She mentioned that if the watch was worth more than $150, they might instead offer to refund the lifetime service fee or transfer it to a different watch. I told her the battery had already been replaced twice there without issue. She decided to proceed and, to my surprise, replaced the battery in just a few minutes, much faster than previous visits. I explained the situation and the tech looked it over and gave me all the information I wanted to know. She said it would likely be ready for pick-up around 1-2pm the next day, and lo and behold, I got the email notification around 1pm the next day that it was ready. I go to pick it up and everything's looking great and working great, and they even put a new screen protector on. The entire experience was straightforward, hassle-less, and quick, and they have a 1-year warranty on their work. I am a satisfied customer who will be coming back again for any tech repair needs!
