The smell was so off-putting that I had to take the burger apart and eat only the patty. Even then, the patty itself was underwhelming, lacking both quality and flavor. For a restaurant known for its burgers, this was unacceptable. Our server, whose name I don't recall, was absent for most of the evening. While I understand restaurants get busy, being busy shouldn't come at the expense of basic attentiveness. On more than one occasion, she appeared too rushed to fully listen to what we were saying. At one point, my partner was still in the middle of speaking when she simply walked away before he had finished his sentence. That left us feeling dismissed rather than cared for.
