I had a very frustrating experience with Sixt Rent a Car at the Cherry Creek branch. Despite subscribing to Sixt+ and paying for what was supposed to be a new or as good as a new vehicle, I was given a dirty Camry with bird dropping, and then an Altima both are dirty and with existing damage. then proceeded to give me a GV80 that had a documented hole in the tire that blow out on me and when I went to change it they did not make up for putting my life at risk Nissan Altima was in terrible condition. The vehicle had vibrations while idling, loose bumpers, and a bad odor--it was clear that Sixt did not uphold their promise of providing well-maintained, professionally cleaned vehicles. I initially requested a RAV4, which was promised to me when I filed a support ticket. However, upon arriving at the branch, I was baited and switched into accepting the Nissan Altima after speaking with William Sprague, a manager trainee. William showed little interest in addressing the serious concerns I raised about the vehicle, and instead, downgraded me to a car that was clearly not suitable. Despite paying $1,849 for the second month, I was left with a substandard vehicle that didn't meet any of the conditions Sixt had advertised. I attempted to resolve this multiple times with their support team, but Sixt has failed to take any corrective action. If you're considering renting from Sixt at Cherry Creek, beware of their false advertising, unsafe vehicles, and poor management especially from buying insurance at the counter you give willliam compensation by doing that then he will laugh it off while making money out of you. They don't seem to care about customer safety or fulfilling their promises. My experience with William Sprague left me extremely disappointed.

Additional "diminution of value" fee.

Great car selection (luxury cars for about the same price as regular ones) and customer service was great!

Rented a car for the week on prepay. Sixt was easy, cheap, great service and would definitely use again!

13/10 - Highly recommend !!…read more So, allow me to preface this with a little background: my car broke down and I was looking for a rental car until the mechanic fixed mine. I started with the Enterprise near my home in Cheeseman/Congress Park area. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything available. So I took a Lyft to the Enterprise Rent A Car at 351 N Broadway (terrible- do not recommend!) They didn't have anything except a muscle car available. There is an Enterprise Rent A Car a few blocks down on the SAME ROAD that had "normal" cars and SUV available. I was lucky, and had JUST BARELY enough time to get a ride there and pick up a regular SUV with a quiet motor and a regular steering column etc. I feel very safe in the vehicle I'm driving. So if you need a vehicle, ask for JAKE at 1790 S Broadway. He was incredibly patient and kind, despite the minute that it was a last minute reservation, and nearly closing time. He apologized to me for "having to wait." He seemed exhausted. I told him please not to apologize and thanked him for helping me out at the last minute. He was able to get me a very clean (immaculate) vehicle within 10 minutes or so. The car has no damage, only 11k miles, and drives so well on the road. It's a Mazda Cx-5 for reference and the steering wheel is neither too loose nor too hard. It's been about 10 days since I got my rental and I've had to extend the rental period twice already- Jake made it easy for me to do that. I am definitely going to let Corporate know about Jake and hopefully he'll get a promotion and a big raise soon! **UPDATE: Somehow the key fob broke in half and I lost half of it - which had the battery. So, I was unable to return the car as planned. Jake sent me the number for roadside assistance. The roadside assistance sent Pete's Towing to help me, giving me an estimated time of arrival window of 90 minutes. The roadside assistance team sent me text updates. The guy from Pete's Towing called me two or three times to give me status updates. He arrived within the 90 minute window. I was able to wait down the street in my apartment with A/C on instead of having to stand outside in the summer heat, because he called me when he was ten minutes away to let me know. He opened the car door in about 1 minute and surprisingly the car actually turned on! So I was able to get my belongings out of the SUV, and then I drove it back down to Enterprise at 1790 S Broadway. Jake and his colleague were there, super understanding and incredibly kind. They took the car key, quickly collected my debit card for the remainder of the fee, and offered to find me a ride back home if I needed one. I was able to wait quietly in their office while waiting for my Lyft back home. Definitely would recommend this team and this location. If you need a vehicle, be sure to go to the Enterprise Rent A Car at THIS LOCATION: 1790 S Broadway.

First of all, I had a reservation time but had to wait for the car to be cleaned and ready. Even then, I didn't think the car was cleaned that well... The car play in the car doesn't really work. I wasn't the only one who tested it and it freezes or has a really hard time connecting with the USB plugged in. I was better off using my phone holder add-on, which was disappointing. The car needed maintenance in 600 miles and because I needed this rental until my car was repaired, it felt like another thing hanging over my head. Lastly, I had to fill up the air in the tires a few days after I got the car...I suspect a leak from the last driver. I feel like they could have done a better job checking and maintaining the car, so I'd have a different experience. The rest of the service was okay, and I unfortunately had to call back a few times about billing (my insurance agent told me I was incorrectly charged).

