After scheduling, we had another issue pop up with our range hood. Blue Shield said no problem. Samir from Blue Shield showed up *early* - did not leave me waiting around for the end of the window they gave me. He quickly diagnosed the issues we were dealing with and gave me a fair, transparent estimate for the work. After we agreed, he fixed everything on the spot incredibly quickly and was on his way. Samir was courteous and respectful and really helped take reduce some pre-holiday worries we had with our dishwasher and hood having issues.

He disassembled and discounted the machine. He then discovered a further problem and Increased the repair cost by $500.00. He refused to provide a written estimate of parts and launched a confusing explanation where he constantly changed numbers. He would not provide the part numbers he required and he used part names that I could not find on the Bosch website. He left the dishwasher disassembled and disconnected from the kitchen sink drain. When I was finally able to identify the parts to which he referred, I found their costs about half what he stated. I am unable to use the sink and the disposal as the water drains onto the floor.

He answered the phone quickly, gathered basic information of our issue, and told us he'd be able to be at our place in the next couple hours. Not even an hour later, Sammy arrived. He quickly assessed the situation, disassembled the necessary parts, fixed the problem (loose igniter cable), reassembled the parts he disassembled, quickly wrote up our receipt paperwork, and was out the door! He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He truly saved our holiday season! My husband and I are very grateful and will be recommending his services to friends and family. And then... absolutely nothing. No update. No call. No text. No follow-through. Two days later, we called *them* -- only to be casually told that he "had to order the part" and that it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could return. Monday came and went. Tuesday came and went. Still nothing. After multiple calls from us, the company finally admitted **they never even ordered the part at all.** Not the first time we'd asked -- only after pressing them for answers a week later. No apology. No sense of urgency. No ownership. Just a vague "maybe later this week." This has been one of the most unprofessional, disorganized service experiences I've dealt with in a long time.
