Well how could he if he could not even be bothered to come out and look at the car. In addition to telling me that if I go through my insurance directly for the estimate it would take weeks and if there is additional damage once they take my car apart there would be no estimating the time frame...not instilling confidence in potential customers is HOW NOT to get business.
