EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY!…read more After an excellent, honest, fair and high quality auto repair experience with MPAB last year, they earned my full trust and loyalty for future business. Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. WHAT???!!! WHO DOES THIS???? What an over-the-top wonderful culture and committed to customer service exists here. What a blessing to have found this establishment. To anyone reading this, trust me...you need not shop around. MPAB will exceed your expectations as well. BRAVO!!!! to the MPAB team!!! (Oh...and I RARELY write online reviews...but they deserve this one!!!)

I usually feel uneasy going to auto repair shops--always worried I'll get overcharged or misled. But from the moment I walked in, George put all my concerns to rest. He assured me that he'd handle everything my car needed and work directly with the insurance to make sure the damage was fully covered. When he told me to drop off my car on Monday and promised it would be ready by Wednesday, I honestly didn't believe him. But sure enough, by Wednesday morning, my car looked brand new--beautifully repaired and ready to go. George was friendly, honest, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth for me. It's rare to find that kind of customer service and integrity these days. If you're ever in need of repairs, I highly recommend this place--and make sure to ask for George. He'll take great care of you.

Lorna in the office was a tremendous help in keeping me up-to-date on what was happening and was so friendly and reassuring. Meryl also was extremely helpful the last couple of days that my car was in the shop and informed me that I could drop my rental car at the Enterprise near the auto body and someone would be able to drive me over. I had no idea that Enterprise could offer that service and it made picking up my car so much easier and stress-free! My car looks good as new and drives perfectly! I would definitely recommend Main Auto Body to anyone!!

Rich's did a great job painting my hood and roof and made the truck look brand new.
