We tried a few of their rolls, and I really liked the Nem spring rolls and their Banh Khot. Solid spot for tasty bites, though it still doesn't beat the Banh Khot lady in Orange County. Driving about I noticed this spot and decided to give it a go. First step in Im met with happy faces and relaxing music in the background. Their service is wonderful and they are good people, the food and drink variety is pretty good in my opinion. I got a snack and one of my favorite drinks and they came out fantastic. Timing was slow at the time because they got slammed but they are honestly trying to pump out orders with a full case of food for people to pick up. I ordered egg rolls from this place online and my order was hot and ready at the time of pickup. It was really easy to place an order online for later pickup time. They offer a variety of lunch plates and catering size trays of egg rolls, net egg rolls, spring rolls and other things. My order came with fish sauce and sweet and sour sauce. They were really popular at my potluck and unfortunately I didn't have any leftovers so next time I'll be ordering more than 30 piece for sure. I had to cancel my order on the day of due to losing my dad unexpectedly that morning. I anticipated losing the money since it was day of cancellation. I'm giving them a good review despite their hideous wait times, only because I overheard the owners talking to customers how, despite being new, they are overwhelmed by the demand and that they wish to improve their wait times. Doesn't help that you have grandma over there in the corner rolling up the spring rolls - you might want to staff on weekends if your demand is up there. I have never had a netted egg roll before, and was pleasantly surprised by the texture. I did enjoy these, and the presentation did make people ask at the potluck I took them too. The spring rolls are hearty and taste fresh. The banh khot were a hit - I had never tried these before and really enjoyed them. I liked that it was a hearty bite. The flavor was okay but not fully satisfying , the garlic noodles were too oily and had a strong raw garlic taste, while the eggrolls were not crispy enough, with a thick wrapper and hard to taste the taro or shrimp inside. Egg rolls, Goi Cuon and Nem Nuong Spring Rolls are good. Wife however thought that the Nem Nuong was a bit bland. She was not a fan of the sauce. The pork in the Goi Cuon tasted very clean. This would have received four stars, but they are currently struggling with meeting demand and wait times are ridiculous. Waited about 30 min for 3 small orders. While they warn you with a little sign, they really should have more premade so there is no wait. 30 minutes is really long for egg rolls and spring rolls. Their system is very strict right now about only helping people in sequence, this prevents them from working on the fly to serve customers who are in the store. Ordering over the phone was easy. They require card payment over the phone for orders over $100. They run out of their famous net egg rolls fast so it is better to order way ahead rather than the day of. I tried the regular egg rolls, garlic butter and fish sauce wings. Friday night, I decided to put in an order for pickup Saturday morning since my parents were coming over. I paid for my order and received a confirmation text (shown in picture). The next morning around 11am, I received another text stating they were preparing my order. Then 20mins later, a final text stating my order was ready. When I got arrived, there was a line. I got to the register and told the guy that I was here for a pick up. Before asking my name, he said "it's not ready." How could he have known if he didn't ask me for any information? I told him I placed the order last night and he asked me for my name and went to the kitchen. He said that their systems weren't working and it'll be an additional 10mins. I stood to the side to wait and observed. One guy that was on the phone came over to explain that their system doesn't work the way they intended it to. I simply told him that I expected my order to be ready since I placed it last night and it gave me the option to choose a time slot. He said a lot of people have said the same and he's told his manager but it sounded like the manager didn't care. A little over 10mins of waiting, I received my order. When it came down to sauces, they were pretty stingy. You only get to choose one sauce.. sweet and sour or fish sauce. Both were already pre-packed too. When our banh khot came, she handed it to me in a bag. My husband and I tried it fresh in the car and of course, the plastic spoon she gave us was dirty (brown stain). The banh knot itself was only okay. Not even tasty! Not worth checking this place out considering that SJ had so many cheaper, and way better appetizers. We ended up throwing away the eggrolls and stopped by Cha Ca Long Phung to get super