Instead of letting me take home that one, they told me they'd have to "talk to their manager," and they would deliver it to my house because I needed 2, and it would be delivered to my house that day, they were going to "call me back" to confirm the time. 45 days later- I finally got them, but I had to pick them up myself. Every time I called, they said, "Let me talk to my manager, and I'll call you back". I never got a call back. But they were happy to receive the money from my insurance, without giving me the product.

After waiting a long time just to speak with someone, I expected to receive clear, helpful, and courteous assistance. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and frustrating. I hope this concern will be addressed and that the importance of clear communication, patience, and professionalism when assisting customers can be reinforced.

I have been here several years ago because I was looking for a wrist brace and they didn't have it at that time. Got it from somewhere else and that took care of the problem. I was there few days ago and needed a back Foam Bed Wedge and Knee Elevated Wedge that would have a soft cushion, good back support and comfort. Got both the knee wedge, and the back support wedge which makes my knees & back somewhat pain free. Will get used to it eventually. They have so many different varieties of Medical Supplies in their store that your head will start spinning. They have: Recliner Chairs, Scooters, Walkers, Bed pan, Wheelchairs, home healthcare supplies; such as hospital beds all the way to other types of medical supplies/products for all ages, genders; and, also if something needs to be repaired, they will do that for you too. I believe there is a different location for that. Knee Elevator Wedge cost me $28.95 w/out tax and the bed wedge was $39.95 w/out tax. So the prices for both items were not that expensive. Even if they were, your comfort and heath should be your first and the ONLY priority. Thank you owners, employees at Sherman Oaks Medical Supplies. You have been a big help in every way!! No need to look any further. One stop for all your health care needs and it also has ample parking in the back!!

This shop carries everything from wheelchairs, bathroom support chairs, living space reclining sofas, therapy cushions, hospital beds, rental equipments, and so much more. I appreciated Kevin's honesty and recommendation in finding the most suited wheelchair for me. I've purchased here twice (one recently and the other was 3 years ago) and both times I've had great service. They even repaired certain minor issues I've had on my Whill C2. I highly recommend this shop to anybody who seeks reliable and pleasant experience to test drive wheelchairs before purchasing and/or looking for other medical supply essentials. I was there for Halloween horror nights and was worried that needing the scooter until 2am would be an issue, but not once was I ever made to feel like I was asking for too much.
