My grandma wanted to have dinner here since all her friends said great things about it. I am going to be honest, I did not expect much. Here is how our dinner went: We were immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman host (tall, thin, dark hair)..offering to explain everything and was being very patient with my grandma (89). Was sat almost immediately and within a minute our waiter was at the table reviewing our order (which was done correctly). He was very nice throughout our entire stay...very attentive..but not overly where it gets annoying. I wish I remembered his name to give him a shout out...he really was great. My grandma, aunt and I all got the salad bar and my husband got the ribs. The salad bar was great and they even have a special station to add extras and an employee mixes everything together. Food was great and we all went back for 2nds. Tonight completely changed my view on sizzler. Even my husband (who was not looking foward to going) has mentioned going back soon because the food was good. The reason I will absolutely be back is because of the service. I'm a regional manager and know how important good customer service is first hand. I had great interactions with every employee I ran into. All the staff was extremely friendly and on their game. For that reason alone I am writing this review and have to give the GM compliments for hiring/training a great staff. Keep up the great work! read more

leaving this review on my parents' behalf. They waited nearly an hour for their food, and when the waitress finally checked in on them, and they asked about their food, she didn't even remember what they had ordered. She had to take my mom's receipt to see what the order had been and then go get the manager for help. Once they finally had their food, several of the orders were wrong, including some undercooked meat and incorrect sides. When they informed the manager of this she promised to bring out corrected orders. While one did come out in a timely fashion, my dad's side of *Vegetables* didn't come out until they were nearly done eating!! My parents' receipt was never returned to them, and they were offered no compensation for the terrible service they received. To the kitchen's credit, the orders that were correct were very good according to my parents. Unfortunately due to the poor service, they definitely still don't recommend this place! read more

Best sizzler I've ever been to! Really bright and clean. High chairs and large HD TV screens to watch the game. Friendly wait staff & tasty food! I loved the broccoli cheddar soup, onion rings, salad bar and taco bar! (All included with the salad bar entree) Drinks are extra for any meal--and once you are seated staff will bring you any desired rolls or cheese toast as well as drink refills. This location even had a booth large enough for 6 plus a high chair for my daughter. Would definitely be back but be sure to bring your appetite! read more

A group of us decided to go to Sizzler on Mothers Day. I called on Saturday to see what time they opened on Sunday. the gal that answered the phone had a little attitude and was very short to me and said we open at 11 am and hung up. So we arrived a few minutes before 11 and to our surprise the parking lot was 3/4 already full. It seems Sizzler opened at 10 am not 11 like that rude gal who answered the phone told me. The few handicapped parking spaces were full, so my husband dropped us off by the entrance and parked some where in the North forty. We got in line and waited and waited for my hubby to show up, so we could order together. Once he got there, the line went fast and we were seated right away. Hubby and I both got the senior steak and added on the all you can eat salad bar for just $3.49. Great deal considering you get a drink too. Told our server to hold the steak and baked potato until we were going to leave. My advice to customers, enjoy the salad bar and take your main entry home for a second meal. it's a win win. The food was delicious, hot and fresh, and was constantly being replenished. The manager came over to say hi and ask if every thing was alright, and was very friendly and super nice. Our server, also super sweet and friendly. We gave her a very generous tip. I wish this Sizzler would have a Sunday Brunch, like so many other Sizzlers do. The Manager told us he has been trying to get the Brunch thing going for over a year, but who ever owns this Sizzler doesn't want it, at least for now. Aunt invited us for lunch at this new sizzler location , we Came here on sat lunch with my aunt and cousin. The decoration inside was unexpected, it's very modern and has TV(s). New and improved sizzler looks pretty nice!! Not too shabby with their salad bar. Very organized and well stocked. Was a little disappointed with how slow the service was for the waiter to get to the table. 6 minutes before anything was done to start the dinner. But our server was friendly, willing to go the extra mile and ask if we needed anything else with our order. So I give it 4 stars. If I could give a negative star I would.Our server however was nice.The restaurant itself is really nice looking inside but the food was awful.Our server explained that their food service company is on strike and that they were out of everything.If that is true it doesn't excuse the food that they did have ,on hand , to serve us.For soup I had clam chowder and my wife had abondegas .Neither was acceptable.Mine tasted nothing like any clam chowder I have ever tasted.From there it only got worse.Not even the dinner rolls were edible.It is Hemet, so we should have known better.There are very few good restaurants in Hemet anymore.I would say that this was right up there with the worst food in Hemet. read more

