These guys are simply the best. My car was hit by a garbage truck. As you can see from the photos, the damage was extensive. Mike and Al were extremely friendly. They were also very knowledgeable of the insurance claim process, and made everything very simple. They also recommended a reliable rental car company. When I received my car back, it looked as good as new. I was amazed at their ability to take a heavily damaged vehicle and make it look as if the accident never happened. Daughter had a accident. Had View Auto Body tow and repair her car. The front CV axle was replaced. Less then 2 years later the CV axle needs replacement. I would not recommend this shop for any towing or repairs. read more

In a day when dealerships are steadily using their service department as a revenue generator and everyone wants to just replace parts as opposed to fixing the actual problem, View Autobody in Fairview comes as a refreshing change. If you have any issues with your car, bring it to View first. Ask for Mike or Al and they will give you all of the options (not just replacing everything). I first used View for a front bumper issue on my 2006 Audi S4. Earlier in the day, I had parked at a local bank. The parking lot was one with those concrete blocks in the front. I didn't realize how high the blocks were and ended up ripping up my front bumper to the point where it's almost falling off. I took my car to the closest body shop and was told that I had to get a new bumper....about $1500 all in! I then went to View after getting a tip from a friend and Al took care of me. Instead of a new bumper, Al was able to put in new brackets...etc. and get the existing bumper mounted back on....all for $200! Very refreshing to see an honest body shop that knows how to fix things as opposed to replacing every part. read more

Just picked up my car from them. My car was towed from a parking space to the Tow lot and the total distance between them was 0.1 miles. The car stood at the parking lot for a total of 3 hours before I picked it up. And my grand total for their "services" was $133.75. Will avoid this place in the future like a plague. read more

Went to get my car damage estimated for a small bumper damage, they quoted me 600 dollars more than what 4 other shops in the same area quoted me, they quoted 950 dollars. I just got the job done for 400 dollars at another shop and it took the guy one day while they wanted to keep the car for 3 days.. And the car looks like nothing happened to it. Al and his team are the best! I had my car fixed there recently and they did a quick and beautiful job. My car looked brand new, washed, waxed and all. I was hesitant to get my car fixed because of the nature of the accident (was hit in a snow storm and cop wrote it up as "weather-related" so I was afraid the other guys' insurance wouldn't pay). However, Al walked me through the whole process and assured me that I wouldn't pay a dime. He was right! He called my insurance with me right there on the spot and arranged my rental car for me as well. He, basically, did absolutely everything for me from start to finish. They're a GREAT local business. They communicate well between them as I didnt get any oh no one told me you called kind of thing.. I was not able to give them the car to repair as it was too far gone.. I've owned about four cars in my lifetime and had accidents with three of them. Each time, I've taken my car to View Auto Body and the cars came back looking like new. Al took me through the entire process, rental car and all and was very nice about it. He treated me with respect and wasn't condescending because I am a woman. When I got the car back, the paint was the exact color and the car was washed and looked new. Many of my family members have also gone to View for car repair. After being towed my car was broken into when in their possession. The trunk was left open and my battery died. The person who took me there was very dismissive of me and did not seem to be concerned at all. I don't mind paying the expenses and taking accountability for getting me car back when it has been towed as it is ultimately my own fault. However, there should be some accountability on their end if something happens to the car while in their possession. Very disappointed and disturbed by this experience. read more

Dealing with Mike and Al was a pleasure my SUV looked better then when I dropped it off to get fixed by that I mean is it was washed and waxed and even detailed inside.