I am writing about this specific Enterprise location and two 5-star employees Marcus and Lake…read more My car unexpectedly had to go in the shop for a week because they are waiting for a part to be shipped from Memphis. I wanted to try a Nissan Rogue as I am in the market for a new car. Central reservations promised a Nissan Rogue was at this location, and I booked it. I arrive to find out there was a recall on Nissan Rogues for the brakes and they could not rent the Nissan Rogue on the lot. I explained to Marcus and Lake my situation. They gave me a different SUV AND started searching for a Rogue, in the area, which had the recall repair completed. They said there is one Rogue due to be returned later today at a different location. They are working to get that Rogue for me in a few days so I will be able to drive one for 3-4 days. I thought it was great they went above and beyond in customer service to find a creative solution to my situation. I normally use another rental car agency when traveling. Now, I am going to start using Enterprise. They made it easy. Dr. Ed J Doctor of Business Administration

He said he had a Mustang GT. I of course asked if it was a manual. He said it wasn't, they do not rent manual cars anymore. I said OK. He said that car was rented out for hail damage also but expected it back on Friday so it would be ready Monday. My car was scheduled for Tuesday (6/13). The Mustang was not available. I called to verify on Monday (yesterday) to confirm. He said everything was setup for me to be picked up tomorrow. There was NO mention of the Mustang NOT being available. I drop off my car at the body shop and wait for my pick up. He came without a mustang. He informs me as I get into his car that he doesn't have the Mustang he only has 2 trucks and a small SUV to choose from. He said he would call when the Mustang GT comes in. I'm not holding my breath because he failed to call Friday to inform me of the cars availability and on Monday when I called to confirm and change pick up time he still didn't tell me that it wasn't available. In short, there was a lack of communication and a lack of effort to get the desired car. I got the bait and switch. So this customer is unsatisfied I called customer service to file a complaint on 6/14. They said someone from the corporate office would call me. On 6/15 I got a VM stating that my insurance coverage for rental would be 6/20 and I would be responsible for rental after that. Assuming this was based on estimate and not actual, I inquired at the local office on Evans. Jordan expressed the same sentiment. I asked him when the Mustang was due back. He looked it up and said it should have been dropped off today. Hopefully, it happens and it doesn't get rented to someone else. I would be so pissed if they didn't reserve it for me. Got the call the Mustang is back. Or as Devin said we have a "A Mustang" here for you. Excitedly I said I would come in and swap it out. I called back and asked if "A Mustang" meant the Ecoboost and NOT the GT. He acknowledged that it was NOT a GT. What a let down again.... I don't see how that's equivalent other than it's the same name. Even the website states Chevy Camaro SS and Dodge Challenger as equivalent. I would like to give a lower rating but Devin was very professional. I still haven't received any communication from corporate as of 6/17. And still waiting for Mustang GT

Me: *walks in*, "Hi, I'm here to pick up a car." *Gives my name* Employees: "Oh yeah, we have a fun little sports car for you." Me: "What?" Him: "It's right out there, the Dodge Challenger." I don't know if it was some sick joke or what but I requested a regular full sized car. The website I used to request the car said I would receive a "Toyota Camry, Chevrolet Malibu, or something similar." It was such a surreal experience and I immensely got the feeling that they were deliberately fucking with me. They definitely seemed to not give a shit about my needs as a customer. There were two young guys who worked there - one with short brown hair and one with long (dirty) dark blonde hair and facial stubble. When I asked if they had an SUV, the blonder guy looked straight ahead instead of at me and said, "No, that's the only thing I've got." He and the other guy looked at each other with a knowing look. It's almost like they made a bet that they could convince an unsuspecting customer into a (dark purple) muscle car as a joke. It definitely wasn't funny to me. I'm hearing impaired, so a loud car would not be safe for me. On top of which, I wanted a regular car, not a large sports car. I would not have been comfortable driving it at all. Luckily I had the time and resources to get to another car rental place (more about that below.) Can you imagine them doing this to an elderly person or a person who desperately needed a car to take their sick kid to the hospital? What if I had an emergency? These two clearly are just fucking around and giving Enterprise a bad name. After reading all of the other bad reviews for this location, I can't understand how this location is still open and I am going to call and write Corporate to complain. Hopefully we can get this location Shut Down for Good - the franchise owner of this location must be terminated too for allowing all of this to go on. These men are messing around with serious times in peoples' lives. I said, "I'm going to pass" and walked out. They said nothing, and did not make any effort to help me find an appropriate car at a nearby Enterprise Rent A Car.