good and crispy eggrolls that were also cheaper than here. SJ Eggrolls was also quiet and bright, but super emptied inside. Definitely would not come back. If you want to have your food ready at the time you pre-order then forget it. They are not good with time. I ordered one day ahead and they promised it be ready at the requested time, but it was not ready. The people keep saying another 6-7 minutes. However, Had to wait 35 minutes. Another customer told me she waited an extra hour for her food despite the fact she ordered a day ahead as well. The eggrolls are overpriced. They are skinny so not worth the price. The taste of the eggrolls are not that good because I think they add mung beans or some sort of yam, so the taste is doughy, which it is not that good. You don't get the full meat and shrimp taste. 2.5 stars for the food. 1 star for service as the delay on having food ready when promised. Go to Chả cá Long phụng, for your party tray food. They have it ready ahead of time and their eggrolls are bigger, cheaper and taste way way better. Thanks for your response Binh. But will not come back. So you admit that the eggrolls are not fully meat and shrimp which gave it the weird doughy taste. I understand there is a need to substitute the ingredients to save money, but you add too much of taro, which dilute the taste of eggrolls. Good luck with your business. This place is on the backside of some large plaza. There's plenty of parking though watch out for the drivers here. Most are not stopping at parking lot intersection when they should be. Noticed this place just open and I'm a big fan of netted eggrolls so I just had to try. There's perhaps 3 tables with 2 seats each so its not really a sit down place. You order at the counter and there's a bunch of other vietnamese appetizer dishes (e.g. spring rolls, pasteries, etc.). I saw viet-style coffee was also available. Ordering, you can grab a plate of 6 eggrolls which is meant to serve an individual. If you are in need of providing for a party, they also serve party trays which I guess you can reserve in advanced as I saw a few trays in the background ready for pickup. I ordered 2 plates of netted egg rolls and a few other appetizers. There's a sign that its made fresh but there's a handful of eggrolls at the counter that seems already prepped. I noticed that the workers grabbed a handful from the counter (not enough for 2 plates) and brought it back into the kitchen. So, I'm not sure how fresh my egg rolls actually were if I just got the ones that were sitting out front. As for the taste, the eggrolls were decent. The filling was a bit plain but didn't really feel like it was skimped on. The veggies on the other hand (e.g. the lettuce wraps) were a bit scarce and not enough for 12 rolls. The netted wrap was crispy and were as expected for an egg roll. Overall, I'd give this a 3.5/5 (rounded up to 4). I'm glad there's a dedicated netted eggroll shop in the neighborhood though I'm a bit skeptical on some of the claims made of "fresh" eggrolls when there's some sitting out front that is used to serve some customers AFAIK. read more

Now Thanksgiving comes along and thought it would be nice to have some of their items on our spread. We ordered 30 grilled pork spring rolls, 20 shrimp balls and, 30 party wings. We spent $210 and live 1hr 30 min away. Here is the kicker! The spring rolls were good, the wings were good BUT! the damn shrimp balls we're NOT shrimp! We've had plenty of shrimp balls from dim sum and other areas in San Jose. This by far has to be the worst crap ever served! Every shrimp ball I've had is full 100% shrimp, bouncy and fluffy. These were halfass shrimp filled with taro (or something), so they were tasteless and dense. I couldn't serve that so, into the trash it went! I was so disappointed! I called the store the next day to complain, because this was not cheap! Called and spoke to a guy and explained to him about the experience and he said "uhhh, let me have management call you back". Never did, so my brother called again and spoke with a manager and he basically said "we basically took it, and it's not our problem". Horrible service! Never coming back here again! This is my new go to place to get egg rolls for parties! I used to order from King Eggroll, but stopped years ago once their rolls pretty became all cabbage with barely any meat. I've tried the regular, net, and vegetarian egg rolls from here, and all were delicious and got a thumbs up approval. I've also tried their wings and banh khot, but would skip it next time. The wings were crispy but dry on the inside, and the banh khot was too thick and wide for everyone's liking. The flavor was just ok as well even when dipped with sauce. I've had better banh khot elsewhere. The egg rolls are a bit on the pricier side, but you can taste the difference in quality and they give you quite a good amount of filling.
