Now that I am seated, I am sad to know that I have the worst waitress ever. I have post about her before her name is Eden I've been sitting her now for 15 minutes and she didn't offer us bread like she does the rest of her costumers I'm so over sizzler right now I don't even have the energy to call for a manager. Haven't been here in a few months. All I can say is what the hell happened? Ordering took forever, have to get your own napkin and silverware, big cutbacks on the Craft salad bar, baked potato was old and microwaved, server took forever to acknowledge our existence. The worst part? A woman collapsed near the salad bar and, despite customers calling to staff, they all just stood around like they had no clue how to respond. I was hesitant at first to go to this place , I gave it a try and it is worth it the atmosphere is clean and modern with a feel of an open space the service is first class and the quality of the food and steaks is prime , if you don't feel that hungry just the salad bar is a good option they have plenty of options even to make your own hard shell tacos , and soups that are delicious and you get dessert! My sister just moved to the area and I was craving a steak, so she suggested we try out this location. We were not let down - we found the steaks affordable, tacked on mushrooms, added the salad bar and ate to our heart's content. But the most outstanding experience was the excellent service from Mealea! She's a genuine sweet heart that constantly checked in with us, consistently kept me fillled on my strawberry lemonades, made us laugh and kept us very happy! She is definitely an integral part of a great dining experience! We all wish there were more people like her! Worst Sizzler experience ever. My first and last time at this location. I ordered steak and Sriracha shrimp. A common rule is if you are going to call a dish something, it should taste like it. No Sriracha flavor, just unseasoned plain shrimp. The steak, to my surprise was decent, and the vegetables were also plain and unseasoned. The server came and asked if things were to my liking and I asked if I was served the Sriracha shrimp and she said she'd check. The manager came by and explained they use a very light Sriracha glaze...emphasis on "light" (more like non existent). I asked if they could give me a side of it and he said he'd bring it right over. It never came. Nor did the promised drink refills. I should've guessed service wouldn't be great when I had to retrieve place settings for my table after the food arrived (not big on eating cavemen style). The server apologized and offered for me to help myself to the salad bar, a kind gesture, and I appreciated it, but didn't want salad. But hey, it's Sizzler and not Morton's, so what do you expect? read more
