We upgraded to an iPhone 17 Pro Max and originally had an appointment with Roger. When he was busy, Alex and Tom stepped in and provided excellent service. Horrible experience, got a new phone (iPhone) here was assured that it would automatically transfer my eSIM at home with my current phone. Went home, set up my phone, and eSIM didn't transfer and cellular isn't working. Sometimes things don't work the way you were advised they do, I get it. Next day I go back to the store explain the situation and was advised that the phone was set up wrong and should've been done in the store - in order for them to activate it they will be charging $40.... Very unnecessary, painful and stressful experience that I could have avoided by NOT coming to this Victra store. Kevin was especially unprofessional and reproached me for asking for help with my new iPhone and trading in old phone. Kevin accidentally canceled my Verizon trade-in credit, and I had to call Verizon Corporate to correct his mistake after several hours. Save your time, stress and peace of mind by going elsewhere. Sadly my problem wasn't fixed but it wasn't this specific store's fault. I have a unique problem that Verizon as a whole still hasn't been able to fix. The only reason for the five stars is because of the worker there. Alex Lee was working extremely hard. At one point, he was handling two phone calls and three customers at the same time. I really don't know how he did it. We was calm, kind, and helpful the whole time. It seems that Verizon's system itself was the only thing slowing him down. If you want to deal with idiots come here. They close before 8 pm and make it seem like you are asking them to do something more than their job. The guy working on 10/23 was huffing and puffing complaining the whole time how Im there last minute when in fact it wasn't 8pm. Very poor customer service. I literally got scammed here trying to pick up my order that I made on the MyVerizon App. NEVER COME HERE EVER EVER EVER. They told me that my order wasn't ready, while they had my phone in the back ready to get picked up. They wouldn't release my phone because they were still running a credit check or something of that sort, which DIRECTLY CONTRASTED what the Verizon phone rep told me. If I can give no stars for this place, I would definitely give this place no stars. Never go to this store to pick up your order. I came straight from work to pick up an order of mine because a Verizon Agent told me the day before, that my order will be ready for pick up the next day. As soon as I came in, another customer was already shooed away from the manager. To sum it up, the manager and her coworker refused to give me and the other customer our phones that we had ALREADY preordered online because we weren't in-store customers. They even had mentioned that the phones were in the back but still refused to hand us the phones we had paid for JUST BECAUSE we were not in-store customers. I kindly asked the Verizon guy if I can have an in store appointment and he said "No we are busy", I was the only customer. He even said "Look at the sign on the door, it says appointment only", but the sign on the door said "VIP PREMIUM FOR MOVIES." The coworker even told us if you want the new phone, you have to buy 5 accessories. There's no way a Verizon store should be treating customers like that regardless of what they are there for. If you have the chance to pick up your order somewhere else, do it somewhere else and not this location. They refused to give you your phone even if you paid for it too. I hope this store closes down because of both the suspicious behaviors of the manager and her coworker. Tracy and Daniel, thank you for treating us, Verizon customers, with no respect and ignoring us. You were of no help for the other customer and me. I placed a pickup order at this location and called to check its status, as the last order I placed at another Victra location was canceled without explanation. I was on hold for a while, then opted for the call back option--when they called, they took my info, then transferred me (on hold again). Then after taking me off hold, they assumed I was another customer who had called previously and without letting me say anything, said they "couldn't do the order" and hung up. read more

Do yourself a favor and avoid this shady place and go directly to a Verizon Official store not an authorized Retailer such as this one. Yesterday I was there with a friend of mine to simply get a new simcard with his number and pair it with my Iphone X that I would give him. (He lost his phone with the previous simcard inside) The shady asian lady at the counter told us that the credit card payment machine was broken and to pay cash. $30 cash. I REPEAT $30 cash!! Obviously the machine was not broken and she wanted cash just because she wanted to scam us. The service is completely FREE!! We went to the Verizon Store inside Costco nearby and the extremely polite representatives there did everything in 5 minutes and completely for free as supposed!!! I wouldn't even give this place a one star. We went in there trying to get our SIM card changed and the guy in front of us wanted to return his phone and it was within the right time frame. The shady lady at the counter told her she couldn't do it for him and that the manager was "on vacation" until Friday. When It was our turn the lady didn't understand that I wanted to switch my SIM card and I had to repeat myself 3 times. She then told me I had to wait an hour to get serviced since there was a customer in front of me. they don't wanna help you, they just want your money. this store should be reported to the better business bureau. read more

