I'm extremely impressed with the work Ultimate Auto Body did on my car. I initially went to another body shop that quoted me more than $5,000. A friend recommended Ultimate Auto Body, and they completed the repairs for under $2,000 -- a huge difference in price. They finished everything in just two and a half days, and the quality of work was outstanding. On top of that, they repaired a scratch that had previously been estimated at $250 at no additional charge. They even cleaned both the interior and exterior of my car for free. My car hood wasn't latching correctly and I was terrified it was going to fly open on my drive. It was Sunday and I was scrambling to find a place that was open. Not to mention - anything car related triggers my anxiety because I always feel like I get taken advantage of because I'm a girl and clueless about cars. Jerry , Kenny and the techs did an amazing repair to my 1989 Mercedes 560SL a few months ago. (What prompted me to write this was that I have to bring in my wife's Subaru now ) Someone hit my passenger side rear panels and wheel well area... My car is a pristine classic- so no way am I gonna bring it to a shop I don't know or comfortable with their work. It's not easy repairing these heavy "panzer wagons" and they require a deft hand and eye. Fast, professional and all OEM parts and perfect paint match ( I do have to re-ceramic coat the affected area). Kudos ! Jerry and his crew are the best. Lisa - you're awesome too. I hesitated about writing this review when I originally went to them a couple of weeks ago, but I'm still annoyed. I decided to go here based on the positive reviews; however, I am unsatisfied with the outcome. The paint job sucked and someone there drove my car for 1.2 miles. I have photos and videos to prove it (took video and photo of car when I dropped it off and when I picked it up). Also, although I repeatedly asked for an invoice I was never given one. As such, who knows what they actually paid for the material for my car as opposed to what they got paid from the insurance company. read more

If I can give more stars I would. This place is 100% amazing. I was rear ended by an 18 wheeler, it wasn't big but it did damage enough that I couldn't just put touch up paint on it. Mgr is friendly and helpful. However, had work done and a week later realized my front bumper was coming off. Brought it back and was told my car was prob hit and they are not responsible. Clearly it was a mistake by the tech forgetting to reconnect the bracket but they acted like that was impossible. Manager said " no problem 15 minutes and $20 in parts". Was like "fine". Thinking that I pay for parts and they would make it right. Waited over a month till they finally could fit me in. They make the repair and tell me $100. WHAT? read more

Kenny is the man. I called first - as I had some minor front end damage on our CRV. Kenny said swing on down. Got a quote and ended up dropping my car off on a Sunday night.. picked up on Tuesday. These guys are great, very helpful and responsive. Kenny especially was great and he gave me a fair estimate, advised me whether or not to notify my insurance given the extent of the damage, then gave me a fair price. This place was great! We came in after seeing other good reviews and it lives up to it's expectations. They figured out what needed to be fixed with my door immediately, ordered the part, and got to work. I had to go out of town for the weekend and they were nice enough to let my car stay until I could pick it up on Monday. The staff and service was excellent here! I'd never needed body work on my car done before, but then a snow plow hit my car. I took my car first to a local place and they told me they don't do body work, but both the employee there and someone else in the office recommended me to Ultimate. Everyone was really friendly there and worked with me to get my car fixed even though I have a really complicated and irregular schedule. I could never leave my car overnight, but they were still able to match the color of my car to paint a replacement part. This place provides unbelievable service and exceptional work. I just recently had my chrysler Cross Fire worked and I decided that I can't keep this place a secret anymore-they did an amazing job fixing my passenger side that was hit while I was parked. This has been my "GO-TO" auto body place since a family friend recommended it. Even though it is out of my way, it is totally worth the ride. They have worked on various cars that I owned-Land Rover discovery, BMW 3 series, VW golf, and my Saab :(. Anthony, the owner is a great guy and is so honest I would imagine that it actually hurts his business. The place is definitely in need of a makeover, but honestly I would rather them keep fixing my cars at such reasonable prices rather than them raise the prices to pay for their body shop makeover. Great place found through yellow pages and went there to get an estimate I'm 50 and have been doing my own auto mechanical work for years. After talking to jack I got a sense of honesty and trust he gave me an accurate estimate and date. I highly recommend them. My repair was the front bumper of a new car.
