First off the person I spoke to was upset that the insurance company would schedule me without checking his schedule. I was there for water intrusion and nothing was done close to what needed to be done. Person who helped me was very untruthful. I worked for a vehicle manufacturer for 20 plus years and finally started a new career. I have dealt with many of these water intrusion vehicles an i know what needs to be done to correct this issue. When a vehicles carpet gets wet, over time mold begins to grow and need to be removed. They did not do this. They claimed the carpet was shampooed and was assured no mold was present. Once I received the vehicle back the carpet was still damp and the vehicle still had a stench of mold. I brought the vehicle home and pulled up the carpet where I could access and found mold. When I would perform this repair I always removed the carpet in order to clean and dry it properly. Also the sound deadening and seam sealer material must be removed because the mold seeps into these materials as well. The final bill I received mentioned nothing about the center console being removed so the carpet can be taken out. So I am assuming it was not. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I got rear ended, I was told by my insurance this was an authorized auto body shop. Just say this has been my 6 time here since the accident, sometimes I question to myself do these mechanics like doing half ass jobs. I'm never dealing with them again. read more

This place has the absolute worst customer service. Our insurance company had us bring our car here for a leaky sunroof repair. They told us that the part they needed wasnt made anymore. However they said that they sent out all the interior to get cleaned from water damage. This took about 2/3 weeks for them to complete. Then once we were finally able to pick our car back up we saw that they had broken two plastic pieces inside. The seat adjuster and another small plastic part, also the airbag light was suddenly on. They told us they would have to order the parts to fix it. We left our car with them only to have another week and a half go by with no update. Finally we said to give the car back and call us when the parts came in to fix it. We had to call them about 2 weeks later.. They told us the parts were in. When we brought the car back... it was the WRONG PARTS. THIS WAS IN THE WINTER. WE STILL HAVE YET TO HEAR WHERE OUR PARTS ARE. THE PLASTIC PIECES ARE STILL BROKEN. Meanwhile the leaky sunroof was never fixed because they told us the parts are unavailable/ discontinued. We brought it to dodge where they told us it was installed backwards, and they replaced it with a NEW ONE. Which is so strange since JJ said we couldn't get the part. They charged us a lot of money to "send out the interior for cleaning" when it really just looked like they shop vac'd it and left our car with damage. An extreme rip off, and a huge mess. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. NOONE EVER ANSWERES THE PHONE AND NOONE SEEMS TO HAVE ANY ANSWERS FOR YOU. AN ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more

If your car needs body work, this is the place to go. Everyone is knowledgeable as well as nice and helpful, particularly Liane, who coordinates everything. Prices are reasonable (I had two other estimates that were twice the J&J estimate). A question about the work done after I picked it up brought a personal visit from a technician. They were true to their word regarding when my car would be finished. In fact, it was a day early. My car is good as new! read more

If I can give this so called "body shop" a lower score I would. They had my car for 3 months and kept lying to me on how it's needs major work when they weren't even working on it. After I get the car back, the trunk leaks when it rains, the hatch doesn't line up and they are refusing to fix it even though I have a warranty with them. I do not recommend this body shop to anyone and I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau read more

As other reviewers have noted, J & J will not charge for something that does not need to be fixed. Necessary repairs are reasonably priced and completed promptly, often ahead of schedule and for less than originally quoted. Customer service is efficient and friendly.
