Family-owned establishment that sets up right near the Burbank Town Center every weekend. I love supporting small businesses and the owners both provide me with my sweet tooth fix and the sweetest of interactions. They use Death Wish coffee beans to give you the much needed wake me up with your dose of post-lunch, early afternoon slump. The desserts are pretty solid, too. If you're going to try anything, get the Amaretto Cheesecake. Creamy, chocolaty deliciousness from first to last bite. 5/5 experience.

Last time I was in Burbank I saw this place and it had a huge line, I didn't have time but made a mental note to come back. I was so happy I was able to try them today! I got the best seller, the Kai. I'm not one for overly sweet drinks and this place gets it. They said they can always adjust to make things sweeter but baseline their drinks aren't too sweet. Apparently they make their own syrups and baked goods too! I got the matcha cheesecake (soooo good) and the raspberry coffee cake. Also a bonus that it seems to be owned by a very cute and wholesome family. They were so nice and made the experience great as well

First time trying this place. I just needed coffee and this was in my line of site. I tried the MatchaLatte and it was very good. I could probably have had it stronger. Also had Strawberry Lychee that was good and refreshing.

We've been coming here for a while, and the place always got bomb drinks, coffee's, refreshers, everything they got is pretty much amazing. Definitely top-notch service and quality as a mom n pop shop. Always get a refresher here while you cruise through the burbank night life.

Coco tres leches cake, ube cinnamon roll, iced Ube Lattes and Iced Kai.

Skai Coffee has become my favorite coffee spot in Burbank. They are family owned and family operated and they couldn't be any nicer and friendly to their customers. Everything I've tried has been A+, chefs kiss! Delicious drinks I've tried: Iced Ube latte, iced Kai, Iced Viet style, Iced Hawty Hilda, pumpkin spice latte, lemonade refresher. Yummy sweets I've tried: chocolate chip cookies, s'mores cookies, pecan cookies, ube cookies, cheesecake, coco tres leches, ube cinnamon roll. Literally all of the above are amazing. Could never be disappointed by them

The nicest people working here and always with a smile! They radiate! And their drinks?! I dream of their strawberry matcha, it is so good and everytime I see the truck, I run to get it. If you see this place, literally anything on the menu is a hit. I even brought some friends and they all loved what they got.

Matcha Cake, and Strawberry Lychee Lemonade!

This small business is worth supporting. I'm proud to be a loyal customer since almost the beginning! Coffee 10/10. Treats 10/10. The couple who owns it, 10/10. (Love you Kai & Srey!) My personal favorite drink is the Lychee Lemonade :) I've been going for almost a year now, and it's rare I miss a week of going to get my weekly drink! Quality and taste are always consistent. They take time to make the drinks perfect and care about how it tastes and if you're happy with what you ordered. The vibes are always the best feeling ever! Fun music, positive energy, and kind hearts. Not only is every drink and pastry I've tried- wickedly delicious, but the people who own this business are truly good people.

While going down Empire Street to the shopping center, I saw a Lowes, and thought I needed to pick up some things I needed. While walking towards those from the parking lot, I saw a sign that said $10 for two hot dogs fries and a Coke I think it was. You're quite a number of choices and I decided to get a pastrami sandwich. It was fantastic. He had told me that they make the bread themselves and it was all amazing! I asked the owner his name and he said it was Ray, I think. I feel pretty dumb cuz I asked him twice. He was interesting to talk to and was a very nice man. I'm sad I don't come down here that often anymore unless I'm going to USC hospital but you can bet I'll be stopping at "Da Fire Pit". I thought the hot dog offerings looked very good The fries he made me were excellent as was the Pastrami sandwich. A few other guys were sitting at the picnic benchs and said that they had been there recently since they're from the area and said that they loved stopping there for lunch. Two of the people told me to try the chicken sandwich next time. I'm going to find reasons to come back soon. The prices are good too. This is one of those unexpected places we Yelpers find and are excited to try again. It is between the store entrance and exit Highly recommend.

While it has changed a bit, it's still delicious. The stand is located between the Lowe's entrance and the Lowe's exit making it a perfect place to stop for a quick lunch or snack before or after you shop. Ambience wise, it's not much, but what can you really expect out of a hot dog stand located in front of a Lowe's? Regardless, the food is yummy and the service is good. Next time you shop at Lowe's, come with an appetite.

Beef and Poteo Empanada - 3/5. Their empanadas were freshly made. The crust was actually the highlight - crisp, nicely textured, and clearly well-prepared. Unfortunately, the filling didn't live up to it. The beef and potatoes tasted flat and overly salty, lacking the rich, savory depth you'd expect. It was also surprisingly dry, lacking any juiciness or fat to bring it together. Overall, it was just okay- nothing I'd go out of my way for. Argentino Breakfast Burrito - 2/5. The breakfast burrito was even more disappointing. Everything about it leaned dry - the tortilla itself seemed dry on its own, not just from toasting, and the fillings didn't help. The eggs, potatoes, cheese, and meat didn't come together cohesively. It felt like each component was just there rather than working as a whole. The salsa was decent, but not enough to rescue the burrito. I ended up not finishing it. All in all, a place with some potential - especially based on that empanada crust - but the fillings and overall execution really need improvement.

They also have local baked pastries from a bakery in Glassel park. This cafe also carries cute little gifts, as well as a cold case filled with snacks and tea. Lottie and I chose a palm coffee favorite, the coffee cake donut and the ham and cheese croissant. For our drink, we had ti try their best seller, which actually put them on the map as a must try-spot for coffee in their cinnamon toast crunch iced latte. Then I ordred an iced matcha because they said they take their matcha seriously, it's ceremonial grade and this is also a popular drink item on the menu. The staff at the Palm coffee bar were so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They really helped us pick the right drink and snacks for us. Lottie and I had a great time at this coffee shop and we highly recommend it to anyone if you're in the Burbank area.
