The biggest issue, unfortunately, is time management. While they take appointments, the experience feels more like a walk-in system. Even today, I had a 1:00 PM appointment. I wasn't brought back to the pedicure area until 1:30, and my actual pedicure didn't begin until 1:55. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent pattern every time I've visited. Once my pedicure finally started, the technician seemed distracted, constantly looking around the salon, and the entire service felt rushed. Another disappointing experience. She even handed me off halfway through. The worst experience happened when I booked an appointment about a month in advance for myself, my sister, and my niece. We intentionally scheduled morning manicure and pedicure appointments because we already had afternoon plans. When we arrived, we were brought back to the pedicure area and asked to start soaking. After about 15 minutes, someone began my pedicure. Then things really went downhill. Thirty minutes passed, then forty, and my sister and niece were still just sitting there with their feet in cold water. No one acknowledged them or gave any updates. At one point, I asked the person working on me if she could please stop and begin my niece's pedicure instead. She responded, "5 more minutes, almost done," while pointing to other clients who didn't even have polish applied yet. After over an hour, my sister finally decided to skip her services altogether so they could start my niece's pedicure. While my niece was getting her pedicure, someone simultaneously started working on her manicure, which made the entire experience feel rushed and awkward. After more than two hours: *My sister received no services at all *I only received my pedicure My niece ended up with a rushed pedicure and *what I'd loosely call a manicure The most frustrating part wasn't even the delay itself, it was the complete lack of communication or acknowledgment. We were simply left sitting there with no updates. So if you need appointments to actually fit your schedule, or if you're planning a visit with a group of 2-3 people, I sadly can't recommend this location.

I understand that inspiration photos may not always turn out exactly the same, but this set missed the mark in several ways. Another part of the appointment that made the experience uncomfortable was the overall conversation during the service. The technician spent much of the time talking about very sad and angry situations happening in her personal life. While I understand that everyone has difficult moments, a nail appointment is usually a place people go to relax and de-stress. Listening to a lot of negative personal issues throughout the service made the atmosphere feel heavy rather than relaxing. My nails were bridal nails inspired: chrome with French tip and pearls. The price was pretty hefty for just no chip but i did have a lot of designs (~$85 + tip). I took off one star because the communication is mid. Before I was able to set my appointment through their website and they HONORED that appointment. Now, you have to personal dm the Instagram account. My experience I had an original appointment at 9am and the owner said she would send me a link to confirm. Night before I didn't receive anything so I followed up. Originally they wanted me to come in at noon which I couldn't do. Luckily they fit me in for 10am. So keep that in mind! You NEED verbal confirmation and may need to FOLLOW UP day before/of. Also I inquired about bridal party nails but was left on read so not sure ‍ Other than that, the vibe was very clean. I thought getting the no chip was the move until my nails started chipping on Monday. Less than 3 days later. Come onnnnn!!! I'm super over it, I don't have time to drive the 30 min to re do them again. I'm going on vacation with chipped nails which is annoying as heck! I'm pretty sure it's the techs technique because I've done my nails many times, at one point for a few years straight and never had this issue. Disappointed to say the least!