All the horrible reviews you see online for 4G Wireless Inc./Verizon Wireless are true, they were trained to be that way, lie to their customers, promised you something that doesn't exist. Called the store and the employee answered the phone in Chinese. I asked him in English if this was a Verizon preferred retailer and he then switched to English and confirmed that I had the right number. I was calling ahead about a prepaid SIM card to make sure that my experience in the store was as glitch-free as possible. I asked how much it would cost, and was told that it would be a $30 upfront fee for the month plus a $40 activation charge. I told him that the activation charge was a surprise to me and he simply told me that that's the way it was. Initially when I called it was 7:15 p.m. I knew that the closing time was 8 p.m. and address of the store is only about 10 or 12 minutes from my home, so there wasn't much time to waste. It was very difficult to find the store because there's a lot of construction going on in that area. While driving around looking for the store, I tried calling the store repeatedly to find out which shopping center they were located in. I called multiple times and the phone was never answered. When I finally located the store inside of the 99 Ranch Market Shopping Center, I looked in and saw an empty store with a single employee sitting behind the counter. I dialed the number of the store one final time before walking in the door. And guess what!... The phone was ringing with the employee sitting right next to it not answering it until I walked in the door and saw him sitting next to a ringing phone! When he saw me enter the store, he suddenly answered the phone! I let him know how pissed off I was about calling multiple times and having him ignore the phone. He told me the phone never rang. Yeah, right! Funny that it rang when I called it standing just outside of the store. I've been told him that Verizon's website specifically says that there's no activation fee for a prepaid SIM card. When I proceeded to show him where it said so on the Verizon website, he then told me that the $40 charge was just something that he thought he was supposed to charge. WTF? He was apparently having a problem on the computer and basically trying to tell me that he could not begin the transaction and that I would basically just have to leave. I picked up my phone and started calling Verizon and told him I thought it was strange that he didn't even try to call Verizon tech support. He then told me that he was just about to do that. He called tech support and then said a few words and hung up the phone. He proceeded to tell me that because the headquarters is on the East Coast, and on the East Coast it was about midnight come out that they were probably updating the servers and that's why he was not able to do it. There's only a three hour time difference and so it was about 10:40 on the East Coast. So I don't know what that "being midnight on the East Coast" story had to do with anything at all. As I stood there and stared at him, as if to say I'm not leaving here that easily, he tried again and low and behold the system started working. It's probably a blessing, but I left there without a SIM card. The reason? Because, although I called ahead to ensure a glitch free transaction, I was never told that I had to bring the phone with me to activate the SIM card. I dare you to try this store and see if you have a better experience. read more

I wanted to purchase an unlocked phone and walked in to inquire about the pricing and also if there is any promo monthly plan. The sales lady was polite but she gave false information that is misleading. I was told the price I paid for the new phone is the same at all authorized verizon dealers. The fact is she quoted $150 more expensive than other retail stores. I needed a phone urgently and decided to purchase it and she added in 4-5 accessories into my purchase without breaking down the individual prices or my consent whether I wanted the bundle accessories. She lied to me the accessories were free and installed the accessories in front of me. I got a receipt of the grand total without the breakdown of the detailed items. When I requested for an actual invoice, she printed it out and verbally told me they do not accept returns. I checked online later that she charged me twice the pricing I could have bought them online elsewhere. Very dishonest and deceitful sales tactics at this store. I ended paying $250 more than I needed to pay for the new phone. read more