From the day they opened there doors. They gave my mom and I the best service ever. We eat there ones a week even times twice from the day they opened. Even on my mothers birthdays they made her feel like she was their mother to make sure she had a great birthday. Even when she could no long get out of bed she would give me a note asking if we could go to sizzlers. My mom past away on the 12th her 93rd birthday was on the 21st. My family went there to honor her on her birthday. They made sure she was honored with her dinner and singing happy birthday to her. The management and staff are outstanding. I love you. Based on a single visit- I found the food to be rather bland. The bleu cheese dressing wasn't nearly as good as at other locations, nor was the clam chowder and nacho fixings. Even the baked potato was bland. My husband and I both feel the Sizzler in Banning is superior. read more

My husband and I went to sizzler for lunch. He got the all you can eat riblets plate. It was only 10.99 and came with the biggest pile if ribs! There were so many that he didn't even get seconds. They were falling off the bone tender. Very good. I had the salad bar as usual. There is nowhere else I'd rather go for a salad bar than Sizzler's. The veggies and fruit are so fresh, and so many options. I like that they have different fruit salads they offer. Our server Kylie was great. She was happy and upbeat. I hate having the honeymoon period fade and the mediocre service come back. I have been here now 5 times, and outside of the first time when it reopened, it has been really bad. Today was the last chance for them, I am not going to spend those prices on reheated tri-tip, and a salad bar that first get restocked. We waited 14 minutes after being seated before I went and grabbed some to ask who our server was just so we could get our drinks. The the minimal hit items at the salad bar were out. I ordered the salad bar and ended up having 1 plate of salad, 5 chips, and 2 bites of short bread. 11.99 plus tax and a ice tea. 15 bucks for lunch salad seems oftly expensive. Then you add the 24.99 for reheated tri-tip, plus salad bar add on and an ice tea. 51.00 for lunch and crummy service. I give up, I really tried to give it a chance so many times but it just doesn't warrant my money. read more

We frequent this particular sizzler at least 3 or 4 times a month. Tonight our server was Stephanie. She was awsome!! Great service, great food and overall a wonderful atmosphere! Nine of us celebrating Mother's Day with lunch the day before. Atmosphere and food was good but the service could have been better. It took awhile for my meal to arrive and that was after they tried to serve me someone else's meal (from another table). I also had to go to the serving area to get a take home box for my leftovers - the waitress just wouldn't look in our direction to see my arm up to get her attention. The place gets packed around 5 p.m. on a Sunday. I ordered the steak and lobster dinner. I like my steaks to come medium rare. This cow was still walking around the restaurant. I had to send him back to pasture. When it came back it was slightly over done of course, but at least everything else didn't get all bloody. My lobster tail was also undercooked. By far, this is our favorite restaurant in town. The food is great, the ambiance is warm and inviting, and the service is always excellent! My wife and I love the steaks, as they are cooked to perfection. The kiddo loves the Steak Bites...in addition to the ever-so-popular dessert bar. Regarding the restaurant, it is clean, well maintained, organized, and modern. One of the best perks for me, as a sports lover, is that many of their large sized HDTVs are showing games. Last, but definitely not the least, is the impeccable service. We've never had a bad experience here as all the servers are kind, helpful, and attentive. If you decide to go, request for Mealea as your server. She is always on her A-game and her exceptional service epitomizes quality and perfection. Whenever we get her, she always greets us with a big and warm smile. In addition, she always gives my daughter, who shares the same name (but spelled differently), the biggest bear-hug.
