They had it fixed within less than a day. I dropped it off one evening and they called me back the next day. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to grab it right away... but it's never a bad thing to have stuff done that quickly. Once I actually got the TV home it looked great. They replaced all the LED lights and, as far as the picture is concerned, it looks as good as new. The cost itself was pretty standard for this sort of thing. As a whole it was 150 dollars. I gave them a 50-dollar deposit so they could order the parts right away (they didn't have them on-hand). That way, I was able to drop the TV off when the parts were already there. I'm sure that contributed to the quick repair. However, the fact that they accommodated doing things that way is always a nice convenience. Overall, it was a great experience. They're pretty accommodating about pick up and drop off times and they do quick work (assuming it's an easy fix).

(Hard drive, video card, and RAMs replacements. As well as full custom PC builds.) What I don't do is specific hardware failures, such as a bad chip on a board. I brought my HP Laptop to Sandy and her team to fix. I had basic idea of what was wrong, it was a hard\ware issue. The team worked tireless on the laptop, trying every avenue to find a fix for the laptop. It took a little longer than normal, but the problem required a day sometimes to actually malfunction. So, I knew it would take more than a day to be fixed. I can only imagine the tireless hours that VT Services spent on repairing my laptop and I can't express enough how appreciative I am of all the work they did to repair my laptop. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. And to all of those reading this, keep in mind not every computer repair can be fixed in a day, or even sometimes a week, nor can every hardware issue be fixed (there are just some bad computer builds out there...) but, I will say VT Services will do everything, and I do mean everything they can to fix your computer.
