Bánh bèo 100 pcs = $30 They give a hefty amount of nuoc cham & peanut sauce for the items. They also sell other Vietnamese items (egg rolls, bánh cuon, etc) as well. I called to make a to go order and it was the most chaotic call I've ever experienced. Haha not a deterrent for me - I found it funny. I ordered through the phone about 2 weeks in advance since I didn't want them booked out on the Saturday of our event. I paid a deposit electronically, and then paid the rest upon arrival/pick-up. Their prices were so reasonable for the quantity you get. They have small and large tray options. It came w/ dried shrimp on top, nuoc mam (the dipping sauce), and mung bean but the kids and I did not touch it. The banh beo has the right amount of elasticity but melts in your mouth once you bite a piece off of it. The cha gio were delicious. The Vietnamese-style eggrolls is made w/ ground pork, clear vermicelli, carrots and dried fungus julienne.. fried to perfection but surprisingly it wasn't oily/greasy. I've been getting the banh uot thit nuong the last several times. It used to be $36 for a tray and now it's $40 for a tray. It comes with about 14 big rolls that is cut into 4 pieces. Sauce included. You can also order in other sizes depending on your party size. I usually call ahead at least 3 days in advance. I stopped by since I saw it driving by to see what they had and honestly not many options left on the counter. Not sure how long they have been at that location but looked cleaned. I got a small tray of Banh Beo for $4.50 and got some frozen Banh Bot Loc at .80 each. I thought it was a bit pricey. I mean it is almost as much as eggrolls! Tender melt in mouth freshly steamed rice skin wrapped around ground pork made crunchy by black fungus. They don't skimp on the amount of black fungus to save cost so you can experience the texture contrast between crunchy and tender of the rice layer. Slightly sweet. They have a salty fish sauce dipping sauce and fried onions but nobody waits to put those on before eating. They cook early in the morning and once sold out they are done for the day.
