That completely changed when I recently came in and was connected with Gary to help with my business account. Gary is absolutely the best. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He saved me hundreds of dollars and even helped me receive credits after discovering that a previous representative had placed me on a plan that wasn't a good fit for my business structure. What impressed me most was the level of service. Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely respectful of my busy schedule. He worked with me over the course of two days, both in person and over the phone, to make sure everything was handled properly rather than just rushing me out the door. This man deserves a raise! I wasn't asking for anyone to drop wha they were doing and come help us. The reason we went in is because we were having trouble with their customer service. They told us we needed to go back to the store where we purchased the phone to solve the issue. It was just frustrating because we were getting the run around from everyone. Thankfully we were able to finally handle it online after several tries. I can see why their rating is so low. This is the closest Verizon store to me, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on. For me, the convenience and the help getting everything set up properly made it worth it. I also added protection after hearing what was covered, but I never felt like anyone was forcing it. I took the phone back and requested my money back immediately, same day, provided 30 minutes after my purchase. Of course the manager didn't know what to say, showed me what he googled, the $150 fee was actually $100, not $150 and took effect on 10th but again did not apply to the phone I was buying. He tried to back peddle and give me the phone for the at the price of phone tax. It was such a scam!!! He did not expect for me to do the research. So disappointed. This just made me sick. They will sign you up for things you did not agree to…read more When I came into switch carriers and upgrade my phone, the employee signed me up for Google AI Pro ($10/mo.) and Verizon Mobile Protect ($19/mo). When I realized they added these two items, I asked her to remove them. She removed the AI Pro but told me Verizon Mobile Protect is a requirement to upgrade and you have to keep it for 3 months. I went into a DIFFERENT store and they took it off with no questions asked, as it is definitely not a requirement to upgrade. Also, there was an error with the transfer. This young lady assured me this will be fixed within 24 hours. It was not. I came back into this store and she assured me she will reach out within a couple of days. It has been a week and I have not heard from her. Again, I went into a DIFFERENT store and they fixed the problem immediately. Be cautious when visiting this store. When upgrading your phone or changing carriers, they may add services and claim they're mandatory. This store seems to take advantage of customers and offers little help when issues arise.

The husband does all the technical issues, making the calls and stuff, while the wife does anything else to help. They have all the up to date phones and accessories. The store itself is in the left corner of the plaza when facing it from Colima. They have a few reserved parking spots with cones so you can push the cone back and park. If you can't park there, the parking in this plaza is a little hectic if you come around lunch because of the bulgogi house but it shouldn't be too hard to find parking. They try to get you the cheapest price/best promotion they can so they really do help with our family plan. Also, I used to be one of those kids who broke their phone every couple months (3-4 times a year) and they helped with replacing it over and over and over.... over the years.

I wish i had read more of these reviews before going to deal with a scam artist. Went into this store only because it was closer to my home, mostly i would go to a corporate store found out this one was Franchise so it is all about getting you to sign for things you are unaware of. All i wanted was a lower bill, the manager of this store signed me up for a business account ok fine. Then he tells me here is a modem it is yours Free no charge, which was half true it is free the extra phone line is not. Plus, he failed to let me know i only had 90 days to return the modem. Thank goodness i turned down the phone or that would have been yet another line to pay for. It took me a long long time to get Verizon to let me return the modem. Then i try to access my account both online and on my phone but was unsuccessful as it said my company would not allow it i am my company. I went online to Chat with an agent, and they wanted me to repeat what i had repeated so many times i had it memorized. Another Manager joined in and she treated me like i was an idiot. Saying "so you expected a Free Modem is that correct", i told her i did not expect ANYTHING FREE IT WAS WHAT I WAS TOLD. So, i hung up with her and CANCELLED VERIZON, mostly due to this one store and the lack of customer service i have dropped Verizon. Upon getting back home from the other verizon there were two women i know, they asked why i looked upset. I told them about what i was going thru with Verizon and one lady says "the same thing happened to me". I asked her was it the Eastland store she said yes. Told me he gave me a Free watch i told him i did not want one, he convinced me it was mine free. Later when i got my bill for $175 it was for Two phone lines and i only had one phone". So, he is taking advantage of Seniors who live on fixed incomes. The next person i text will be the Attorney General's office and the AARP. If i were anyone thinking of doing business here i would think four or ten times first. Again these are just MY Opinions.
