that I wanted my nails to look just like the picture. Then he did my nails in like 15 mins. The sloppiest I've ever gotten them done. They are a consistent shape, they are alllll too long and much longer then the image and not the same color I showed- these have like a hot pink hue I wanted like a baby blue (see image) At this point I had been at the nail salon for over 2 hours and really wasn't happy with any of the work. Then I found out that my total was $150. Never got a breakdown. Oh and did I mention they also made me bleed in 3 places of my cuticles. I can't believe these will be the nails I have for my wedding. I can only hope I save someone else from spending their money here.

There was no apology offered just some alcohol put on it and kept moving. The service seemed very rushed. After my hands and feet were done, my friend wanted her eyebrows done. I was watching and noticed the wax tech seemed to be reusing the same stick for the whole service which is not clean. There was also a stick balancing on the side of the wax pot. I can't tell if it had been used or not.
