Came here for a little family get together the food was decent but had the worst waiter ever went by the name of "Rana" forgot one of our appetizers, two drinks, and even tried charging us for a desert we never ordered. We also heard her mention a few racist remarks under her breath as well about how palestine deserves what is happening from the war. I was greeted upon entering and the manager on duty took my order right away this was my first time visiting this sizzler location and I said to my self let me put them to the test and see how good they will attend to me. I've been a sizzler customer since the early 90's I have 2 favorite sizzler' locations primary one is Ontario location and secondary is West Covina. Those 2 locations have been given me and my family outstanding exceptional customer service our drinks are never empty and the cheese toast just keeps coming. Our primary waitress is Paulette and Nicole but Paulette now manages the Ontario location and because of Paulette and Nicole we keep coming back. So today I will see how this sizzler location will treat me and my nephew. I ordered my usual steak and Italian chicken with a bake potato butter only medium well, my nephew ordered an 8oz steak medium well with French fries. So we sat down and waited for our waitress to come once she did her name was Norma she repeated our order and made sure it was correct. Norma was very friendly and very attentive. She offered us some cheese toast my favorite and she made sure we were taking care of she kept checking on us making sure we were good. My steak was cooked to perfection Once we had finished our lunch I mentioned the name Paulette to our waitress Norma and her response was Paulette was here this morning so I heard I said. I told her I've known Paulette for 24 years and Paulette's the best!! Norma said Paulette trained me at the West covina location i said to my self wow Norma was trained by the best and it really showed in how well Norma took care of us today. Took my husband to this sizzler and he ABSOLUTELY loved it, especially the salad bar, it was so fresh and had a lot more variety. I didn't hear a peep out of my husband, he was happy This Sizzler's is super clean, the staff is constantly clearing dishes and wiping tables and checking the restrooms. What goes well with food? Ambiance! They had TV monitors all around which was entertaining for the hubby BUT they also had a great satellite radio station that played all genre's of music, you can actually dance your way out of the restaurant after having dinner and it would be great! BUT UNFORTUNATELY one employee of the bunch named Alex/allice/alicia, one or the other made it less of a great experience, we needed to go plates and the server that took over Marcos shift for the meantime was nowhere to be found, I went up to a different worker(light red shirt) asked her if I can have to go plates but unfortunately she was like the cleaning person so she got Alex/Allice/Allicia attention to help me because she is the severer to take care of customers, she looks at the lady in light red shirt then at me, then rolls her eyes and continues to turn her back and talk to the cooks, I stood for about 15sec and felt so stupid waiting and just walked back to my seat, I spoke to a different sever to report what happen, and I really hope they get this fixed she mention that she knows who I was talking about and seemed like she was going to escalate the situation which I hope they do because the place is amazing, but one bad in the bunch can ruin it all for everyone else. read more

He is truly a blessing to Sizzler. His warm and kind demeanor is inviting and his servitude with great honor is indescribable. From the moment we sat down until us walking out , he was attentive , energetic and fun. My entire party was blown away by Marcos C . We would come back for his service alone.
